They are ways so willing to help. Today they ran out of coke and my driver went out of her way to the gas station to purchase my soda. They sometimes make my order wrong but they will remake it and deliver it back. I appreciate them so much! read more

These guys are great and fast. They have never messed one of my orders up. I made an evening order tonight, and they delivered it in under 20 minutes, piping hot. I use the app for delivery so I don't know how customer service is face-to-face, but the drivers are always polite and quick. I got the wings for the first time and the mango habanero sauce is really good and spicy. It lacks just a tad on the actual pepper flavor (although the tangy sweetness is on point), but it does deliver a satisfying kick if you are a spice lover like me. If you are worried about them getting soggy (if you live far away/are picking up in-store), I would just leave special instructions to put the sauce on the side and you can add it on at your convenience. Domino's customer service and convenience is first class. I've never cared for their pizza but I had a roommate that would order it all the time. I ordered three different pizza for our office the other day and I'm sorry but the taste of their pizza, for me, has only gotten worse. The sauce tastes like ketchup and the cheese doesn't have a cheesy taste. I prefer NY style pizza so I accept it's just a personal taste but it's American thru and thru, no Italian here. read more

We ordered pizza from here last week, since the Papa John's by our place (Rayford & Aldine-Westfield area) is just... terrible. I was surprised when it allowed me to place the order - we assumed we would be too far, but really wanted to be bums and have something delivered. The wonderful driver called me and told me that it technically shouldn't have let us place the order because we're /juuuuust/ out of range of them, but that she had another order in-range near us and would bring it anyways. Bless her. We're in a new section of the Falls at Imperial Oaks and our address doesn't show up on most things (except google maps, occasionally), so I talked our driver through how to reach us. She was extremely nice. Way more nice than I expected from someone who went out of their way to bring us pizza and had quite a hard time of it too... Luckily, they're opening a Domino's on Riley Fuzzel, but I somehow doubt the service will be able to compare. This was my first ever time having Domino's pizza (I grew up on Papa John's), and I must say that I will definitely be back. The Grogans Mill/Sawdust location makes the best pizza. Generous toppings and picture perfect pies. They are fast, too, so it's piping hot! The food was good. Your basic dominoes food. We were here staying at a hotel. I gave the driver 60 on 35 and he tried to walk without giving me change. I stil gave him a decent tip but it was like pulling teeth trying to get any money back from him once he got the 60. He looked like a 50 year old head banger. Very trashy experience. He kept saying he didn't have change but the more I told him I wanted some money back he kept finding more money on him. Be wise stand up for yourself otherwise you'll get taken advantage of. read more

Better than all the other pizza chains near me. 5/5 my pizza is delivered hot and NOT GREASY. My wings are never over cooked or chewy. I've never had a problem with them other than them not being able to get into my apartment complex. But after mentioning it ONCE and giving them instructions, it's been perfect. I think the employees need a bit of training in customer service. My mom spoke with one of the employees (Derek) over the phone, but gave the phone to me when the guy said he could not understand her. When I spoke, the guy seemed very irritated with me when I tried to explain what my mom was telling him. I repeated my mom's request and his reply to me was "I could not understand her, that is not my problem" and "do not repeat I got that part" verbatim. I did not yell or get loud with the employee, I just wanted to leave it on yelp so the manager or someone high up takes notice, so this does not happen with other customers. read more

Called on 4 separate occasions and the first time I was told it was on the way, the 2nd time I was notified of the error. Discussed the issue with the person on the phone to receive a refund. Employee hung up on me. Called back and employee hung up again. Called yet again and this time dealt with an employee who was extremely condescending. All I wanted was a refund for a more than an hour old pizza that I never received. I didn't need a bunch of attitude from your employees. I spent over 23 years in retail management and this is NOT how you treat (or talk to) your customers. read more
