HORRIBLE- I ordered 25 wings and curly fries! The fries were not cooked! I had to cook them in my oven and make them crispy! Who serves half cooked food? I called and was asked did I want a PARTIAL credit! I live 15 minutes so I couldn't just drive back with two starving children and then I had to serve wings without the side item! We picked up dinner from here on Friday night . First issue was the young man taking the order was definitely new or not trained well. Kept asking someone else for help. No worries. It happens . We ordered an order of tortilla chips and cheese, two flavors of wings, steak fries, hickory quesadillas, and a slice of chocolate crème pie. Let's start with the good. Hickory Quesadilla was pretty good. Good portion. Pretty tasty. Nothing wrong with it . Wings were average at best. Really nothing to separate them from 700 other places that serve wings. Certainly wouldn't go out of my way to get these wings . Steak fries were terrible. As you can see from the picture, they were basically raw. How hard is it to see the fries aren't done ? Why not wait two extra minutes and actually cook them through? To me this is such a simple thing and just shows a lack of caring. Tortilla chips were absolutely disgusting. Not fresh. And as cheap as a tortilla chip as you could get. Why bother putting nachos on the menu if this is what you are going to serve . I've had better tortilla chips from a vending machine. Had read a lot of positive comments about the pies so we got a slice of chocolate crème. Nothing special to be honest . Tasted like some chocolate pudding with whipped cream and graham crackers . Nothing to go out of your way for. Compare that to what Vitas does with their cheesecake. Not close . As far as the service ...walked in to a group of teenagers which is great. Watch out for kids night, they have specials but the noise level can be up pretty high. We sat in the back and I ordered hot honey garlic boneless wings with celery and blue cheese. They were hot and crispy with fresh garlic. I wouldn't call them hot as I could barely feel any fire at all. The honey had to be in there but they were not too sweet. The celery was fresh and crisp. The blue cheese was tasty and plentiful. I could have just eaten a plate of their celery and Blue cheese all by itself. I've had their regular wings and they're excellent. I love chicken wings, so I finally decided to try this place out. The staff was super friendly when you walked in and it looked pretty clean. I got the buffalo shrimp, which was really good. The shrimp were large and the sauce wasn't over powering. Onto the chicken wings. I got 5 medium, 5 Cajun dry rub. The 5 medium were perfect, the wings were pretty meaty and good amount of sauce. The Cajun dry rub, was ok, not my favorite but it was still good to eat. My wife got the cheeseburger and curly fries. Everything was clean and the employees were very nice and on point. Got 2 Quarantine specials. 25 wings/fries/side... what a great special... we got 4 different flavors of sauce on our wings.. very saucy and wings still held a good crisp. They really cooked these bad boys well... steak fries/ curly fries ( YUUUUMMM) Cooked to perfection! got 2 sides of the macaroni salad and this wasn't store bought Macaroni salad... This is the real deal this guy took his Time to make all these ingredients and put it together had a fresh flavor... we added a little salt and lemon and it was just *chefs kiss* got some of the spiciest Dr.Pepper as well... it was honestly the best wings I've had in my life. Our sever immediately came over to ask for our beverage order and we quickly decided on our order. When a restaurant has "wings" in its name, you can be sure that is what I am getting! So 13 year old an I shared everything which included: Buffalo Shrimp: Butterflied fried shrimp in a nice buffalo sauce with just the right amount of heat. Yes, I ate the garnish, which was lettuce with the buffalo sauce! Wings with Thai Chili Sauce: The wings themselves are very good. Not too big and not too small. I can't stand flaccid wings and these are super crispy. The Thai Chili Sauce had a pleasing sweet flavor. Could have used a bit more spice for me but I still really liked them. Wings with Gallagher Sauce: I guess this is the house sauce. I do not recall exactly what is in it except it tasted like a very mild buffalo with lots of garlic. When these wings first came out they hardly had any sauce so we sent them back to be tossed in some more sauce. After we did that, we really liked these wings. We asked about happy hour as it was early evening before 6 and if pitchers were on happy hour, we were told yes it was $15.00. Not what I call happy hour. The biggest reason I am bumping this place up to five stars is the customer service. Let's start with our waitress, Taylor. She sent back my wife's baked potato because she didn't like how they made it. She said they skimped on the broccoli and had the kitchen remake it. I had a few bites of it "it was awsome!", my wife had to take it away from me because I would of eaten the whole thing. I had already had a huge bowl of delicious clam chowder, fried mushrooms and 15 Wings! The next thing was these people whom had some problems with a take out order. Very little garlic flavor and practically no sauce. Ordered the fries crispy, got them soggy. And yes, carpet still there. Staff is great. Maybe a tough night for the cook. The day after I wrote my first review the manager reached out to me expressing her concern over my meal. After she spoke to the cook , She offered me a free credit or full refund. The Gallengher sauce is the bomb. We ordered the 25 pieces and they come with dressing and celery. We loved it.
