Had a Wednesday night date night out at Market Street Grill. It was our first time. It wasn't busy at 5:30 when we arrived but it was much busier when we left at 6:30. Food was excellent and service was great. My wife had the Tuscan Chicken Tower and I had the Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops. Highly recommend both of them. Was very good and we will be back!

We stopped here for lunch based on recommendations from two separate locals. There weren't a lot of options, so we went with the Hoosier specialty, a breaded tenderloin. This tenderloin was terrific. It was large and had a ton of flavor. The onion rings served with it were fine, I'd probably go with fries or another side next time, but I would happily eat the tenderloin again. I'd like to return for dinner sometime as I suspect that is where this restaurant really shines.

I felt like someone should have yelled "Norm" when I walked in the bar area. The food was plentiful and okay. The signature stuffed mushrooms were more cheese on mushrooms than what I expected. Steak was dependably decent and the wall-eye was decent. The menu was varied from pork tenderloin to filets. Service was terrific.

My go to when I am in Wabash. Great location excellent service as always. I had the flaming young my friend had the barbecue ribs. Both were super tasty tonight. I decided to order the mushroom caps and while I was blown away, they were so good best I've had in a while, the strawberry butter that comes with a complementary bread is a must try. The only thing that I can complain about is I was seated right behind the hostess station three to four females and one male stood there and chitchatted the whole time, so it was quite hard for me to have a conversation with my friend. We made a reservation two months prior. If not three months and we were seated right behind the hostess station near the door. I walked in without a reservation and I've gotten a better table my only complaint, but I will always return when I'm in the area.

We went here for my friend's birthday and we had a blast. We didn't have reservations and we only had to wait for about 15 minutes! The service was good for being as busy as they were! I ordered the Tuscan Chicken Tower and it was cooked well. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor and the sweet potato fries were absolutely amazing! I will be going back!

Came for dinner before a concert. Made reservations and got right in, although busy. Parking can be difficult to find and may require a walk. Service was very good. Food was not great. Would have probably gone with a 2 star, but the dessert alone deserved an extra star. Ribs were very fatty and tough to eat. Fish was decent. Sides were average. Crème brûlée was pretty good and the white chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious! Was a little skeptical ordering it, but so glad we did! Would be willing to come back to try again.

We had such an excellent experience here on out first visit. I wanted to treat other members of my family here for my birthday dinner before the show. We have a well-mannered 12-year old with us. We arrived just as they opened and were the first ones there. They refused to seat us as they have a policy of no one younger than 16 is permitted. Pleading with the manager was pointless. We left and went to a better place for dinner. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE GUESTS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD IN YOUR PARTY. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant when visiting Wabash. The service was absolutely amazing-friendly and quick and treated you like regulars. The food was decent, but my salmon was a little dry. My husbands steak was cooked perfectly and the peanut butter pie was the best we've ever had. We would definitely go back the next time we're visiting the area!

This place makes a beautiful crossover from the motif and menu of an upscale restaurant and the down to earth charisma of the service. The people here are small town sweet. I had a cup of Gumbo and the Jambalaya. Just looking at the dish you can tell everything was made from scratch and there is pride in the details. Most people come here for the hot dog and salad lunch buffet. Would be nice if there was Ubers or Lyft in this town so I can try a dinner and have a few drinks.

Our Friday night regular dinner choice. Always great food as well as service. The prime rib surpasses all others.

I lived nearly half my life in Arizona and California, where they know how to make good Mexican food. The food at Habanero was the blandest Mexican food I have ever encountered. Located in an industrial district, I wasn't too surprised when I pulled up after 7 one evening and it was fairly quiet. "Probably does most of its business during lunches," I thought. The hostess greeted me quickly and, when I asked if they had a bar area, she ushered me to it and I took a seat at the bar. I should probably have taken a clue from the fact that dirty glasses were clustered at the end of the bar, and there were neither bartender nor other patrons in sight. The other dinner patrons were in the dining room. Chips and salsa came quickly, followed by my bartender who took my order for a house Margarita, on the rocks. "Would you like salt or sugar with that?" should have been my second clue. Sugar? On a Margarita? The chips needed salt, but fair enough. Lots of people are watching their salt, and that was easily remedied. The salsa, though, tasted more like pureed tomatoes, lacking any kind of discernable heat. Strike one. The Margarita was also a disappointment: watery and weak. Though she poured the mix from a jug, it's not uncommon to prepare a large batch of mix early in the day and add tequila just before service, but that was not the issue here. Flavor and any punch from the tequila were conspicuously absent. Strike two. For my solid food, I ordered a chili relleno, my litmus test of a good Mexican place. While delivered quickly and piping hot temperature-wise, the sauce had an unusual sweetness to it while the poblano pepper had no. Heat. Whatsoever. Strike three. When I stood up, signaling that I was ready to leave, the server simply said, "You're ready for your check?" My Margarita was only about one-third gone, and I'd only taken a few bites of my relleno. An astute restaurant professional would have noticed that very little had been eaten and would have asked if everything was all right. It wasn't, but they either didn't notice or knew not to ask. A good four- or five-star experience - even after a single visit - will encourage repeat visits and a positive review will encourage others to try the establishment. A one-star experience, especially when it's the first visit, will not inspire the patron to give the place a second chance, and a review based on that single experience will likely have a chilling effect. Sorry to be "that guy," but I won't be back.
