The food was good, but the wait was unbearable. We came in for a lunch and were told that the wait would 18 minutes (not unreasonable). About 35 minutes later, we got our food. While we waited the staff were yelling in the kitchen to each other and the music was so loud I felt I was eating at a club instead of a restaurant. On top of that, the tables were wobbly and we had to move away from the TV, which was blaring as well). The final nail in the coffin was the food. I said that it was good...and it was...good. (6:20 pm) Waited until about 8:00 pm for food to be finished for the staff to realize the food had been prepared an no one checked the order previously. Which means the completed had been sitting for 45 minutes before it was realized it was done. The staff did remake the food as the food we had ordered was indeed cold by the time it was received. Seems to have just poor communication amongst the ordering system, online system, and staff making food. Better management and order is needed to have a smoother function. read more

We have ordered from this Pineville location since 2019 many times. Our experiences were great until this year. The staff and Manager are rude (day shift) and the Manager upheld the rude staff. I understand that service workers are having a hard time currently but I tip well and I get along with everyone, so you won't see me posting bad reviews unless warranted. Bad service as usual. They had me wait for like 10 minutes on the phone. I walked into the store to place my order, which was only a 5 piece, then had to wait an extra 12 min while I watched it sit on the counter, ready, as the staff ignored the line. First time eating at a Wingstop and placed online order. Ordered the family wing special: 24 wings, up to 3 flavors, and one large side. Went with garlic Parmesan, original spicy, and medium. Garlic Parmesan were delicious. Original spicy were not spicy at all - they had the coloring (nice red) of wings that would have some bite, but there was none to be found. Also ordered the Cajun fries and those were kickin - way more spice than the hot wings! May try again in the future but just get garlic Parmesan all around. read more

I had high hopes for this new place in Pineville but 2 is generous . We walked in a few waiting on to go orders an the young lady taking orders was also taking orders on the phone. Menu looked great good flavors of wings, boneless wings or chicken tenders. I ordered the Hawaiian was a sweet an tangy sauce the combo cones with fries an drink. My friend ordered the chicken tenders mild flavor. First I want give the young lady behind the register 5 Stars! She was working her tail off having to do to many things by herself. There were 2 in the kitchen so to me Short staffed. As I went to get my drink an ketchup it was out , the counter was nasty the tea had a leak very sticky. The counter where the condiments are is very awkward. The lids are over to the side an highchairs are stacked in front of them. There were no lemons nor wet-naps. I only told the young lady about the ketchup she was already doing alot. Now if a person in a wheelchair came in they wouldn't be able to have even reached the condiments especially get a lid for their drink. They have the soda machine everyone loves you get any flavor or mix you want. Again most places with these put a mat in front of them they get very sticky on the floor of which I saw. I have never encounter such a Hard ketchup pump, crazy I know an it was not clean ketchup all over the outside of the pump. Now right off the bat something was odd in the kitchen . A drainage pipe it looked like was lying in the kitchen floor SMH. So to the food BTW again the young lady who took our order also brought our food. My boneless wings not good they tasted frozen yuck, now flavor was good. The fries were good but how can you mess up fries. My friend said her chicken tenders were not the best. No napkins they just have a roll of paper towels at the condiment counter. Now the best wing place in Pineville DD Peckers puts out paper towels but they are on each table. I am giving this location a 1-star rating simply because of their inconsiderate staff. We placed a small 8-piece wing order at 8:00pm and didn't receive our order until 8:45pm! I will have to agree with the other customer. There was nobody waiting on food and it took almost a hour to get a meal for two. Only three employees and the lady at the register was not the friendliest. Store was dirty, no napkins on the table. And after we have been waiting there was a group that came in and they received their food a lot faster then we did. They also asked us what dressing we would like we said ranch. When they finally brought out our food they said they had ran out of ranch. My Hawaiian Wings were Luke warm. I do not recommend this place at all. Customer service is terrible, music was too loud you couldn't hear the person sitting beside you. Take it from me. Go to TLC Wings for a much better experience. There was a bag of trash sitting under the wash sink. I seen the one lady scratching her face near here nose then start helping the man with preparation. I really like Wingstop and I'm glad they reopened a couple blocks from where they went dark several years ago. One of the things I really like is the Bleu cheese dip. Today I picked up wings and the blue cheese was obviously not the actual recipe. I called and was reassured it was. It wasn't. It was runny and tasted like one of my many failed attempts to make bleu cheese dressing. This may have been an anomoly or possibly a bad decision to profiteer on the dressing. You've been warned. So I ordered ahead online with their website because I know they usually take a while to get the orders ready. I went to do a few errands before going in so I went in about an hour later than I ordered. I get there and they didn't even start on my order they couldn't even find the order. One girl told me that I was at the wrong location but I check the maps and it was this location so I went back in and told them that this is the right location. Another girl takes my order and I go to the dunkin next door to waste time. I go back and we had to wait 30 minutes more for our order. I check the order and two items were wrong and missing. I tell them and I had to wait another 30-40 minutes for 3 pieces of tenders and the right type of wings because they gave me bone in when I ordered boneless. This is ridiculous and I want a refund for having to wait around 2 hours for my food. Plus someone came in and the workers just started talking to them instead of making our order. I honestly like wingstops food. That being said, this location is one of the most unprofessional and unprepared establishments I've ever had to deal with. About two weeks ago I drove up there 2 days in a row, both times the place was closed with no explanation as to why, and no announcement on the site or on the building of their closure. The worst part is there online ordering systems and all are left up and running, I even placed an order, paid for it, went to pick it up and they were closed, AGAIN! I called after 2 days for a refund, because that was the soonest they would answer my call, and the worker said she submitted a refund claim and that was it nothing else for my trouble offered, not even an apology. And what makes it worse it's been at least 10 business days and I still haven't seen the refunded amount in my account, when they promised it would only take 2-5, and now they aren't answering the phone.
