I had already reviewed them when I got my order which was an in store pick up and it wasn't exactly right or great experience but I did let them know . The manager Mikey tracked down my phone number and called me personally to apologize. I was really impressed. It wasn't earth shattering mistakes but things were wrong and Mikey made sure I knew he knew and asked to make it right. I am telling you all - that is just ONE of many reasons why I love that place. I love Wingstop for their crunchy tenders, boneless wings and of course good ranch! After being influenced on social media, I had a craving for all the above. The online ordering process was smooth and I found out that they offer $0.70 boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday! They have several unique flavors to choose from and these are my thoughts so far - Louisiana rub 1/5 no flavor just very salty. Hot honey rub 4/5 good flavor and the chicken stays crunchy. Hot Korean BBQ 5/5 YUM my favorite so far! Cajun 4/5 good but the sauce made the chicken lose it's crunch. Garlic parmesan 4/5 really liked but wish there was more parm like the pictures advertise. Mine barely had any. You have to get extra extra ranch. It is so good. I like to have some containers leftover to use on salads or other treats through the week. I'm not a fan of the corn. My dasher waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to be told the food had been given to the wrong customer. The staff acknowledged the mistake but refused to remake the order, leaving me without my food. The store itself appeared unsanitary, and the employees showed no sense of urgency, professionalism, or concern for customer service. Customers should not be penalized for employee errors, and the lack of accountability at this location is unacceptable. This was my first time ever at a Wingstop. I had to ask about how they do things several times. The order taker wasn't very forthcoming about their service and answered in only the most basic terms. I thought I was ordering tenders and would get the sauces in little cups. Apparently, though, they sauce the wings. I ordered the 5-piece tender combo and they decided which of the 3 sauces to put on them. I wish I was informed that's how they did things, as I would have changed my order. I always do an online order for this location because most times I'm on lunch break and this is close to my home so it's easy for me to just go in and pick it up without a wait. Well today lunch shift was very unprofessional. When I walked into the store there was no one at the front register. The store had over 5 people waiting for orders with only 3 workers visible. I stood behind a customer that was already waiting in the pick up order line. As I stood in line waiting this is what I viewed one worker cooking, the other scrapping one of the fryers clean and one preparing as they had no one to assist the front. The customer stood patiently waiting for their food looking frustrated, as I was becoming because they were looking but not once said welcome to Wing-stop we will be with you in a second, it was no verbal communication at all. Ordered here a few times but my first review. Solid service no bells and whistles just grab your order and go. The food or wings are pretty good, not over cooked and if you order online I've never had to wait longer than maybe 2-3 minutes. The staff here isn't quick to come to the counter once you walk-in, maybe they're finishing up other orders and making sure wings are being over cooked so I never complain about that. I can say they'll tell you hello but prepared to wait another few minutes. I would share a rule of thumb for this location. Don't "assume" because people of the same color walk-in behind each other that they are all together.
