First time coming here with my girlfriend, I really loved this place! First off, Meghan, the cashier who took our order was wonderful. Her customer service skills were outstanding. Whenever I had a question, she gave a clear and polite response and was not condescending. The atmosphere was good; I LOVE the coke machine. I do have 2 complaints. First, my girlfriend ordered boneless wings and it was on our receipt as boneless. However, she was given bone-in wings; not a big deal, we still ate them. Second, and this one is concerning; as I was sitting in the dining room eating, I noticed what looked like a baby roach crawling up the wall next to the table and into a slit in the wall. This is very lousy servers! Door dasher driver picked up orders for customer yesterday and today. They, employees talking too much on the job, during coronavirus, many customers orders. They NEVER get on time.. not only from door dash but for those drivers who works for Uber eats, favor, grub hub , etc... I kid you not, they don't take job seriously! Don't blame on any dashers, any driver to delivering their orders from this awful place. If you are not happy with hot meal, I suggested you to call general manager. Don't even bothering ordering from the app or online at this store. Multiple times now I place my order, get a ready time and they don't even start to cook them until you show up. Last time I waited 20 min in the store after the ready time to get wings. This time I come in and same story the wings aren't ready and they tell me it's going to be another 10 min before they are. What is the point of having an online service that gives you a pick up time when they aren't even ready. read more

The cashier did NOT want to work here and he showed it. We got mild and garlic Parmesan with fries and drinks. The garlic parm were disgusting, the garlic oil or whatever it was greasy and gross, the mild ones were good. The fries were soggy, salty and gross. Bad experience as always at a Wingstop. read more

This location is horrible.... I have placed a few orders here and every time I place an order the food is poorly prepared and they have messed up my order more than once. My last experience I placed a delivery order and I ordered my food well done with all flats. I received the order it was not well done, I did not have all flats and my fries were cold and soggy. I called spoke to the manager Brandon who stated he would print my receipt and they would remake my order the next time I stopped in. I stopped back in maybe 3 weeks later to be told I was given incorrect information. The owner Augusto was there I expressed my concerns and he was very hostile and non apologetic and refused to offer a resolution. The owner indicated he had to do some research however he never even took any pertinent information to follow back up with me besides my name. Guess what I have better things to do with my time besides try and scam a location for some free chicken. It's the principle of the matter. What happened to being customer service oriented?? They will never get my business again and they don't even deserve the 1 star!!!! read more

The franchisee or corporate needs to do better job at maintaining the interior of this spot (cleaning, etc.) Coke machine is an upgrade, but they never clean the exterior causing stickiness and I heard multiple people complaining about it during a visit. Employees need to also WASH THEIR HANDS when working the register and kitchen. One girl legitimately got grease all over the magnet strip on my card when she swiped it so it wouldn't work. read more

I was craving wings after Astros win and getting back to hotel, I was shocked how close they were to the hospital and my hotel. I ordered ahead online and showed up to a great atmosphere and welcoming staff (almost 11pm). Clean restaurant and multiple togo orders ahead of me. The staff worked to get all orders out, apparently we all had the same idea. My order was running behind and they offered me a cup to grab a drink, more pickup customers arrived and were treated perfectly. My order was near 20 minutes later than expected, but I could see it wasn't their fault and they kept in house guest happy as well. Then they offered free fries for the wait. I'm a previous GM of multiple restaurants in the area and I can say the food was definitely worth the wait, heck even Hells Kitchen was on tv. We have been coming to this Wing Stop since it opened and even though my personal preference of wings places is Buffalo Wild Wings, the outstanding and amazing customer service given here keeps me and my family coming back. I'm glad this establishment understands that sometimes it goes beyond the food and that the experience is just as important. I wish I could remember her name, someone mentioned Meghan in a review and I believe that's her name but can't be sure, however, the cashier that works there is always so kind! Always has a positive attitude, even when we've witnessed a couple of customers be difficult, and always says "my pleasure" with a beautiful smile! She is truly awesome and I can't give her enough credit! Wing stop, y'all did a great job in choosing Meghan -I believe that's her name- to be part of the team. All of our encounters with the other teams members have also always been pleasant. And of course the wings are just as good! You can't go wrong with this place. You just can't. Great food. Great service. We had almost given up on wing stop because the other locations had disappointed us on more than one occasion. This one delivers the great wings and fries we fell in love with the first time. Only negative is their switch to bigger wings.. Not a bad litle spot wings take.on average twenty minutes. They need to replace towels with either napkins or better quality towels soda machine obviously uses tapwater which needs a.filter for taste quality. Other then that its an.ok.wing.place. read more

So far so good. I was surprised they have beer, but I like that while watching sport and enjoy wings. Very clean inside and the wings I got taste good. The music was too loud for me at 11 I the morning. I like my lunchtime to not be painful on the ears, but I'm sure the younger generation like to have music blasting regardless of the time of day. I guess my age is creeping up. I did enjoy the look of the place. It is not a large area, but they have the tables laid out nicely to make the most of the space.
