Backstory: First we tried their neighbors (Olive Garden was SO COLD inside that we walked right back out. The hosts were complaining of the cold, too; but I told them we have a choice. Strolled over to Chili's and were met by three people who were barely out of childhood and couldn't care less. The gum-chewing, poorly articulate child seated us. The temperature was also chilly & the music was too loud for conversation, so we left.) Circling around, we came upon Twin Peaks, which neither I nor my husband had previously experienced. PROS: Upon entering, we were met with a reasonable temperature - not hot or cold. Two lovely ladies greeted us in a professional and friendly manner; and we were seated. Our server "Nadailine"(sorry for the spelling) arrived and was just divine, getting printed menus because my phone wasn't reading the QR code, bringing drinks quickly, taking our orders, delivering the food, and making sure everything was good. We started with an order of the Mini Crispy Tacos. Delicious. I ordered the Fish and Chips (seasoned fries), no vinegar; but ketchup please, and a side of Mac and Cheese. A Coke to drink. Everything was excellent. My husband had an Arnold Palmer (three, actually) I call him a heavy drinker. They were replenished quickly in a fresh glass each time. He ordered the Chicken and Shrimp combo, grilled and blackened. It came with some seasoned fries. Honey mustard, cocktail sauce, and ketchup included. Cooked perfectly; and delicious. CON: The only complaint is when the sound was turned up on the TV screens it was WAY TOO LOUD. We did make a request to have it toned down a click or two; and perhaps that happened; but my eardrums still hurt. It would have been sufficient at half the volume. Patrons (and workers) should not have to sacrifice their hearing while trying to enjoy a meal and conversation when watching the game. Not my first time to visit. Was my first time to have a bad experience. Waitress seemed to just be there, asked for crispy fresh fries, we got cold limpy fries. No napkins when our food came out, asked for napkins got bar napkins, not the cloth napkins they provide, so I got up and went and got my own. Chicken wings you need napkins. Wings were great. Place was empty waitress had nothing to say, but I did get to watch her sit by the fire and talk to her coworker. Looking around this did not seem the norm. The service continues to impress. Tonight they gave me regular fries instead of sweet potato fries and forgot my salad. Fries were corrected immediately and I had actually forgot i ordered the salad. No big they removed it. And then someone came out apologized for both and gabr me a take home salad. Nice touch. *have to edit to say we have been a dozen times since and always a great experience. And the ladies are lovely. With that being said, I said in my precious review nothing to scandalous... we went on a Friday. Let's just say it was a bit too much for me :) you have been warned. I rarely give 1 star, but I told Pablo the GM that it was coming. After connecting with him I moved to a 2 star review. Lets start with the good then work our way to the not so good. 1. Party of 16 on a NBA FINALS night with kids, we were seated and able to enjoy the food and family. Please know this is not a kid environment however we were in town for a family event. 2. I am not here to complain about the TIME of service because of my table size, but the QUALITY was not great. 3. Wings and chicken strips were the fastest things to arrive at the table even after things had to be remade. MAIN COMPLAINT WAS FOOD: most if not all of our food was cold due to the forgetfulness of the server. Constantly asking about the status of our food. Only because other food was coming out fastest than food that was ordered first. - chicken wings were pink, when they remade the food the game was almost over. SPEED - chicken tenders came with lemon pepper seasoning instead of plain. INCORRECT ORDER AFTER HUGE DELAY. - vegan burger came with non-vegan sauce after requesting no sauce. Re-made but did not receive for until after the game. The only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the server. She was kind and semi helpful. We had been SO excited about a twin peaks opening here. We finally had some time to give it a try and we will never be back. Not for food anyway. 3 of us went. 3 of us got cold fries. 0 of us enjoyed our food. 0 of us ate more than 3 bites. I got the billionaire bacon burger. It tasted like extremely strong horseradish. That's ALL I could taste. Another got the salad half a sandwhich. BLT was beyond pathetic. I wish I had taken a picture. The salad was meh. The other guest got the Philly Cheesesteak took 2 bites and nothing more. The server came by and asked how everything was, I told her immediately all of our fries were cold and my burger was terrible. The BLT owner also told her his fries were cold. She told us she would speak to her manager and see what she could do. They took off my meal, but nothing else. We are pretty sure the manager was sitting in the corner booth behind us and didn't as much as come over and talk to us or even attempt to make it right . So we paid for two garbage meals, and of course still left a tip for the server because it was not her fault. My usual friday goto spot for great atmosphere and coldest beer around. So not