Mark was dismissive and rude, appearing more concerned with the store's closing time than the reported safety hazard. After significant pushback, he agreed to take an incident report and informed me that I would receive a follow-up call from Carrie, the area coach, today, May 11, after 9:00 AM. I tried calling to address the issue but was put on hold and after a few minutes my phone showed that the call had failed. We have been coming to this location since the day they opened. My hubby loves the all flats with dry Louisiana rub and seasoned fries. It is all made to order. No stale fries. No pre cooked wings. And it's perfect that they will customize your order to just flats or just drumettes. They also have beer at the location for those sticking around to watch a game or something. Upon arrival staff was rude and not very welcoming, we were very close to leaving but due to being so late didn't want to delay much longer with 3 hungry kids. While ordering, the staff member at the register was abrupt and and maintaining side conversations with staff in the back. That was our initial interaction. Oh and we couldn't order all flats. While we were sitting with our family children under 10 eating, rap music with profanities we're playing and staff with yelling and singing in the restaurant.
