I call to get a refund, but only the manager can issue a refund. And the manager is only in during the mornings, which must be very convenient since I am also at work during the mornings and am never able to secure a refund. From my experience, there is no saving grace for this restaurant. There's absolutely no accountability for the continuous errors made by this store, nor their delivery partner DoorDash. I got boneless bbq wings and we also got buffalo bone-in wings, each one being the meal... we found the prices to be high for what you get, as you get a choice of either fries or veggies and not both as elsewhere... the boneless wings were pretty solid, but nothing remarkable or that is going to stand out. I enjoy coming to this location, usually around 3-4 pm weekdays when it is fairly slow. Jorge does an excellent job with this place. Customers are treated respectfully and the food comes out piping hot. He does a great job seasoning the wings, tenders & fries. All the ingredients at this location seem to be very fresh, even the brownies . Went to Wingstop because we were craving wings and I was craving the bourbon baked beans. We get there, order the 30 wings, per usual and noticed the baked beans weren't on the menu. I asked about them and they stated Wingstop stopped serving them. I was very disappointed because that was the only reason I went to Wingstop for wings, rather than any other wing place. When we got home with our wings, we opened them up and my original hot wings were fried dry and had very little sauce on them. Not only that, but they also had a weird taste to them. I'm not sure what the strange taste was, but I didn't want to take chances of food poisoning, so my entire order was thrown in the trash. My dinner that night consisted of only veggie sticks. I'm glad I ordered 4 extra orders of veggie sticks. I'm extremely disappointed in this restaurant and even more disappointed they (Wingstop) removed the baked beans from the menu. So I've always tried getting around to writing a review but I've been slacking with writing any reviews lately. A special situation happened which got me motivated to do so. I've been here a few times and have never had a problem with the service or food. Actually it's pretty amazing to be honest. The only thing that I don;t like is their fries but I'm picky so that's not something to lose a star over. So lets talk about the situation. My fiancé and I show up, order what we wanted and sit down. She proceeds to sit down at a table and so do I. Our food comes out a short while later and we forget to grab forks and napkin and the guy gladly got it for us without us asking. We finish up and leave. We get home a couple hours pass by and my fiancé notices that she can't find her purse. We keep looking and looking until she finally realizes and gives me that "oh %^$!" look. By this time they had been closed for a half hour so no answer on the phone. I drove by but they were gone. The next morning we wait until they opened and as soon as we went to the counter he recognized us and gave her her purse. EVERYTHING was still in there untouched. There was a good amount of cash in there, checks, ID's, shot records, etc that would be hard to get replaced quickly. We gladly gave him a reward. He refused to take it but I said if he would not take it that I would just leave it. So he did. He said he was just doing his job. I don't recall his name but I will find out and make sure his manager knows how well of a job he did. Not many people would get their purse back. I love wings and really wanted to like this place. Me and my girlfriend got a variety of wings to go and honestly I was not impressed. I love spicy wings especially but even though their ghost wings are spicy they just weren't any good. Out of all the flavors we got the garlic wings were the only ones decent.
