We flagged down a passing waitress and asked that someone come to our table. No one did. We eventually left without being served. What puzzles me is the reviews. There's a noticeable split -- a subset of customers seem to have genuinely wonderful experiences, while others describe something much closer to what we encountered. That kind of inconsistency makes me wonder whether certain guests -- perhaps regulars, or people who fit a particular profile -- receive a different level of attention than others. I can't say for certain what's driving it, but the pattern is hard to ignore. I'm not writing this out of frustration alone. I'm writing it because I think prospective diners deserve to know that their experience here may vary significantly -- and that the reasons for that variation aren't entirely clear.

They were well-seasoned and glistening with juice on the inside. The restaurant doesn't believe in drenching their chicken with sauce, and why would they when the chicken on its own was so freaking delicious?
