Scroll down for the TLDR version…read more Stopped by Huntsville for a quick lunch before heading back out to the road. This was one of the rare places around the area that opened at 11 AM on Saturday so that was nice. The place provides the option of indoor dining, patio seating (weather permitting) and is pet friendly. (Some places unfortunately don't allow pets even with a patio so always good to call ahead to check first). The server was nice and attentive and offered my friends dog some water without us asking. The only downside when it came to service was the wait time. When we got a seat it was only us and one other table but we still had to wait quite some time for our food. The food itself was quite yummy. I had a strawberry pecan salad with grilled chicken while my friend had their burger with a side of gravy. The ingredients in the strawberry salad was fresh, the nuts were nicely candied and the chicken was juicy. It was refreshing to eat on a hot day and I felt quite satisfied after. In terms of the burger and the ingredients that went into making it, it was simple but once again, the ingredients were fresh and that's what makes a great burger. The gravy was that came on the side with the burger was additional $1.50 but in my option it was well worth it and went amazing with the fries. I would definitely come back if I was in the area again but if I was in a rush I would just order take out. TLDR: Attentive service, delicious food and fair prices, slightly longer wait time for food (If in rush, order take out)

My husband really enjoyed his rainbow trout tacos, and I thought my tofu burger hit the spot. The restaurant had a great selection of beers and my husband liked his. My Sauvignon blanc was decent. However my parents didn't have a great meal. They ordered the dry ribs, which turned out not to be dry rubbed ribs but battered rib nuggets. Super disappointing. Their onion rings were also mediocre - big portion but small rings and lots of batter. The kids menu had your typical fried stuff but also a roasted chicken and rice dish, with peas and onions. Dessert included a cookie or ice cream. They had an outside patio and plenty of tables inside where there are TVs and a view of the fermentation tanks which my kids enjoyed taking a closer look at. They also had coloring crayons. Fun spot and good random drop by, but I guess you just have to be careful what you order!

Words cannot explain the impact the flatbread had on me-- I still dream of it after a year! My parents visited again last week and said they liked it even more. My mom ordered tacos and said she really really liked them.

The two ladies are knowledgeable and can tell you what is vegan what is not. Had Coconut and Lentil with Vegetables Soup with Toast and a Spicy Rice and Veggie Wrap with the same soup. Saw a morning glory muffin which was Vegan and gluten free and somehow I heard it calling me. The muffin was delicious. With greens, carrots and coconut was amazing. The best part it had very little sugar. Only if I had it warmed. The soup and wrap came quickly after. The soup had almost entire lentils which we assumed would be under cooked. We were wrong. The lentils cooked to perfection. The coconut milk creamy. A bit under seasoned for the Mrs, but I didn't mind. I did want some spice though. Added some black pepper but didn't do anything. The wrap with lots of salad greens and rice. Carrots and veggies. The rice and tortilla was warm. The service was good as well. The place has a small area for buying some nut milk and other stuff. There is also a shelf full of books for customers sit and enjoy.
