I ordered 15 wings, two sides of veggies and 3 sides of sauce at 6:47. The online ordering system said my order would be complete at 7:09. I arrived to pick up my order at 7:10, and received part of my order finally at 7:29. That's 42 minutes for 15 wings. The place was not hopping busy . The staff interacted with one another and the customers with the ole 'I'm just here to collect a paycheck' attitude. I never received the extra sauces I paid for. Stopped by on my way home. BIG MISTAKE. Nobody wearing gloves which is fine if they are practicing food safety. One girl on her phone texting and handling everyone's food. No washing her hands after texting. But that is not the worse of it. One clerk taking down her mask and wiping her mouth with her fingers. Going right back to touching peoples food without washing her hands. Then she did it again!!!!! I just couldn't stand it anymore. I told the clerk at the register about her and she told her to go wash her hands. Which she acted like she did...but she didn't. Nothing fancy but Wing Stop does wings very well. Their tenders and boneless wings are the best I've ever had, and the cajun seasoning is a great touch added to the regular hot wing sauce. Staff was friendly, although they were a bit preoccupied with their own TV in the back of the kitchen so the place was empty up front for quite a bit. read more

Generally good food, and fairly quick service. If you are doing takeout, plan on spending twice as long waiting for your food than they originally told you. Especailly If you order online. This place is my usual go to place for wings. The food alone is consistently good, but I'm tired of my order never being ready when I'm told it will be ready. I'm tired of using a "convenient" app to place my order ahead of time, only to discover that they never dropped my order in the fryer. If they can't bother to pull the app orders, then DO NOT OFFER AN APP TO PLACE ORDERS. When I showed up at the counter, the gal seemed confused. She asked if I had paid, which I had, because I did not want any delays getting home in time for the Bronco game... and then... nothing. No update. No, thank you, we have your order. No update how much longer my wait would be, NOTHING! I just stood there waiting and wondering what the heck was going on. Communication goes a long way to making a bad situation better. The wings were outstanding! We ordered pick up for the UFC 190 Rousey fight, and got the 30 wings with 3 sauces for $30! The hickory smoked BBQ was hands down my favorite sauce & will be ordered again. The fries had a sweet and salty seasoning on it, which was different at first BUT a perfect combination with the wings. They could've been cooked longer but I'm picky with my fries. I have no idea what all the talk is about! If you are in the mood for a chunk of wood, dipped in sauce than this is your place! We tried the Hot, Medium, teriyaki and garlic Parmesan. Classic and boneless. Now of it was worth the wait or the money. I think Tyson's makes a better wing (but I don't recommend those either) and you can get those in the freezer section! Unbelievably bad service. I will never visit one of their restaurants again. That's a really sad thing for me to say because I do like their food on most occasions but there were a couple of unforgivable sins. First, I ordered the dinner for two (15 wings, traditional) and patiently awaited my order. Then I watched a family of four walk into the restaurant (about ten minutes after I entered), place their order and also grab a seat to wait. Then a party of two. Then another. As the time ticked by, I couldn't believe it when the party of four got their food before me! What the...? Ok, I'm definitely next, so I'll just chill. Nope. The party of two received their food before me also despite arriving a full fifteen minutes after I did. Ok, this is getting bad. I gotta be next, right? I mean, the third party arrived almost a half hour after me, so there's no way they'll get their food first. Wrong again. As I'm watching the family of four finishing their meal, I finally walked over to the counter to inquire about my dinner. They looked at me like I had five heads despite the fact I'd been sitting there the whole time. I had to show them my receipt to prove I'd even ordered in the first place. When they matched my receipt to one of their own, they hastily threw together my order (which must've been sitting there for the better part of a half hour and definitely tasted like it later) and offered up a half-hearted apology. No offer of a free lunch or even a coupon for the huge inconvenience. Ok, I'll live. People make mistakes. Everyone is human. Then, as I always do in every wingstop, when I order fries, I looked for the salt shaker. Hardly healthy, I know, but, I love salt on my fries. Couldn't find it for love or money. So, I asked one of the employees where the salt was. "Sorry, we don't have salt". What the...? Again. No, I'm sorry. You're a restaurant. I cannot honestly think of a single restaurant I've ever been to that didn't have salt. INCLUDING THIS ONE!!! Yeah, I've been here before, I always get the fries and you've always had salt. Ordered our wings for the big game a few days in advanced. I specifically set my pick up time for 3:30 figuring they would be busy and need the extra time to get them done and good thing. When I stopped to pick them up, they were running 30 minutes behind and this small restaurant was packed. Most of the customers were patient and understanding, however several were being just downright rude about the wait ( and from what I could overhear these were all people that thought walking in and ordering 150 wings an hour before the superbowl would work out well for them. The Wingstop staff did several things right here. * Preorders were given preference, and new same day orders were had to wait. * They were constantly apologetic about the wait, but firmly reminded everyone they were moving as fast as they could. * While the staff was obviously stress due to the number of people in the store waiting, overall they were polite and professional. * When they informed you it was a 30 minute wait, it was 30 minutes. However there are a few areas I felt they could have done better. * They did not inform you of the wait, until AFTER they rang up the order and started to process the payment. As such there were several people that went through the order process only to find out it would be an hour for their 6 piece combo meal. * When one of the customers was making comments about the wait to a friend, the manager bought into the comments and got into an argument with the customer. Now the customer was in the wrong here, and should not have been cussing about the service, but the manager could have and should have walked away. The comments were between two customers, and even though the customer dropped the F-Bomb a couple of times, the only reason the entire restaurant knew about it, was due to the response of the manager. In addition, 20 minutes later the manager's boss came out to scold all the customers for the actions of one guy who was gone by the time he came out. This should have been handled much more professionally. The wings were, as always, top notch and one of the few places I go for wings. read more

I show up and there are 3 employees who clearly don't care to speed up to anyones needs. Instead they are speaking about their personal relatjonships. I had to wait another 30 minutes IN STORE for my wings to come out.... just to finally hear one of the ladies remind the cook (who was hanging out in the front, grabbing a drink, etc) that i was here for my pick up order. I visited this location for the second time tonight, getting terrible customer service. Both times I stood and waited minutes before anyone helped or greeted me when they were talking to other employees in the kitchen. I waited 20 minutes for 12 classic and 6 boneless wings, after I got my order I had asked for a side of ranch and was told it would be $1.07 after I had spent nearly 20 dollars on not even 20 wings. I also found a coupon saying 5 free wings with purchase through a wingstop coupon and was told by both employees there was no way to use the discount code I had. As I got home I saw both boxes in my bag put in sideways, spilling wing sauce all over the bag and leaking out all over! I had such terrible service and will never go to this location again!
