Decided to get wing house for dinner. Please stay mobile order and went and picked it up in store. Inside wasn't too busy, had a nice encounter with the gentleman working the front desk. I told him I had a mobile order and he grabbed my order and the cup for my drink and handed it to me. I made my drink at the soda machine and left. When I got home, the food was still fresh and good temperature except the five count of hot wings that were unfortunately cold. Everything else was fine. The chicken sandwich we got in mango habanero and if you like spicy, it's the perfect balance of a nice sweet heat. We have now had to go from this location multiple times and always have good wings. Staff is always friendly and they are always busy with to go orders. There are some tables inside but normally see take out. We get their 40 piece bundle. Everyone gets to pick their own flavor as you get 4. There is 1 fry and 2 veggie sticks. We always get 2 fries and 1 veggie. It makes a perfect meal for 4. We have really liked their flavors. They are always good with the amount of sauce or dry rub. Garlic Parm is a favorite along with the Cajun (OG hot plus Cajun dry rub). Some of their special flavors are good as well. Fiery lime was really good tonight. Also had a hot lemon that was really good. Have not had any issues with to go orders. Everything is still good when we get home 15-20 minutes later. Are these the absolute best, no. But you get good size wings, good value, and for us consistent flavor each time. In this area that has been hard to find. I tried the pick up this time. When I arrive it took a bit longer to receive my order, but I liked that the staff was checking constantly. Also they really nice all the time. I got 10 bone in lemon pepper wings, they were really good and with a good size. I also got a hickory smoked BBQ chicken sandwich. When I receive it I noticed it was just the bread and the chicken, but the flavor was very good. It seems like Wing Stops are popping up everywhere! I live in Riverview, and there's one set to open soon by the bowling alley, plus another that just opened in Apollo Beach. Usually, I visit the one on Fowler St in Tampa, but this time I decided to check out the new location in Brandon next to Chilis. I definitely love their chicken, but I also really enjoy their fries. You can add various herbs to the fries, but I usually stick with the regular ones. The Brandon location looks great, clean with plenty of seating and plenty of parking available outside. I like their chicken, but the fries in the Brandon location were just okay this time--not as good as the ones in Tampa. It wasn't bad, just not up to par. Maybe I got a bad batch? Their chicken is always crispy and delicious, and they offer a ton of sauces to choose from. The prices are on the higher side, though. I did encounter a small issue while ordering; their computer system was acting up and wouldn't accept credit cards. We were left waiting in line without any proper updates. After about 10 minutes, they finally asked if we were paying with cash since the system wasn't reading cards. My son suggested we use their app to place the order, which turned out to be a great idea! It was just a minor inconvenience, but I still love their chicken and fries and will keep coming back. Let me just say, I love wings. I came in excited, hungry, ready to risk it all for some crispy Cajun goodness. What I got was a crime against poultry, a test of patience, and the gift of a stomach apocalypse I still haven't recovered from. First off--they messed up my order. Not in a small "oops we gave you ranch instead of blue cheese" kind of way. No, they gave me buttery regret disguised as Cajun wings. Cajun?? Where?? These tasted like someone whispered seasoning over them and then dipped them in a tub of melted disappointment. Waited forever just to be acknowledged like I wasn't standing there clearly dying of hunger. Staff walked around like I was a ghost. I should've brought a Ouija board just to make contact. And the tables? Filthy. Looked like a chicken wing tornado tore through the place and no one thought to clean up. I sat down at a table so sticky I thought I was getting waxed. I felt like I needed to shower just from being there. And the grand finale? I've been violently sick ever since. Stomach's been doing backflips. Ordered Wingstop from this location on Doordash, so I can't say I got the full experience. I will say they forgot to add my ranch to the sealed bag, so I was kind of upset about that. Ranch is my favorite from Wingstop! I tried a new flavor I had never had before - I think it was a sweet chilli flavor and it was really good. There was about 5-6 employees and I must say that everyone joined together and did whatever they had to do to get the orders out. My cousin and I decided to take advantage of this great deal for lunch while we were out having a girls day. It wasn't too busy when we got there to pick up our food. The staff were very helpful and worker together to get orders out. The music that was playing kept the vibe going throughout the entire establishment. I became a fan of Wingstop while living in LA so of course when I found out they had a location in Tampa close to my home I had to check them out. The staff were friendly and helpful, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the chicken. I asked for crispy chicken and when I got home was surprised that they were so soggy. I like lemon pepper but it seemed like they forgot the seasoning. I can't recommend this location because I would hate for someone to waste their time and not get what they