Now I see why you have a very low review. You need to work on your client facing. I was about to place an order, but the customer service completely changed my mind. The cashier (a chubby lady) seemed very unhappy to be there. She took a long time before even acknowledging that I was ready to order, and when she finally did, she appeared annoyed that I was placing an order. It felt like I was inconveniencing her simply by being a customer. I decided to walk away because I don't see the point in spending my money at a business where customers are made to feel unwelcome. My husband placed an order online and arrived when the app said it was ready but it was not. There was no greeting and all three employees were on their phones. He was told the order was not ready because they were backed up. While he waited other customers came in and tried to order. They were told in a rude way to order online because the staff would not take orders in person. After waiting another 30 minutes my husband asked about his food and was given a bag that seemed to have been sitting out for a while. The food was cold and when he asked if it could be remade the employee said no and walked away. By the time he got home the food was too cold to eat and had to be thrown out. This experience showed a lack of customer service and professionalism. I will be following up with Wingstop about this. read more

My stepson at college attempted to order... the one guy working said he won't take our order only doordash. Forced them to sit outside of restaurant while cashier was working and order , paying an additional service fee to ENIS at DoorDash. I'm not sure if Wingstop has an "arrangement" with this guy or DoorDash, but this is absolutely not a legitimate or legal way to operate a business. read more

They looked like they were finishing up cleaning. I went to see if my order was ready there were some bags there with no luck. The guy said they couldn't get my order done. I absolutely love wingstop. The flavors are incredible. I am very sad they removed the Mexican street spice flavor and the Smokey chipotle flavor. But it is still really good. The reason I give this a 4 is because of the language barrier with the people that work there. I only speak English and a lot of the time the workers only speak Spanish. I Usally pay with cash so I can't get it online. The boneless meal deal is the best item they have and they don't understand what it means. I just wish they always had at least 1 English speaking worker or maybe a tablet for ordering. Still the food always hits and the ranch is straight fire. read more

I think I have cooked bugs or animal poop in my fries I will attach photos. I've been sick all night with diarrhea and trying to hold back from vomiting. This can't be healthy. This is my second time trying this place the first time I had terrible chicken sandwiches but I thought I'd give the boneless wings a try. Both times the fries were mostly just little particles like hard pieces of potato skin very few actual fries... I use the light on my phone to like magnify the fries to see what the hell is Small things Are and it looks like bugs or animal poo. So I ordered from doordash and they only wanted to give me $5 credit I think they should refund the whole entire thing and then some probably give me a credit for future at that and hope I don't sue them. However when I got home to look at my order I saw that the employees did not sauce the wings properly, they are dry and look just awful. I used to manage a wing stop so im aware of the standards and expectations the franchise has when preparing orders for guests. Nobody is answering the phone and I have been trying to call for the last 20 minutes, these wings are inedible and not at all what I asked for so since nobody is getting back to me, I'm going to go ahead and file a chargeback with my card issuer and reach out to the corporate offices. got most of the order wrong and got food poisoning. Took a while with the order and it was overall just not great.

We ordered two combo orders, 10 piece and 6 piece to-go, and requested side of veggies for the 6 piece. Employee assured us we'd be given veggies despite order screen indicating two side of fries. Waited a fair amount of time for it. The employee brought our food to us and mentioned that he forgot to ask our name. We checked our bag, noticed two side of fries, no veggies. We waited about a minute longer for him to pack veggies, and let us keep both sides of fries. We left, drove home, and found we'd not been given the 6 piece. We called four times on our drive back to this location hoping to request our missing order be prepared and ready to pick up before we arrived, or at the very least explain our dilemma. None of our calls were picked up. The customer isn't required to check their order and they should not have to. We know what we ordered at the POS, the POS order screen, and receipt we were given is a visual confirmation of our request. The expectation from there on is that the employees read and confirm the orders as they're prepared and served. We arrive back at the location, which had no other customers waiting at the time by the way, show the receipt and ask the same employee to fulfill our missing order, which he did so, surprisingly fast, but gave us an extra four pieces instead of only six. We decided to just dine in since our food was getting cold anyway. The 10 piece wings were too dry, and along with the fries, lacked little to no seasoning. I noticed their store phone, although silent for some reason, kept receiving calls. They kept helping the delivery drivers walking in without answering any of the calls. Things to keep in mind when considering this location: -they don't confirm completion of to-go orders, possibly take-out or mobile orders as well -they don't care to answer phone calls -they prioritize quantity over quality read more

This place takes short cuts . They cook a lot of chicken so they don't have to do it on the fly causing customers to eat old hard dry chicken and they hardly coat the wings with sauce.
