We recently went to Wingstop for the first time and I was impressed with the menu and prices. I went with my wife and son, and we split a family boneless wings meal deal and it was plenty of food for the three of us for a smoking deal. The interior was clean and no frills, but they do have televisions and plenty of seating. They allow you to select four flavors and all were pretty good - I personally recommend cajun and traditional hot. The fries were a highlight and already craving some more. It was very busy and it took a good 15-20 minutes to get our wings, however they do a good take-out business so it was understandable. Overall, definitely worth checking out again and was pleasantly surprised by the Gilbert Avenue location! read more

Ordered the 10 piece bone in wings. They had good flavor, but were not plump at all. Somewhat on the small side. Worst of all they were way overcooked and tough like shoe leather. Had to spit out half the food because could not chew it. Was still hungry after the meal. Did a pickup order . Took 3 minutes to be greeted after walking in the door , watched my food sit there , then finally got home to enjoy the food and it was awful. My order was wrong , my bone in wings were so crispy they felt stale and old . The fries oh my , talk about cardiac arrest , the amount of salt and seasoning they throw on them is ridiculous! Last when i spend $17 on tenders i don't expect them to look like chicken nuggets . We knew Wingstop would be a risky choice but our stomach was not prepared for that at all . Not hospitable at all . Absolutely terrible customer service. Girl cashier with glasses had the worst attitude, mumbled every sentence, and cut us off multiple times . We were waiting for 40 minutes for two combos and when we finally got them, they forgot items. We kindly asked to get it when they had time and got a sarcastic response and an eye roll. 10/10 don't recommend going there unless you have want a side of sas with your order that already takes 40 minutes. This was the best wingstop I have been to, the workers are so kind and we had received our food in a timely manner. The service was a 10/10 and I definitely will be coming back. Talk about first to worst when updating reviews......I've ordered online and picked up my wings/fries like 3 or 4 times over the past 2 months, only problem I had so far was one time they didn't adhere to my request of having the fries "Well Done" because if I don't check that box, the fries at any location I've gone to in multiple states, the fries taste soggy even if you eat right there in the dining area. I ordered online tonight at 6:40pm, estimated time was 45 minutes. Understandable on a Saturday night. I go down there around 7:30? Guy up front (who didn't help ONCE) to make food or do anything for the folks in the back tells me it's not ready yet and actually might be more like an HOUR....Ok, so I stand outside for a little, then a seat opens up and I go sit inside......ok it's now 8pm! I get up and ask if he can check how much longer and when I say my name again, he looks at the SHELF and goes "oh crap" here you go man and hands me a bag that was on the shelf for AT LEAST 20 MINUTES, and when I replied with "are you F*ing serious?" I got the laziest, most careless "oh sorry bout that"...I almost left my food there but I'm starving and went home....the chicken was barely warm enough to still eat and I took one bite of a few fries and THEY WERE DISGUSTING, probably because it all sad in a closed bag for over 20 minutes as I sat 10 feet away from my order! I'm contact the company with the store number and I really hope they give me either a full refund for at least a voucher to get the same order FREE next time I visit. I appreciate the extremely hard work the other 3 or 4 people were doing to prep so many bags of food but this skinny blonde haired guy who only took and handed out orders is terrible at his super easy job. read more

