Last night my 2 different flavors came in the same medium container only separated by a sheet of paper. Had to ask for a 2nd container to separate. Ordered flats only and they were incredibly small! The food was fresh and very good. The service wasn't as great they jammed everything in small containers versus making sure things were set aside and label correctly. The atmosphere wasn't the best garbage on the floor and counters don't know if I'll come back to this location. read more

I ordered 10 garlic Parmesan and 10 original hot wings. They were cooked perfectly. I was so excited to see a Wingstop was in the 35th and King Drive Mall. I did come here on a Saturday around 7ish but it was hood as hell in there. Some guy reached behind the counter and got his own cup. The clientele at this time was shady as all hell. I recommend armed security for the customers as well as the workers. But I will be back in the early afternoon sometime! read more

When my wife called to follow up on the delivery, she was told the food was still on the way even though it was 45 minutes after the stated delivery time, and then the Wingstop employee hung up on my wife. Meh. I wasn't that impressed. I received a coupon in my mailbox for 6 free boneless wings with the purchase of a drink. I'd never eaten at Wingstop prior to now but I figured I'd give it a shot and support a new neighborhood business. I stopped in on Saturday evening around 6pm. There were a few other people there waiting but it wasn't crowded. The young lady at the counter greeted me immediately and took my order. I presented the coupon and order my boneless wings mild. I also ordered a small side of fries with the (small) drink. It took 10 minutes or so to get my food as the orders are freshly prepared, The restaurant was clean and comfortable. No loitering or obnoxious patrons. The mild boneless wings had NO kick at all and the buffalo sauce was virtually non-existent. The pieces of chicken were extremely small but filling. I actually only ate 3 pieces and half of the fries. They tasted okay but nothing spectacular. I can't even say they had flavor either. The fries come seasoned but I ordered mine plain. The portion size was decent but by the time I got them home (less than 10 min ride) they were cold. That tells me that they had been sitting for awhile. They weren't even lukewarm so I had to put them in the microwave. Luckily, they heated up well and were still delicious. On the surface, I thought the portion size was small but they ended up being filling. I didn't even eat the entire portion. The drink and fries came to $4.95 which seemed high for what I received. The small drink was slightly larger than a can of soda and the fries were about the same size as a medium fry at McDonalds. I can't say I'll return to Wingstop anytime soon. I didn't find the experience horrible or anything but it wasn't memorable either. They only have ranch, blue cheese and honey mustard dipping sauce. What kind of wing joint doesn't carry buffalo wing sauce on the side?? The soda machine was also out of most of the soda choices. No orange or grape soda, no lemonade... seriously?! How hard is it to ensure that the pop dispenser is properly stocked?? This location just opened and it already missing the mark. read more

STAY AWAY! For your health and safety!!! Today I received my order of wings and took them into my car. I opened them up and showed my sister, we both touched the wings to move them around since the entire bottom of the container was filled to the brim with oil. Wings had no seasoning. The customer that was ordering didn't know what she wanted, so I asked the other three employees there if someone could use another register so that I could pay for my order and leave. I came to this Wingstop during my lunch. I ordered online and upon walking in the cashier asked me if I was there to pick up an online order, and stated what the order was then went to get it. Any service she provided she addressed me personally by name my whole visit. All the other employees were very friendly and the service was great! I just placed an order for delivery online and my food arrived room temperature and the buns were burnt and hard. The wings were old as if they had been sitting out. I called to report this and the manager just clear as day admitted that the food had been sitting out as they waited for the delivery driver to pick it up. He then proceeded to say that they get a rush of orders and the orders just sit there and that might've been why my wings were room temperature when they arrived. Instead of offering a remedy, I had to ask for a solution to the issue and he said I would need to bring my receipt to the store....like really in the midst of this pandemic. People can't even place orders in store so why is it that the only way to receive a refund is coming to the store? read more

I arrived to the wing-stop location on 35th in Bronzeville and my wait time was horrible. I waited almost 45 minutes after arriving. I was furious. I had to get back to work and went without eating lunch. Still not happy with the situation, I decided to call the store and speak with a manager. I was connected with a gentleman by the name of Lawerence. He was very professional, apologized for the inconvenience and wait time, and credited me two free lunch meals in which he asked for my patronage back at this location. I could not believe it. I normally do not complain, as in my past experience, not much has ever been attempted to rectify the situation, but this is an exception experience for me that I needed to share. If I could give this a negative start I would. This is the most disappointing experience. I put an online order at 8:50 am and scheduled it to be picked up at 3:15pm. Well guess what I get there and the Cashier Rychelle says they don't have any online order which to I argue because I have my confirmation email. After "looking" according to her she found it by now it 3:20 I pay and she says there going to be out in a minute. BUT WAIT I THOUGHT THE WHOLE POINT OF ORDERING AT A CERTAIN TIME WAS BECAUSE YOU GET IT AT THE TIME YOU PUT IT. working in the food industry i know how it work. So then the guy making the order takes forever you can tell he doesn't want to be there then they proved to make everyone else's order and DO OTHER ONLINE ORDERS BEFORE MINE WHICH WAS ORDERD T 8:50 AM. This whole time there a young lady mopping the dame stop on the floor for the past 20 minutes. Yet the whole place is a disgusting. The soda machine had a huge spill that no one seemed to care about they didn't even put a wet floor sign. The whole machine was a sticky disaster with soda spill everywhere. Then the counter where you get your straws and napkins and all that was just as disgusting. The whole thing was sticky as well with trash everywhere. And don't even get me started on the freaking floor. The floor was so sticky that if you stood there for a while your shoe would literally get stuck I know because it happened to me and my husband while we were waiting for our food which by know it's been moor than 30 minutes. No one seemed concerned about the mess. The whole entire floor seemed like someone just pored soda all over it. I ended up getting my food around 4. Which is unacceptable considering the fact that I ORDER AT 8:50 AM TO GET THEM PICKED UP AT 3:15 PM. This whole place is a shit show don't come here unless you want to get treated horribly and wait over and hour for your wings. I tried to call in an order for pickup, it was a male that answered first and then he dropped the phone and a young lady came on the line and asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her yes and she began to ask me what I wanted to order. In the midst of asking me what I wanted, she then starts to talk to her coworkers in the background, while asking me three times what kind of sauce I wanted on the wings. Mind u, I said the type of sauce three times prior to that. She then told me I can get two sauces, I told her Hawaiian, and that I only wanted one. Again, she asked what type of sauce I wanted. I hung up and didn't even bother placing and order. The time before that, I ordered "original hot" sauce for my chicken, they ended up giving me plain wings. They are very unprofessional, I've walked in there a couple times when the place first opened and the young lady behind the register was on her cellphone, talking to her friends, asking them what they wanted before she got off.. while she's trying to take orders. And I say 'trying' because she was entering them incorrectly.
