We ordered Shrimp Scampi and the Chicken Enchiladas. The next day, at the exact time Nancy said she would be there for delivery, she was there with our dinners. I followed the printed directions on top of the foil lidded pans and heated/cooked our dinners (30 minutes basically in the oven). After about 30/40 minutes later, we had two delicious meals that nourished us for the rest of our evening! They were perfectly seasoned and sauced. The enchiladas had so much shredded chicken in them that one half of an enchilada was More than enough, however, our greedy bellies wanted a whole one! The shrimp scampi was wonderfully hit with ample amounts of garlic and seasonings to balance it all out. The pasta was cooked just perfectly! This was hands down the best blind decision I have Ever made in a meal! It was a lovingly prepared homemade meal in the comfort of our own "home". No wait! No fussing over finding a parking spot! Not worrying about loved ones possibly getting sick. Just a lovely evening at home with not worries of cooking or even cleaning up! I even had leftovers to bring home for my husband and son the next day so I didn't have to cook dinner and was able to fully extend my weekend off another day! Thank you Nancy!
