I'm adding this to yelp from my google reviews because I received a reply from them telling me to contact them with the provided info and I did but never received any kind of reply I've been a regular customer at your location, usually ordering 3-4 pizzas at a time. Unfortunately, I've experienced consistent issues especially when the younger staff are working. My order is almost always wrong not just a small mistake, but completely different pizzas than what I actually ordered. The dough is often undercooked and soggy, to the point where I've had to finish baking the pizzas myself at home. When I return to get the order corrected, I rarely get an apology or any sense of urgency. I typically wait another 15-20 minutes for the remake, while the rest of my food sits and gets cold. To make matters worse, I often feel like I'm the one inconveniencing the staff just for expecting the correct order. Despite all this, I gave the store another chance. I placed another order again, they got it wrong. They remade the pizza, and while that visit wasn't as bad, the problem returned again three weeks later when I ordered four pizzas and two were incorrect. I went back, and they remade the two. I checked the boxes in my car only one was right. I went back in for the second time, and they remade the wrong one again. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, I finally received what was supposed to be the correct pizza... but it was still wrong. On the third attempt, they finally got it right. Meanwhile, the rest of the pizzas in the order were overcooked and borderline burnt. So to recap: I had to go inside three separate times for one order, waited over 30 minutes, got barely any apology, and did not receive any type of discount. I also contacted customer service via email weeks ago and never received a reply. It's clear this location doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. I'd recommend anyone ordering from Round Table to visit the 41st Avenue location instead. I'm not sure if it's under the same ownership, but they've always gotten my order right and made quality pizzas. Please take this feedback seriously. First of all, it smells like something crawled into the oven and died when we walked in. The tables and chairs were not cleaned when we got there, and the manager is so rude. I've overheard him talking to his employees and making extremely racist and sexist remarks - so inappropriate considering I was there with my DAUGHTER. Don't waste your money here, everything is so overpriced and there were fruit flies everywhere. Just go to Domino's - it's way better and way cheaper. read more

The pizza I ordered on 7/25/2025 was undercooked! It was soggy in the middle. Even after putting it in the oven to cook more, it still came out soggy. My boyfriend has been sick all weekend because it undercooked. Also, there was so much zesty red sauce. It's all you could taste. Another reason it was probably soggy. I have never had an issue from this location before. Very disappointing. Needless to say I won't be returning as a customer. read more

We ordered some pizza and garlic twists during our vacation. Had it delivered to our hotel room. Specifically asked for plates. Food came timely but no plates. When we asked the delivery guy for plates he said sorry, we are a new business and we don't have paper plates. You don't have paper plates??? Gotta support the local RTP. Been waiting awhile for this place to open and both times I've gotten it, the pizza was great and was ready on time. The staff was nice as well. Unlike the other pizza joints nearby that skimp on toppings, with a barren landscape both on and approaching the dry crust perimeter; RT Pizza covered the whole pizza with tasty toppings and cheese, from first to last bite. We had the original crust that has a slight crunch and not too doughy. And, they have my favorite topping, sliced linguica! No beer there yet; but I order to go anyway, and there is ice cold lager beer in my fridge at home to compliment the tasty pizza goodness. read more

We are from out of town and our daughter's favorite pizza is Round Table and even with that they are picky. This Round Table is the best we have ever had. In addition to that the service was amazing. The owner/ manager gave us a discount that wasn't online and even gave our daughters lollipops before we left. He was so kind and the food was so good we came back again the night before heading home. The establishment is clean and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend! read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery that was never delivered. The owner got angry with my daughter when she called to ask where the delivery was after two hours of waiting. I tipped the delivery person $5 in advance. After our third or fourth call, the owner said he would make the pizza and deliver it personally after four hours but did not do this. I only live a few block from this business. I'm sure this restaurant will do fine, but it will not get my business any more. I contacted my credit card company to stop the payment. read more

The ambience amazing. Lauren literally saved my life. I have a severe pork allergy and my friend attempted to get me the Hawaiian pizza, which had ham despite my best knowledge. There's a Round Table in the West Side! oh, how I missed the slightly cheddary cheese, the mix of meats, the round table! Alas... I ordered online at 4:30pm for a 6:00pm pickup. Got there a few minutes early, and the pizza was already in the warming oven. Cracked open the box in the car, hoping for joy... and got hour-old pizza. I can't be sure but it certainly felt and tasted like they made the pizza at 4:30 and let it sit in the warmer for an hour. We will try once more, for nostalgia and because I want to support westside business. I hope they iron out the kinks. read more

Nice to have a Round Table that is close by. The menus of Upper Crust and Round Table are both different. I like both of them! However I had that craving for Garlic Chicken with the white sauce, and only Round Table makes that! My online order was ready on the dot upon pickup. Pizza tasted great and reminded me of getting Round Table in the Bay Area back in the old days. Nice staff inside too! Will definitely return. read more
