I've seen this place for quite sometime now but only recently went in to see for myself. I was impressed with the cleanliness, employees and the absolutely wonderful wings. I ordered the honey barbecue boneless wings and was told it would take 15 minutes and I gave them my cell phone number. In less than 15 minutes I received a text telling me the wings were ready. When I went inside and up to the counter, I was greeted by the chef/owner. What a wonderful guy. He was everything you'd want in a great experience. I can't describe how good our meal was. Have been here a few times. The food is consistent. Never had any issues with their customer service. They are very friendly and nice. The wait time is not bad at all. I really love the lemon pepper wings, the fries are good. The only thing that is not good, the veggies, becareful, twice they were expired and not good. I ordered a 10pc boneless , a sandwich , and a buffalo ranch loaded fry. and i have to say the chicken was awfully hard for everything , it was hard to swallow and even hard to pierce with the plastic forks. I had ordered a buffalo ranch sandwich as well and what i received was a huge mess of buffalo and ranch drenched all over the box and under the bottom bun. The food here is usually good. But their order accuracy has been lacking lately. I only order here two to three times a year. It takes a half an hour one way to get the food. I picked up my order drove home and found that not only had the got the order half right but the original wings set out until I had to drive back and get them. Food ok. Sauce was good. The Coleslaw, not sure if we got a bad batch or not, but it was awful. The worst we ever had. It tasted like paint mixed with something like vinegar but only more mop-water like, honestly. Me and my wife couldn't believe it was so bad. Only reason I'm giving a 3 - I would love to add some constructive advice. The potential is great ! I will come back time and time again for the awesome fries that we had with the garlic parm. That alone was a meal and the most delicious fries I've ever had ! We ordered 2 OG sandwiches - chicken very crispy, awesome bun. The chicken though was really really salty.. if you could cut back on that ! Wow it would be fabulous. I have to agree with another reviewer about coleslaw .. it was way off . So tweak that . Ordered the street corn .. that was good, but watered down - if it's canned it needs to be drained. But overall I will definitely be back and try other items. The big problem I had was understanding the person taking the counter offer. She was very sweet and very patient, but there was such a communication issue. I had to have her repeat several times what she was asking me, and I still didn't really understand. I was responding and ordering things that I wasn't sure if it was part of a combo or a la carte. I know that you just opened and everything is a learning curve, but the menu is over complicated and it does need to be explained verbally until the familiarity of items becomes easier to navigate. Wings are meaty and cooked perfectly. I had the Cajun dry and buffalo they both could have used a little more love with the coverings but had flavor. The fries had a good seasoning and also cooked well. The only things I didn't care for is the charge for any dipping sauces (ranch blue cheese ect) and seemed a bit pricey 18.21 for a 10pc meal but I will be back. This place was great! Popped in for lunch and the staff was very welcoming. Food was great! Especially the Parmesan garlic fries which was recommended by the staff. Their ranched seemed homemade and was also delicious. They were super accommodating with kids, my daughter is two and she spilt ranch which we started to clean up but the staff came out and said they would clean it and was very kind! Came here on a recommendation from a stranger. Wings were delicious- we ordered traditional and boneless. Sauced fries take potatoes to a whole new level. We tried 6 sauces and all were delicious. Fries are cooked nicely and there's a few tasty options to top them with(at an additional charge). The service is getting there! Recently the workers in the front of the house have been more attentive and focused on welcoming customers and urgent to help which is a nice switch from previous times you would walk to the register and see the front team chatting and taking a moment to attend you. The restaurant dining room is clean , modern and offers seats for solos to larger groups. They have an open kitchen design and workers are friendly and on it. Still awaiting a call back I don't believe I'll receive. Our food, sweet corn and fries were good and as stated above, one order of the corn bread was ice cold. They have five tables and it's nice in there, but not sure it's worth the higher prices and paying extra for sauce you may not even receive. I hesitated to post this review because I really had to decide how hard I wanted to be on this place. I went there at 8:00pm with one other party in the building when I got there. It took an hour to get my order with that one party in the building when originally I was told 15 minutes. Ordering process wasn't terrible at first when ordering the wings initially. I got a 10 pc combo with fries and a drink. When it came time to the fries there is nowhere that says there is an up charge for anything but regular fries with your order. I got lemon pepper added to the fries which unbeknownst to me I paid extra for until check out, and when the fries finally came there was barely any seasoning at all on them. The thing that surprised me the most is the fact that you have to pay for ranch with your wings. Unlike literally any other wing place in this town. I already know what everyone is thinking, "okay dude who cares about all of that, how were the wings?". I ordered lemon pepper buffalo extra sauce. No lemon pepper on the wings, and the sauce was so little that it cooked into the wings. The wings themselves were nothing special either. The size, amount of meat, and consistency reminded me of pizza hut wing street with how overcooked and zero care was put into this order. In conclusion, I will end up just driving across town to wing stop because its cheaper and the food is better which shouldn't be the case since the name of this place is "wing snob". read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They forgot half of our order and messed up the other half that we got. Not only that, they also made us pay for sauce that we never even asked for and then they didn't even give us the sauce. They messed up the flavors on the chicken as well and also told us no when ever we asked for a flavor. No reason at all they just said no. We also found a hair in our food as soon as we opened the box. I went in tonight , I got the 8 piece boneless meal with Garlic Parm and Lemon Pepper. The lemon pepper was so good better than wing stop for sure. I upgraded my fries to cheese fries and they were so warm and cooked perfectly. The service there was really nice the girl up front explained everything to me perfectly. The fries also were really good they are seasoned but not overly seasoned!
