Caught employees not wearing gloves on several occasions. This is nasty and unacceptable. Ordering time was incorrect online. It said the ordering time was 16-21 minutes. When I arrived at the store they told me it would be another 20 mins on top of the 15 that I already waited. After 25 more mins I asked how the order was, they told me 10 more minutes. At this point I've waited almost an hour for my food that said it would take 16-20 mins online. They should have updated it online because had I known it would be over an house for food, I would not have ordered. They were not very friendly or apologetic. I get you are busy, but don't give people false information. I ended up canceling the order because I was not gonna wait another 10 mins just for them to say it would be another ten. Waited 45 minutes in the store past my pickup time. I tried to be understanding as they were busy. I kept hearing they forgot to put my chicken in and they were sorry. I get home and I was missing half of my chicken. We spent over $50. The other food we ordered was cold and drinks were watered down due to sitting for so long. I contacted them and was sent a $5 gift card. Multiple other people were calling in at the time and requesting refunds. Definitely will not be back, super disappointing. read more

I would have rather you simply just refused the order. The location was less than 5miles away. There was no reason food should have been as cold as it was. Last time I walked In and was told it was an hour wait so I said okay, because I was a walk in and I know (being a server) how things can spiral out of control and get busy ... however, this time I ordered my wings ahead of time, boneless wings at that (I know it doesn't take that long to make them) I waited almost 2 hours . The wings are good but not that good to wait almost 2 hours with a crying 7 month old . The icing on the cake was when I arrived home and didn't receive the blue cheese or the cheese sauce I had to pay extra for with my food . Terrible customer service . The counter attendant was rude when people were asking about where their order stood in line . All in all I think this establishment will continue to be successful, if you come up with a system that works and hire more employees. I ordered delivery from this location, however they use door dash. The dasher took a "photo" of our order and it was never delivered! We waited an hour for our food. My family and I decided to drive down to wing stop because customer service said they have to submit a refund request to the manager. We just wanted our food. We drove here to wing stop and explained the issue to the employees! They were very friendly and willing to help to fix the issue, despite the massive orders they were receiving. Ordered from here a while back for me and my coworkers and had the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, called and talked to them and they were supposed to replace my order whenever I felt like giving them another chance and called today for my replacement and they don't honor that, there's no way to look it up, and pretty much you're out of luck.