ask for. Very slow service and I was literally the only one in the store at the time. I did ask for well done. So I expected a wait but 20+ minutes was a little much. Messed up my order and gave me Parmesan instead of Cajun. Now I will say the Manager asked how things were and made sure to correct everything for me and made sure in the end I got what I ordered plus more. As for the food itself it wasn't bad. Went back yesterday i felt wanting n after i kept asking my girlfriend what she wanted n failed at it i went with the wing stop option! I did say i wanted to try sitting down so why not!? Now that i can see what the hell i was doing i went with the 30 piece combo. Hawaii on one side n parmesan in the other. Came with veggies n fries. Added the corn! Always add corn! It's so goooood! This one wasn't as spicy as I usually get it but it's ok. They ran out of wing parts n ask if we wanted to wait for them n we said Naw!! Cuz we both were already starving n we didn't want to eat them either. We need the staff to give us chicken. The nice gentleman offered to give us more drumsticks sense they didn't have the wingparts. BOY! He wasn't kidding!! Holy crap! There was so many!! I kept eating n the batch did not go down. The food was ok, Ordered lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and Cajun corn, my wife ordered lemon pepper ,jerk rib, and Parmesan fries. Wings was cooked perfect for us but it was lacking garlic in Parmesan wings and jerk was not really jerk to me. The Cajun corn was fire, fries nothing special. I absolutely love their chicken wings! They were tender and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside when you bite into them. The lemon pepper seasoning in particular was exceptional. It wasn't just your standard lemon pepper seasoning from the spice aisle. It had more lemon flavor than any wing I've had, and it wasn't too salty. I think I hit on a good wing day. The garlic parmesan was very good as well. It had lots of sprinkled parmesan cheese, but I think I tasted more oil than butter. Also, I feel like it needed more garlic. But, it was all well cooked and the tasty flavor was there. That's more than I can say for other places I've visited where the garlic and parmesan were lacking. The quality of the wings were on point as well. The small order of Cajun fried corn was tasty, but way overcooked. To the point that it was mushy and watery. Were they still frozen and then put in the fryer? I don't know the answer but I'd give this place 4 stars if they could execute it better next time. I'm not so sure they can. It was super busy when I got there around 4:45 on a weekday. There were a couple of people waiting for their takeout orders, and about 3 tables occupied. Many people were coming in to pick up what they ordered online. This made the wait incredibly long. With that said, the wings were hot and fresh when I received them. It stayed that way even when I arrived at my destination. I will go back for the wings because they are delicious. I'll order the corn again, but will try it when I dine in at the restaurant versus through takeout. Maybe it's crispier when served right away. I hope to give them a better rating next time. The service was friendly, it's just the long wait and not being told when it would come out that got me a little annoyed. The Hot Honey Rub barely had any rub on it and the Garlic Parmesan well let's just say they dumped the entire bottle of Parm on the wings.... I've order Garlic Parmesan from many different WingStops from Brandon to Tampa all the way to Atlanta and I've NEVER seen this much Parmesan. I proceeded to dust off as much as I could and bite into the wing and guess what... NO GARLIC AT ALL.... It's Lemon Pepper with Parm on top... GROSS... We ordered about $40 worth of wings on March 10th at 6:04 in the evening and they were definetly ready as soon as I got there to pick them up! The negative about this location was that the wings were not so good in flavor and the cheese fries were also lacking in flavor!! The servers and workers were a delight and they were all motivated but the wings were a 2 from a scale of 1 to 5 in flavor so they need to step up their game in this area hence my 3 star rating! After posting this review this morning, I must give KUDOS AND 2 THUMBS UP to the franchise owner, Mr Herman, for his immediate response! I humbly thank him for his gift card as compensation for my experience at the Valrico location! Lowering my rating after a second visit and again receiving tasteless wings. I always request all drums and cooked extra well done. Got the all drums right, but the well done, more like undercooked. Barely any parmesan on the parmesan garlic, lemon pepper was bland, Louisiana had zero spice, zero flavor. They put enough flavoring on to look okay, but actually taste flat. I still love the franchise but will have to go back to the Tampa location because the Brandon one cannot seem to get it together. They get your order wrong, the waits seem to be VERY long no matter when you visit, and the food is either overcooked or undercooked (never cooked correctly). Today's order was the last straw for me. My wings were horrible and my fries were inedible. They also have me Bleu Cheese instead of Ranch which would not have been such a big deal if it weren't cuz everything else was so bad. I dont know why this location has a low score so im leaving a 5 star to balance it out. I stopped in for lunch and order 10 wings. Wings came out fast and they were tasty as usual. Some genius decided to mix my order with the other order when I specified it as separate orders.
