She was great! Perky, friendly, timely & helpful. All food was spot on. Of course I got the boneless wings. I got -'Tweener- sauce on them, and it was very tasty. Celery & blue cheese w/it. Yesterday I ordered 24 bone in wings with tweener sauce and a chicken, bacon wrap. Spent 30.00 + gas to pick up. Anyway, the wings were at least a day old, dried out, little sauce. I called and asked for the manager. 1st- it took him 2 minutes to answer my phone call. When I complained he brushed it off and assured me he even was in the kitchen. Well. Then he knew what he did. Mediocre food with terrible service. Ordered online for two meals, set for pick up in 30 minutes. Order was not ready until 30 minutes after that. No reason given. One poor worker was doing her best to stay on top of cleaning tables, seating guests, retrieving to go orders, and smiling as if to say, "Please don't yell at me." I hope she gets the tip money for the to-go orders. All of the waitresses and the bartender look like they hate their job. We went for lunch on Friday, July 29th. The first thing we noticed was how filthy the patio was it doesn't look like that place has been cleaned for years. Around the door handles, the doors, the floors, under the tables, under the rails, everything was filthy. I'm not talking just a little dust and dirt. This is built up spills, garbage, smudges. The second issue we had was that when the server delivered the food she had her hands full with receipts and other people's credit cards. She dropped somebody's nasty credit card in my loaded tater tots and just picked it up out of my food and was going to carry on like nothing happened. I looked at her and said could you have them remake my tater tots since that credit card fell in my food? She acted very put off about that. Now I don't know about you but my credit card gets handed off to multiple people, handled by myself even when my hands aren't clean, sleeping machines. And if you read about it, you will see that they are covered in germs and bacteria. I didn't want that on my food. She took my platter of food and probably set it on a counter somewhere and waited a couple minutes and brought it back out. It was the same food exactly. My tenderloin sandwich was cold and the tater tots were lukewarm at best. I think she might have squeezed a little extra hot cheese sauce on the tater tots but that was it. If I would have paid the bill she would not have gotten a tip. Her attitude after that was pretty much stinky. I never even got a refill on my tea. My son bought us lunch so I didn't even catch her name. We used to love to go to wings etc when we lived here in Granger. We would go at least once a week. We've moved out of state and we're just home on a visit and going to wings etc, the place we missed, was a must-do. We are so disappointed in the cleanliness and the service of the place now. I'm totally upset about the attitude of the server and what she did with my food. Not wanting to rock the boat and make a scene with my son, grandson and husband there I just let it go. This use to be one of our go to places in town but as of late I've had a change in opinion. Firstly, the restroom, at least the men's, smells horrible! I'm not sure what system they're on whether it's septic or sewer, but the gas smell is nauseating. Secondly, it's never a comfortable temperature. I think they're saving money on the gas bill?? Always cold inside! Lastly, do something about the curb appeal! Trash is everywhere, signs ripped to shreds but still hanging on the fence, and cig butts on the ground by the entrance are insane. The most positive thing I can say is the grub is usually good and the restaurant is convenient to go to. Hope to see changes for the better soon! read more

