Although they take a long time to prepare your order, it always comes out fresh and not to mention, steaming hot. I would like to think that Im good at choosing places to eat, but moving to Santa Cruz continues to challenge my confidence. Its gotten so bad, that ive reached a point where I won't try new places out here with other people because of this fear that ive. built up not wanting to dissatisfy someone else with a terrible meal. I decided to give this place a shot because I was craving chicken wings. The pictures all looked pretty good but when io got my order the wings were soggy wet with I dont want to know because I ordered a dry rub chicken wing and instructed to put the sauce on the side if there was any sauce in efforts from letting the wings go soggy. nI just about opened the box and at first glance I reluctantly gave it a sniff, and immediately gaged. I didn't bother to try a single wing because of how disgusted looking and smelling this... some sort of food people actually eat???? I was so disappointed and just in such shock on how a simple business of chicken wings would be that messed up and that unappetizing this order screamed. I even went over to one of my housemates who had this immediate look of disgust and said,'Oh no, girl. it looks like they need to be heated up" I should have known that this place wasn't going to be the cream of the crop and that if I had any dream of being a detective there's just no way. I should have made the connection looking at the pictures and prior reviews. If you're thinking about chicken wings you're better off going to wingstop or airfare frozen wings.

There were TVs everywhere and they were showing hockey, baseball, and basketball. For the food, I really enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Salad. It was nicely seared on the outside while still being raw on the inside. The greens with sliced ginger and dressing bring it all together. Mozzarella Sticks come with 4 large pieces. If you eat them while they're hot, you can get a pretty awesome cheese pull. These were served with marinara sauce and the appetizer was tasty. My son ordered a Chicken Pesto pizza that I was able to issue a dad tax on. I thought the pizza was solid, not spectacular. A nice chill place to hang out and watch a game.

At least 15 parties, but this gentleman was on it, filling everyone's drinks, asking for next round of alcoholic drinks, serving food, bussing tables! Fish and chips - fish was cut into smaller bite size portions rather than entire fillets (mixed opinion). It tasted good, well seasoned and crispy. Chips are the real deal -medium cut, lightly battered (Black country style), crispy, well seasoned with paprika mix. These tend to stay crisp for a long time thus providing nice accompaniment with multiple rounds of drinks. Cheesesteak - thin cut tri-tip was well done, juicy, tender meat, good amount of onions and peppers and swish cheese. All in all good local joint

The best Chinese spot on this side of the hill! If you live…read morein Aptos or anywhere in Santa Cruz County, you need to check out Four Streams Kitchen. I've been looking for a solid go-to Chinese takeout spot for a while, and this place absolutely knocks it out of the park. Do yourself a favor and order the Szechuan Boiled Fish (Sichuan Shui Zhu Yu). It is insanely flavorful, perfectly spicy, and easily one of the most legit, authentic Chinese dishes I've had in the area. If you prefer the classic American-Chinese comfort staples, those hit the spot too. The Kung Pao has the perfect balance, the potstickers taste completely house-made, and my family is obsessed with their chow mein.  The ingredients are always fresh (especially the veggies and seafood, try the fried prawns!), and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Great portions, amazing value (especially the lunch combos).

First, I…read morewill say that in the Aptos area this is far better than anything in this town, and way better than Panda Inn. I probably should have just picked up the order because $80 for Chinese food for two people is a bit steep and honestly ridiculous. The first negative thing is the fact that we ordered pork fried rice and ended up getting the fried rice but with chicken instead so OK, edible, but there is something about pork fried rice that I really like so that was disappointing. Also ordered their vegetable green bean with garlic sauce dish, and the green beans were cooked nicely although a side order of green beans for $16? Yes, I made the decision to order simply because I wanted a veggie with the rest of the meal. I ordered a chicken breast dish that was coated in some sort of a Panko-ish crunch. That was good although I wasn't expecting it to be fried. When you're hungry, you just eat it anyway... Truth. also had the potstickers which were typical nothing special, although they did serve it with some sort of a hot pepper sauce, which was good although the seeds in it were quite tough. They also pack a little container of what looked like white vinegar weird not at all like what you would normally have. We will probably try again as we explore the menu, but I will definitely pick up next time. Oh and finally with an order that clearly served two people they throw in one fortune cookie. How cheap is that? Jury is still majorly out on this place, but just wanted to share for now.
