This place is dramatically overpriced, and has been for years. But a handful of times in 2024 I came in here and got either boneless wings or strips, and they were seriously good. This week, came in for this "deal" of 20 boneless wings. Usually wait a good 15 minutes for them to cook whatever but the guy brings them out in less than a minute. At home, open up and they're dry to the point of jerky, and some are the size of nuggets. Call them up and the dingbat guy says "I can't issue a refund because you ordered them dry" which is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard, he didn't understand. I did order without sauce, sauce on side... Spoke to a manager/owner and she nicely granted a 20 dollar credit. Ws in general has decent wings, with a nice variety of flavors. As a person who grew up with Anchor bar wings, its a comparison that sometimes isn't particularly fair given the originality of those from Buffalo. However, this version does a nice rendition of the original, with crispy wings and good flavoring albeit a bit on the mild side of things. However, the Korean and garlic parm wings have an excellent taste, and the volcano fries are reminiscent of INO animal fries, with some small amount of heat added in. It's appreciated that one can get celery sticks, rather than carrots for those of use used to green vs. orange. I was pleasantly surprised with the accuracy of our order, given other reviews; the time for the order to be ready was longer than the 28 minutes, however - more like 40 minutes on a Friday PM after the online order accepted. read more

Our fries were so dry and hard, like they were old fries that were refried and kept too long under a heat lamp. They were absolutely inedible. The boneless wings were decent, but the tenders were chewy and hard. We also ordered Voodoo fries which had good sauce on it they were not enjoyable because the fries were so hard and dry. Seemed like many other people were also there waiting a long time. At one point an employee told another person their order was next to be prepared and it would be 13-15 minutes. So based on that, my order placed at 5:30 PM wasn't started on until 6:45 PM, 30 minutes after I was told it would be ready. I received my order 12 minutes past the order stating that it was completed. I asked an employee what determines the order on the app reflecting complete, and I was told it's done by the "website". That might be the case, which means that either the app is off (this one time out of numerous orders I've made from the app) or this particular location is just slow. When he arrived to pick up the order, the new manager explained our order was almost ready - he was just waiting on fresh fries. While he was waiting the manager explained to my husband all of the changes they are implementing to improve their food quality, order times, and overall customer experience.
