Shoutout out to Wendy and Ashley for being so friendly on my visit!! They were super sweet and helpful. If we had questions about the menu, they were happy to answer them. The customer service was good and the restaurant was clean. There are a wide variety of exotic flavors like Strawberry Hot, Spicy Caramel, Raspberry Hot, Hot Ranch, etc. The wings were made to order and I could see the steam coming off of them whenever I opened the box. I ordered the Family Special that comes with 20 wings (choose 2 different sauces) dipping sauces, a box of fries, and a 1/2 gallon of tea or lemonade for a little over $30. It made more sense to get this deal because I was eating with someone else. The Strawberry Hot was a pleasant surprise and a nice mixture of sweet and heat. I let the wings sit for about an hour and the flavor settled in nicely! The orange teriyaki actually tasted like orange chicken on the bone and it was So good. The wings were perfectly crispy and the wings were a good size. You could tell the fries were not made to order because they were lukewarm. The lemonade was sooo good for a hot day. It may be a little sweet, so I would let the ice settle in and it will be good. The wait time for all the food was 10 minutes or less. So glad I found a good wing spot to go to! I would certainly recommend this place and go back often to try more of the wing flavors. read more

Right now, the competition for best wings in the city for me is between this Chex location and Mix Grill and wings. I have visited this location several times and have not been disappointed yet. Food is always fast, hot and the service is always great. There are 1 million wing flavors on this menu and while I can't vouch for most of them, every flavor I have ever ordered has been fantastic. A couple of our favorites, and in this order, are lemon pepper wet, lemon pepper dry, hot raspberry, Carolina, hot honey gold, and and strawberry hot. I also love the Philly cheesesteaks here. Not huge sandwiches, but definitely done right, with provolone cheese, chopped beef, onions, and bell peppers, and a soft bun. The onion rings and fries are also really good here and the desserts are fantastic. Probably one of the more affordable red velvet slices in the city , because sometimes the prices can get a little crazy! The dining room is a bit small, probably 6 to 8 tables at the most, but it is always clean and tidy. This is my favorite Chex location, and even though it's not the most convenient to get in and out of, I will continue to go here until somebody bumps them from their perch! By the way, last time I went, we were headed out of town and grabbing something to eat on the road. I got an order of 20 lemon pepper wings dry, and when I got them to the car, I noticed that they didn't have quite enough seasoning on them. I walked them back in and kindly requested that they throw a little extra seasoning on them for me, but they took it to another level and actually soaked them in the wet lemon pepper sauce, and then added additional seasoning! That shit was crazy good! I am definitely going back for that version the next time and I appreciate them being so eager to please me when other places would've probably told me to take a hike or requested more money for the additional service. read more

We love to get wings, so we we're pretty excited to try this restaurant. It is very clean and it is very small, but the wings are fantastic. They have plenty of flavors to try if you are adventurous, but my current favorites are hot honey and spicy garlic Parm. We typically order online and go pick them up and they're always hot and ready when we arrive. They are nice and crispy and the sauces are all great. The only issue that we have ever had is sometimes they don't get the order quite right or they only give you like one or two celery sticks which isn't super helpful when you have 10+ wings. Well I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars but 3 will have to do. This place was formerly TLC Wings which I loved but now has been renamed, bought out, something by Chex Grill & Wings. Apparently this restaurant has multiple locations all over Charlotte but this was my first time at one, specifically Park Rd. The place looks exactly like TLC if you ask me with the exception of some booths being removed and replaced by white plastic tables. I had to deduct points because the place just wasn't clean enough for me to sit in and dine and also not one worker in the kitchen or register had on a mask, gloves, hat/head covering and they had some pretty long hair. Also the mask mandate is back in effect so I guess they just don't care. Anyways on to ordering, I placed a to go order last night 8/19 via phone while in the parking lot. The lady told me wings would be ready in about 7 mins, not bad. I ordered 15 wings w/ honey mustard dressing: 10 red tang (Buffalo and Lemon pepper) and 5 Hot Honey. Total was $20. Like promised my wings were ready when I walked in and that's when I noticed everything I talked about above. The food- the wings came on foil which I appreciate to keep its temperature for my drive home. They were fried perfectly! Not too hard and not too soft. They were coated with just the right amount of sauce and the flavor was on point. Also they provided a good assortment of drums vs flats and they were normal size wings thank God! The honey mustard dipping sauce was good but kinda loose for honey mustard and in small containers. This place has an extensive menu including so many wing flavors and offers a lot of other food. I am assuming this is a Greek owned restaurant based off the menu but just an assumption. Maybe after this pandemic calms down I will revisit or do periodic check ins to see if they start wearing a mask and clean up the dining area a bit. If this was a whole in the wall place I would let it slide but nope this doesn't fall under that category so they should step up there game a bit! read more

I was not disappointed but I think they were exactly what you'd expect (I was not floored). I think the cajun ranch were my favorite- a little spicy and extra saucy. She also was the person who rang me up when I picked up. The time before today was not good. The fries were soggy and the onion rings were too "bready". The wings were average at best. I tried this place after seeing some reviews on yelp. I am an addict to extreme hot foods. I saw in a few of the Yelp photos that they have a "challenge" sauce for your hot wings so naturally, I had to try them. First I have to say the customer service experience was top-notch. The chicken itself was crispy and a little juicy, which was perfect for me. I got 10 wings with two different sauces. I tried the Georgia barbecue sauce on 5 of them and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were really good with subtle (to me) heat. The 5 challenge wings tasted pretty good. They weren't as much a challenge as I was hoping, but most places do not serve wings at a heat level that I enjoy, because that would require a waiver. I normally travel with a bottle of powdered 100% Carolina reaper to sprinkle on my food, so I am out of the ordinary when it comes to heat. Overall I very much enjoyed my experience and I have added it to my favorites on Apple Maps so that I know to visit again when I'm back in town. read more

Gave us overcooked and dry wings and when we called in to get it resolves we're told they don't offer refunds and rushed off the phone spoke with an immature manager who was most likely high school age who offered no resolve and wouldn't provide any information also may have lied about the resturaunt status status.
