Just like all the other fast food around it's just kids that could care less about doing their job. Don't waste your time or money here. Don't follow directions on orders and close early when they feel like it. They refused to make an order that was placed on uber eats 10 minutes before they close but order went thru. They shut the lights off while I'm in the store and told me they aren't making the order. I work at a restaurant and when a pick up comes in 10 minutes before closing, online order or not, it still gets made. If you call and ask to have something changed they mess with your order or intentionally put oil all over your bag. Packaging needs to be changed so that the foods warm. And the stickers they use to keep the bag shut for togo orders doesn't always keep the bag closed. Manager there is nice and understanding but I'm not to sure about some of the employees. read more

I officially give up here. They just can't get orders right and the staff is just rude. Their online website sucks. Becarefule if you pick an additional side it cancels out the first one. I ordered frys and carrots and by selecting the carrots it clears out the frys. So i never got frys i thought i ordered. Called because i said they were left out, only to drive all the way back to be told the carrots canceled my frys out. So wasted my time driving back too. I'm starting to loose faith on restaurants. But the flavors I really love are Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Red Hot Cajun. But I can say that all of the flavors are great and really amazing. They also have side dishes such as Onion Rings, Fries, Mushroom Fritters, and rice. Everything was on point and affordable. Their beverages are also cool and refreshing. You must also try their boneless wings which are really phenomenal! Very tender wings, savory, and delicious. They also have decent prices and all of their offers are affordable. I really saved a lot of money even though I ordered so many dishes. Great price and great offers! This place is way cheaper than other chicken spots around the area. I came for the first time since opening and ordered the medium size which came with 8 wings. I got 4 Parmesan garlic and 4 teriyaki. The flavoring of the teriyaki was good but the Parmesan garlic is normally not a dry rub but it was here... I didn't expect that since the menu didn't say it was a dry rub. I ordered the fries and cheese sauce as well but the fries were undercooked and soft and overly salted I couldn't really eat them... The cheese sauce was good but the wings were only warm and not hot once I received them. Doesn't really seem like I'll be back since they're new and have a lot of work to do. My order was placed on Saturday, May 08 2020 online. I was informed that my order will be ready at approximately 4:30PM. I arrived at the Carpentersville 1391 store to collect my order. I entered the store, and the tall, thin, African-American man did not greet me at all. He was the only cashier working. I waited in line for 15 minutes and then a few other customers arrived after. The new customers were greeted immediately, and yet I was still not provided service!? I actually had to shout to the cashier to get his attention. I then asked the cashier is my order ready? He asked, " what is the name?" I told him my last name is Osorio (I have a common first name, hence why I use my last name). He went to check and said, "it is being bagged for me." Now, another 10 minutes go by and I ask again about my order. The cashier says, "it's not ready." By this point, there are a lot of people entering and leaving with their orders, and I'm still waiting! He brings me out an order for the name Raphael and says, "here you go." I told him that is not my order, the name is Osorio. Now, it's 35 minutes that I have been waiting in line and nothing!! There are 2 orders on the back pick up counter that I noticed when I arrived 35 minutes ago. He grabs the receipt and says in the most quietest voice, "order for David?" That's my order!! My order was ready for pick up when I arrived! Why did take this cashier so long to acknowledge my order. I waited for 35 minutes in line? Here is where it gets more interesting. The cashier gives me my order and I tell him I want a refund. Then he just walks away from me and doesn't acknowledge it all. He goes to help other customers that walk in and goes back to the kitchen. Another 5 mins go by and he doesn't acknowledge my request. It is taking a lot of my energy to keep calm and collected. At the 10 minute waiting for my refund mark, I aggressively demanded my refund. He then acknowledges and goes to the back room to use his mobile. It's a little pass 5 PM now and another associate comes in for his shift. He was very courteous and respectful. He attempts to assist me, but unfortunately he was unable to. The first cashier returns from the back and says, "the manager has to do it because it's an online order. I asked for the manager's name, phone number, and I leave the store. I call the mgr from my car, his name is Angel Delgado 847.975.4068. I explain the entire situation and he is apologetic, but repeatedly states they were short staff. He was informed later in the day. I did not believe this, as a mgr you are first to know about the happenings in your respective responsibilities. Angle tells me that I should receive a refund by Tuesday the 12th and that he will follow up via phone. I'm writing this feedback/review on Wednesday the 13th. Before I submit this I tried calling Angel and it went to voice mail. This is very frustrating with all the inconsistencies . I hope someone reaches out to me in regards to my refund. We just went to try this place for the first time as it is new to the area. What a disappointment. We waited 20 minutes for them to make our traditional wings extra crispy, 15 of them, to go. The wings are soggy, with chewy undercooked skin, they are really small and the flavor is not good. We will not go back. These are probably the worst wings I have ever had. I even think the wings from Pizza Hut are way better than these. Waste of money. read more