I always enjoyed Wing Etc when I lived in Indiana. You can count on great food and service no matter what location you visit. I have been to the restaurant in Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne, and South Bend. Wings Ect in general is by far my favorite place to get wings! Being from Southern Indiana I'd never heard of them until moving up to Elkhart, but a friend took me once and that was all it took to be hooked. Their traditional wings are by far larger than Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters and at a decent price. Speaking of price I usually go on Wing Special Mondays which wings cost less and you can order them in any quantity you want vs the set quantities on the menu. My fiancé likes their boneless which I've tried a few and they were usually moist and not over cooked like most places I've tried. I usually get carry out so I don't have much to say about the table service at Osceola location. I did take my family in one weekend shortly after they opened the Osceola location, I had no complaints and our waitress was friendly. I like their selection of beer on tap, which covers most of the basic domestics and usually a good selection of craft brews. Drinks weren't too expensive and they usually have some sort of special each night. Lastly, the Osceola location does have nice sand volleyball courts and in the summer league nights. There's usually a ton of people that come for the sand volleyball so if you're looking to meet new people and play I'd definitely suggest it. All-in-all I highly suggest it! ***Edit - Update*** Wings Ect. has paved their parking lot and made everything perfect. A+ in my books! Fun and excellent service. I've stopped in a few times for a quick lunch and they seem to have great specials every day. It's not gourmet food but anyplace that is a franchise is going to have a standard menu. The service was good. Very nice waitress. The food was slow out of the kitchen. I could tell the wings had sat under the lamp as they were kind of dry. Both kids meals were good but again, the burger had sat out or under the lamp. You could tell by the way the cheese looked. I had wings with the BBQ dry rub. They were good despite being dry. The rub is from Gordon's Food Service. It is their 'Classic Rub'. I know because that is the rub I use. It is my favorite. We come here a lot. No restaurant is perfect. It was dinner time. We love this restaurant! Especially since covid - we can eat outside at the tiki bar and be in the fresh air with volleyball as the entertainment! Nikki is our inside girl and Ashley at the outside bar! They both are full of personality and make us feel special and appreciated. Because it's summer, we've spent alot of time at the tiki bar with Ashley and she rocks! For menu... I've had it all and haven't had anything I dislike. Obvi- wings. And every sauce for every taste. (Try the dry rubs too- so good). Lo cal platter is a fav. It's a grilled chicken breast & large veggie side. Chicken wraps are yum. Fish tacos- delicious. As well as the Philly or au jus sandwiches (both great). There are also vegetarian options! Anyway, to recap, this has been our summer, covid, go-to spot and we don't have a bad thing to say! (We've been Nikki's regular for years, and now Ashley, outside! ). If you are more covid cautious, you probably prefer the outside patio (separate outdoor space) from the tiki bar area (more populated on volleyball nights) but there is a place for every comfort zone. I go to a lot of wings etc..... I've never had such a bad experience at one. While we were ordering the waitress was talking to someone else. Brought the wrong drinks and put the wrong food down for our order. Brought my onion rings and didn't bring the ranch that I asked for. Also took her 20 minutes to just bring waters even tho I asked for a Pepsi. Then our food gets here she didn't put a sauce for the wings and put the order of curly fries as my side when we asked for a half order of curly fries. Just a lot of mistakes made and they won't get a tip from me anymore. Don't recommend it. read more

First time here. Came to celebrate my son's birthday. Food was good, came out fresh and fast. The service was my only issue. From the get go, the waitress was rushing us, didn't give us much guidance, instead she up-sold us extra sauces. She came by to take our orders (while rushing us) bring us our food, one refill on drinks (because we called her over), and to get our bill (again she had to be called over). It was interesting to note she didn't seem to treat other (Caucasian) customers in the same manner. The service has always been slow, but our last visit..and I mean last ever visit... was SLOW. Went there on a volleyball night and sat outside, very crowded but our server Kelsey did a great job keeping up. When our wings didn't come out for a long time, Kelsey explained they had a mix up in the kitchen and they had to start over. The mgr Tanya delivered our dinner after the mix up was corrected. Just stopped here to have dinner. We waited to be sat for 10 minutes, while no one even said a word to us. When it was time for us to be sat, the table had to be wiped down. Awesome no problem. Then she came over and told us we would have to sit outside in the patio due to the section just being sat. So you're telling me, when there are several open tables INSIDE, we can only sit outside because someone doesn't want to be double sat..?? And they weren't even busy at all. Have someone else take the table in the section if it was just sat. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Especially with having server experience. Nice place, even has a covered outside patio. The service depends on who your waiter/waitress is. The food is always good, and not pricey! But certain dishes are constantly, well, inconsistent. For example: We received their 'Wrecker Dog' in at least 3 different ways, and I mean different. One time you could not see the (big) hot dog because of all the condiments on it, another time there were hardly any on it, and another time there was only cheese and chilli on it. The waitress told us that it depends on who is working in the kitchen. The same issue happened with their Veggie Burger. One time it is a soy and bean based Pattie, last time it was consistent of some rice and I-don't-know what held it together. read more

NEVER AGAIN! We ordered carry out and it was a nightmare. There was no parking for carry-out orders. It was raining that night and the parking lot is horrible with mud and potholes. We ordered burgers with one order of wings and they forgot to put in our wings. Had to go back to get them and by then was so mad! I had to wait for them to make them, since they gave them to someone else and then tried to make nice with what I thought were vouchers for free dinners and turned out to be free appetizer with purchase of dinner. The Osceola location does not do the Wings Etc brand any favors.. Service is extremely slow, the unpaved parking lot is a disaster with the climate changes, and the food somehow is overcooked 80% of the time from fries to the wings. We've had some crazy experiences, the most recent of which I had a waitress serve me a broken glass with my drink, which in itself wasn't that big of a deal. The problem was, the same drink was dumped into a new glass rather than having it remade and returned to me. No comp was offered until I really got upset, at which point I just refused it. When I emailed corporate I got no response. To the manager's credit he did buy my meal the next time I went in. (Unfortunately there are very few options in the area.)