a newbie and always am greeted and seated fairly quickly. NOT TODAY! The rudest unprofessional hostess i have seen in over a year at a restaurant. Walked in female hostess standing at booth playing on phone. Not a hello not a how many! 30 seconds then looks up i said 1 she looked around then began typing on iPad. Still no confirmation and then walks away. Comes back types on iPad again then walks over to bar to two gentlemen begins talking to them. I am literally invisible to this young lady and stand there with no response she walks off again not to return. Another young lady walks up ask have you been helped and was so polite and courteous to just make it more clear that the previous young lady did not want to do the job she was assigned to today. The rudest hostess and experience I have ever seen at this location. Manager was great perceptive understood and said he will handle it. I sure hope so because if she is at the front representing the place its will be a piss poor experience for anyone that comes in contact with her. Came to the SPOT to be in Terrell for fight nights apparently. I'm not a big on leaving reviews, (good or bad) but Saturday night was epic at TwinPeaks. My buddies took me for the first time, since I'm visiting for the summer and it was fight night. They had UFC, the Jake Paul fight and the Mexico game on the Gold cup, what else can you ask for?! Even though we got there kind of late, we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress came over almost instantly, which was even more surprising since it was busy. Her name was Kylie I believe. We order a round of beers and a cocktail for my buddies girl and 5min later we were sipping on them. Our beer was ice cold and my buddies girl said she loved her drink too. Main event came and this is where I was blown away and just made the whole vibe/energy, ambiance, whatever you want to call it, go to the roof! The lights went down, the sound was on point, people started cheering,...it's was an immerse feeling, just like being there, I can't describe it. Twin Peaks, you guys are the goat! Had the best salmon, seasoned rice, and veggies that I've had in many, many moons. Our server Daisy was adorable, very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time I've been here (had a great chicken fried steak dinner last time) My only beef was the 12-minute wait to get my Blue Moon draught which was a similar experience the last time. We love to grab drinks and appetizers here. The food is almost always fresh & great (95%). If you're okay with heat, have the Hottie flatbread, the Elote chicken salad, and the Billionaire's Bacon. Beer is always super cold and the atmosphere is charged with happy people and good vibes. On to the bad...other than KB & Jersey (both standout servers!!!), we have been unlucky more than once. Snarky servers that don't want to keep the table clean, eye rolling, trash-talking, and a general dislike for their jobs (I guess) is something that keeps me away. Management doesn't care if you are having a bad experience. They will say that they are sorry, but won't even bother reprimanding the servers or giving you a different one. Ask for KB or Jersey but if you don't get them, good luck! You may have to get your own beer at the bar and bus your own table. I still visit periodically, but only if I know my favorites are working or with extremely tempered expectations. read more

This was the first time at this establishment after it was highly recommended. I will start out by saying the food was delicious. However, my waitress was in training and no one was with her training her. She had to go to the manager constantly, took long to bring utensils and plates for the appetizer which was delivered a long time beforehand. Whenever she needed assistance , she went to the manager; who was on her phone the entire night! How can a manager check on the patrons and servers in training when she is ONLY paying attention to her phone. If I come back here, it will only be for the food, not the service. read more

The only reason I am giving one star is because this restaurant is clean. Most likely it is only clean because it is new. This restaurant was so loud with the local football game, you couldn't even hear yourself talk or hold any kind of conversation. The service was horrible. It look forever to get a drink and even longer to get food. This is most likely the reason why all the food came out cold!!!! I understand that with a place like this , most come for the "views". Don't bother. The only attractive women they kept hidden in back and only came out briefly to drop off food. The rest were not worth wasting your time with. Went to Twin Peaks today for the first time located in Terrell, Texas. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, presentation of the prepared food was nice, service was excellent. Half way through the sandwich ( I eat with a fork, can't take big bites) I found a piece of paper approximately 3 inches long that was cooked with the meat on the sandwich. Couldn't finish all of my sandwich and fries so, I brought the remainder home with me. This evening I figured I would finish my sandwich and found another piece of paper in the remaining part of the sandwich. The manager was notified of the first piece of paper by our waitress. No compensation was made by the manager. read more
