Ordered a pick up order for dinner, First off they forgot a whole meal, Then everything was just thrown into the bag and pouring out everywhere, ranch and wing sauce covered on everything. Ordered a sweet tea, the tell me they ran out once we got there to pick it up, so I just got ice water, that crap tasted like some sour water, i don't even know how to describe it. The food is pretty good, prices are cheap, not too shabby at all. I had the Redneck Salad which packs quite the punch. It's spicy! They give you a lot of chicken--in fact, the chicken to lettuce ratio is off a tad. I didn't think I'd ever be saying this, but it needed more lettuce, because the chicken portion is a lot and very saucy. So the balance was off a little. Secondly, i had the fried pickles which were really good because they weren't overly SALTY. Here's a suggestion: slap those fried pickles on the salad, and add ranch, add a little more lettuce, and boom! That's a true Redneck Salad. read more

Great little spot along with the other location in Seagoville. Really good burgers and the Wicked Chicken sandwich shouldn't be missed! The onion rings- think skinny rings- are definitely homemade and very delicious. The fries are perfectly crisp outside and tender inside. Tasty sauces. The hottest sauce they have is pretty hot, but nothing like what us spicy lovers can take (it has a lot of red pepper flakes in it). The wicked chicken sandwich is good, but the chicken patty they use couldn't be more than 1/4" thick. It's super thin. I don't recommend getting it unless you tell them to add multiple patties. Spent $20 on 6 wings, the sandwich, and a drink. No fries. read more

The cashier was super sweet and the inside is cool. I've been to "wings over" in different states so I was excited to try this location. The food was good, portion size was good. The soda did have a mildew taste (which I noticed a lot of places in the area also had). I loved the ranch bar and even though the ranch came out of a dispenser it was still cold! Im a wing connoisseur. I eat a keto diet and wings are probably my favorite food. This place is relatively close to where I live., Maybe a 15 minute drive. Definitely worth the trip! The people working there are really nice and the service was excellent. We ordered 30 wings and a side for $29. Its a special. We got three flavors. Redneck (medium hot), Hawaiian flavor, and the hotter buffalo flavor. All were very good. The flavors and sauces were awesome. My only complaint is they should let the wings cook another minute or so to get them a bit more crispy. The ranch is the perfect consistency and delicious. Ill definitely be back. Wings, burgers, fish & shrimp, poboys, etc. The burgers, poboys, and loaded fries (heaped with bacon, cheese, and peppers) were all excellent on our trip! OK, maybe they could remove the dhrimp tails before putting them in the poboy - but the taste was excellent! A good variety of beers and softdrinks keep your tongue wet, and the friendly service was quick on our trip! Worth a return trip for sure! read more

I just needed a place to hang out in Kaufman while I waited for a ride, so I googled "restaurants" and just randomly picked this place. I chuckled when I walked in because it felt so small-town-redneck. And it was, but it was great. Great food (wings) and great service (Kinsey). Kinsey called every single patron "darling" or "love", and she called me by my first name every time she came to my table. Very nice, down home, small town service. And I had an order of wings, an order of fries, and three beers, and my check was only $20! I came here once and my food was hot and decent the wings themselves barely have any meat in them which was a disappointment. Came back to give it another try a few nights ago and this time my food was cold, seemed like i was given some old wings that had been sitting for a minute. Very little sauce on the wings so asked for more to enjoy flavor and told have to pay for more. I stated there should be enough sauce on them to begin with why do we need to pay for lack of sauce. Simple answer given was they are trying to cut down cost so less put on orders and charge when customer requests more. If I wanted plain wings I would order them that way. So pic is what I had to do, take the food home and add my own sauce. This is what is called nickel & diming. So Friday I went to wings in Kaufman for dinner and to just unwind some from the week. I was just minding my own business when I was told by the staff that some girl there had accused me of calling her a bitch, which I absolutely did not do. I don't even know this girl, but these redneck idiots believed her and asked me to leave, and even threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave the restaurant. After this the entire staff was starting to act very rude towards me, basically forcing me to leave. At some point my work badge which was in my pocket had fell out of my pocket by accident and onto the floor. A staff member picked it up off the floor, and instead of saying "excuse me sir you dropped this", he just slapped it on the table and walked away. I was like wow, and told them that I would never go back to this place after being treated so disrespectful, in which they replied "that's ok." Apparently they had so many customers that they didn't mind if they lost one. Just very rude treatment from this place for no reason! If these people wanted to lose a customer for life then they have suceeded! I used to like this place, but I have no problem with never going to this place again. I can take my business somewhere that will actually appreciate it! Nothing upsets me more than accusing me of doing or saying something that I did not do or say! Horrible customer service from this place, but I have noticed that poor customer service is common from most restaurants in this town. read more

They claimed they were busy and I needed to be patient. Bullsh!t. Customer after customer was served after me. Girl at the register at 9:05pm was rude and treated me like sh!t. I ask for a refund and she doesn't even look me in the eye, not even an apology. This place can burn to the ground in the middle of the night for all I care. If I don't get an email telling me I am coming in for a free meal on June 4 i will bash this place into bankruptcy. Do not go here. Stopped at Wings Over Kaufman while passing through town. Definitely a "local" place and a bit off the beaten path. But well worth the detour. Got an order of Sissy Baby wings (16 & my wifes idea. I would have gone for something a little hotter). Went back for 8 more they were that good. An easygoing place that is OK for families if you don't mind that they serve beer. It happened twice; I went right after the restaurant opened for the day. Both times I believe I got the left-over chicken wings from the night before which were re-fried. They were very dry and old looking. The first time I was in the store they were willing to replace the 10 wings for me. The second time I got wings to go and did not want to drive 20 minutes back to have them exchanged. At almost $ 1.50 a piece for bone-in chicken wings I feel that they charge enough money to not have to give customers left-over products. I am a cook myself so I have a good eye for how fresh food should look. For sure I have not been back as often as I used to go. If you are going to Wings over Kaufman just do not go when the store just opened go after they finish selling their left over products from the night before. read more
