We've been here twice and have been happy with both experiences. They have turned off their overhead lights and just use string lights, so we weren't sure if they were actually open when we pulled up in front. There's a couple tables 'cause the wings are best eaten fresh and hot. There were 2 guys working and finishing a carry out and delivery order but they were friendly and told us they'd be right out. We ordered 24 wings for 3 of us. Just the right amount as the wings are pretty meaty and good sized. We actually had a couple leftover to take home. We tried the boss sauce and buffalo hot. We liked that combination. The french fried were nice and crispy rippled ones. The employee also offered to let us try two kinds of ranch sauces, one individually pre-packaged and one they had poured into a cup. There's a water dispenser that you can get your own water. They also have a free video game that is fun to play while you're waiting for the wings to come out. They are a Rochester NY outfit, a tiny different than our favorite Buffalo NY wings, but we are happy to support them again in the future. Gotta remember the cash discount next time. read more

Most tender and moist chicken tenders anywhere. Good thin breading on them. Food always comes out piping hot. Smash burgers are great too. Have not tried the garbage plates. It's a bare bones seating area but they usually have games on the big screen. Hours are all over the place bc they run food trucks during the week. Food truck quality in a sit down spot is all I need! We come here a couple times a month. Love it. read more

We discovered this hidden gem on TikTok and so glad we did. They don't have a sign along the street yet, but it was still easy to find off 39th and Kipling. Drew was amazing in describing the menu to us. He and his brother own the restaurant, bringing a taste of Rochester, NY, to Colorado. The wings were delicious - we tried the traditional wings in the Boss Sauce, Country Sweet, and Lemon Pepper Red Hot. My favorite was the Boss Sauce. Both that and the Country Sweet are dairy free by the way. The wings were a good size, and the crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy. I would like to try the G Plate one day when I'm feeling adventurous. We will definitely return to get more wings and try other menu items. read more

Stopped tonight after an appointment in Wheat Ridge. Food was fantastic and I'll be back for that alone but what really stood out were the employees. I believe the owner, the manager, and another girl training out front were there and they were so great! Felt like a regular on my first visit. So I was born and raised in Rochester NY (Spencerport to be exact and my dad worked at Rochester Colonial his whole life which is LITERALLY next door to Stevie Ts which is LITERALLY Nick Tahoe's brothers branch of the original restaurant) so I know what I'm talking about here... My one (and only complaint) is that the garbage plates at Colorado Hots are higher quality than the original NY product... So that's not really a complaint! If you want to try a garbage plate the CORRECT way, order a 2x cheeseburger plate, with Mac salad and home fries, and extra meat sauce. Then blast that thang in ketchup, chop the ever loving heck out of it, mix it all together and enjoy. You're welcome (ahead of time). I'll add that this place also has killer wings! AND they have OG Country Sweet sauce so you can get legit "sweet and sour" wings like you can back in Rochacha! I highly recommend you try them at least once. ALSO, if you've never had Zweigles hot dogs, you're missing out. You have to try the "white hot" variation. Trust me. Do it. YouTube can even get Zweigles on your garbage plate instead of cheeseburgers. Not as epic, in my opinion, but very acceptable. The wings are big and meaty here. Pair those with the terrific house made buffalo sauce. I wish the french fries were better given the quality of the other items on the menu. The same goes for the blue cheese dressing. The folks working here are eager to please and welcoming.