Wingstop is my favorite wings chain and this one keeps the winning streak going. Service was excellent here by Manager Jacob and counter lady Roxanne-excelled at the 3Ps-Prompt; Polite; Professional. I left with a humongous bag of 10 boneless wings(spicy Korean & Cajun flavors)2 orders of fries and a yummy new item chicken sandwich. I don't eat WingStop often but I want to thank Lisa, the sweet cashier who was extremely patient and kind with me as I made an order then asked to delete it and reorder because I realized ordering a Family Meal would be smarter than ordering a Small Meal and a Medium Meal lol So, thanks Lisa! It wasn't too busy when I went in. There was a solo, couple, and a trio dining in, then two guys came in after me. They were also fulfilling online orders. So, I waited about a good 15 mins until I got my food, not too bad. My food was hot and fresh, and most of all tasty! I ordered a 24-piece meal. Half, boneless, (6) Hot Lemon Pepper & (6) Garlic Parmesan then the other half, bone-in, (12) Lemon Pepper. That also came with a large fry, veggies, and 3 ranches. I spent about $35. I've never really been a big fan of their fries, but I can definitely say they've improved over the years. I enjoy them a lot more than I did before. We were wanting to change up our usual wing place/order, so decided to try this Wingstop near us. Though we've had other Wingstops in the past in Phoenix proper, this was our first time at this location. We ordered the family pack to go which included 20 wings, which we got in Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, and Mango Habanero, fries (which we got with regular fry seasoning), and veggies w/ blue cheese. The wings were fat and juicy. I especially liked the mango habanero--much more manageable than that at BWW, but still with a good kick and flavor. The BBQ was good as BBQ always is (though there were a couple chicken wing tips, which was weird), but unfortunately the Cajun was just not good. It was earthy, but not in a good way. The carrots and celery had also been dipped/soaked in some solution (or were just wet, lol) and the blue cheese wasn't adhering as it should have been. Ordered online at 6pm. Got notification that order was ready at 6:12. Arrived at 6:20. Was told it would be about 5 minutes I asked why I had gotten a note that it was ready and it wasn't. She said just a couple minutes. It was finally ready at 6:40. When I asked what the story was the guy mumbled an answer and walked away without any reason. I said you have lost a customer. He said bye. Many others were waiting very long also. I will need to find a better place for wings. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

This location kinda sucks. Ordered from here a couple of times and both of which we paid for EXTRA seasonings.. but would always receive the complete OPPOSITE. Idk maybe on their system it autocorrects extra to LESS! Lol! But if you do order from here, open it and make sure it's the right amount of seasoning you want. If it's not tell them to redo it. The very last time I ordered from them, order the honey hot rub.. and it's supposed to be actually pretty spicy... but some reason the garlic parmesan tasted spicier lol! This place really gmfu. First of all, my boyfriend and I came in when it was COMPLETELY empty (got busy 10 mins later) and it literally took them 45 minutes just for us to get our order. There were 3-4 workers but they'd be gone or all the workers would be busy talking to the customers they knew, together, even the manager! And gave them their food before us, along with giving a kid under 21 alcohol without checking ID. When a guy complained to one of the workers, she told him they were "almost done but ended up dropping them" like ??? Btw our wings looked so unappealing and small. I know, it's just (fast) food but the service was extremely unprofessional. No one should have to leave 45 mins after ordering, pissed off, and with the smallest batch of wings put together after the customer asks about the order. read more

My order came with three eggrolls cut in half and I was full after 2. They were very flavorful and not spicy at all. I would order these again in a heartbeat. I tried a friends guacamole which was really good and also not spicy. I would love to see chips and queso on their menu. They had chips and salsa and chips and guacamole but no chips and queso. Also, and the only thing that bothered me is they don't print your check. They hand you their handheld POS device and stand there while you tip them. I don't know if the suggested tip includes tax or not because they don't print your check. I tip on the cost of the meal before tax but this process they have doesn't allow me to do that.

Again, if you're new to the place, you really cannot go wrong with any of the flavors. The place is kept clean, including the bathroom. The staff is nice and I like that they check on you and help when needed. A lot of other restaurants usually don't care after you've paid, so I think it's great that Bb.q Chicken cares. The only negative I have is that when you dine in, the restaurant is kind of warm/hot depending on the time of day you go, which makes dining in uncomfortable. I wish they would turn down the air conditioning. Happy they opened locations in AZ!

Also love their kimchi fried rice. I've Doordashed from this location and also ordered in person. Orders take some time since they fry the chicken fresh apparently. Convenient location on the busy plaza of 99 Ranch Market. Plenty of parking here.

There was something missing and the cheese was not as good. Food was not what I was hoping for. Again just my opinion.
