Wing Stop is both the best flavored wings and one of the best value of wings you can get (aside from cooking your own wings). This place had some hiccups when it first opened. It is hard to find good help in Brandon, so the customer service is not the best, and it takes a while to train a cook to do cook wings perfectly every time. I have been a few times in the last week, and they seem to have gotten into their groove. The dry seasoned wings are the best as they retain the natural crispness of perfectly fried chicken skin. The fries are OK, seasoned well, and usually a little under-cooked which works for me, but not everyone likes the creamy texture and smooth flavor you get from a 3/4 cooked potato stick. The only issue I have with this location is that I have still not convinced them to make me "Atlanta Strip Club" style wings (lemon pepper wings that are also tossed in hot buffalo sauce). I can get 10 wings 5 lemon pepper and 5 original hot, but I want 10 wings that are both flavors combined. I have taken to ordering 10 lemon pepper and bringing my own Frank's Red Hot Sauce until I can bring them around to mixing flavors like I used to get at the USF location. read more

You know I tried. I been here a couple of times. I looked for.m and Prayed! For a location to open in Brandon but honey I just can't any more. We went when they first opened and tried them. The chicken was so over fried I couldn't even eat it and I had boneless. Husband had bone in. Again. So over cooked it was as if the chicken wasn't even there. The following week they did a Grand opening giving away free wings. We went thirty minutes before it was over and they told us the event was over. We showed them the flyer and they said they don't have wings. How do you not have wings for a grand opening that advertises 5 free wings with purchase? Blew my mind because that was your grand opening. I always order my fries well done and They are never that. Never. In fact they are barely cooked period. We went again last night as a final try and legit the fries weren't even cooked!!! And chicken! Fried bones. No seasoning on fries. No seasoning on chicken. I can't and will not go anymore. Thing wing stop by far was the best one I've been too. It's fairly new so very clean. Though a tad small there is tons of space on the inside to dine with the family or friends. The employees were friendly and courteous. The wings were crispy and very flavorful. I had the Korean bbq and the garlic Parmesan both of which were good. I was excited to come here since the only other nearest location would had been in Tampa. However, I got an 8 pc boneless combo and everything was off. My mild chicken wings had no sauce. I felt I was eating chicken tenders. My ( reg ) fries tasted sweet, like sugar was shaked all over them and lastly my sweet tea tasted like water. Upon entering everyone was super friendly and most importantly my food ready and still hot! They use an aluminum container so they stayed a good temperature. Their food never disappointments. I would give this location a negative star. This is the closes Wingstop to my home and each time I've came they take over an hour to give my my order. I ordered at 7:48pm and I did not get my wings until... There are kids working this location. They chew more than they can swallow. I've seen about 15 people go in and get their food. They continue to make orders and orders and none are being properly executed. Whomever is the manager needs to see how many people are making terrible reviews and the owner needs to watch the camera to see how this location is ran and re train all these kids. Was shocked to run into this place while running errands with wifey. Amazing cashier and Cook who were kind enough to let us try all the flavors to make up our minds. Great staff and great service. Won a bet against my wife that - again this store is going to be late in their service... ordered food thru their app and the system said "ready in 20-28 mins. 90 minutes later when I went to pick it up, it was not ready!!! due to "system error" again... Extremely poor customer service and will never get a DIME of my money again!! I placed an order on door dash, thinking I would be having wings for lunch. A few minutes after ordering, my dasher asked if I got my food because someone else had picked it up. I informed her that I hadn't. Now first of all, why would you just hand some random person my order?! Knowing good and well they weren't supposed to be picking up my order! Problem #1; problem #2 came when I called the store to let them know what was going on. The person I spoke to didn't even hesitate to let me know that I could reorder because she knew they messed up and my call was coming. Should be no stars !!!!! Thomas Church the general manager should be fired along with everyone else behind that register. It disgusts me how I was treated as a frequent customer. I know this one bad experience shouldn't ruin my overall overview of the company , but it has ! Earlier today I order my food through the WingStop app for delivery it took over an hour to find out what was going on with my food. I ended up getting a text message about my order being canceled and I had to contact the store to find out why. So, I called the store, got hung up on the first time around but finally spoke with one of the female employees . I explained the entire situation to her and she put me on hold to speak with a manager. Thomas Church got on the phone with me and ofcourse I immediately explained my situation. He proceeded to tell me in his exact words "Doordash is a shitty company that we use to deliver our food" . So I asked what does that mean to me? Am I getting my food still? He stated you'll get a refund. I told him that I felt he was handling the situation wrong because I still wanted my food and I've been waiting at this point for over an hour. He stated what did I want him to do if door dash came and stole the food . I asked if there was someone above him I can speak to and he hung up. So I at this point got into my car and drove to the store , I was treated as though I was automatically being hostile and disruptive . I continue to ask about someone on corporate or over Thomas and both Thomas and the employee refused to give me any information and even threw the business card i grab to write down the corporate number down away. It was my very first time at Wing stop today and I was not sure what to expect. I LOVE wings and my favorite wing places are BW3, and Hooters HOWEVER let me tell you that the wings I had today at Wing Stop were OUT OF THIS WORLD with flavor!!! I got the Korean, Garlic Parm, and the Lemon Pepper. They are WHOLE WINGS! Not bits and pieces so I was thrilled. Danny gave me the BEST customer service I have ever had PERIOD when going to pick up food. He is either the owner, or soon will be. I have been a sales manager for years and I SO wanted to tell him about his talents but didn't want to embarrass him in front of everyone.
