I had higher expectations for a Black owned food truck serving in a diverse area in Des Moines. The food was cooked perfectly, but it wasn't seasoned well enough. There wasn't much flavor and pizzazz to it. If you care more about crunch then flavor, hit them up. They had a steady stream of business and people seem to like it. Sadly, it just didn't do it for me.
