This location is trash !! If you appreciate bad service and bad attitude this might be the place for you . If I could give this place zero or negative stars that would be nice . I ordered a ten piece and the cashier assumed I wanted bone in wings . Once the transaction was completed I noticed it was incorrect and mentioned I wanted boneless . She said no problem and told the kitchen staff . After that I informed her about the price difference which was $1.50 . She seemed baffled or shocked that I was asking for a reimbursement of the price difference . Her attitude was as if I should have just let it go because it was my fault . As a cashier it's your job to make sure the order is correct and ask the neccessary questions. Once the cash left my hand it was like there was no way to reverse this . After all this I was pretty much done and said forget it and just went ahead and got all my money back . I get that punching numbers on a register is difficult for some people whom might be uneducated. This place is full of drama and unnecessary noise! High school aged workers who are loud and argue within ear shot of customers. Lots of attitude from staff. The only friendly person there was the Caucasian guy. He was very sweet. The wings were over cooked, and the fries were not seasoned like the other locations. And although it's not their fault, there were two guest with screaming children to add to the ratchet and unprofessional employees talking loud/screaming and airing out their grievances to each other. Don't waste your time or money. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. One worker who was cooking in the back was talking about a customer. Apparently the customer was upset because they had been waiting for their food too long. So the worker in the back was saying how she was upset and how she was looking crazy. When he finally got the order ready he brought to the front and kinda slammed it and said there you go I don't know how to pronounce your name. Mind you the girl up front kept asking about their order by the name it was placed under. Me and other customers looked at each other and discussed how that was so rude. I want be going back. While ordering our food, I felt a little uncomfortable. The guy taking our order seemed to be distracted with to-go orders on the phone, and the other two in the kitchen area seemed to occupied on their cell phones, they don't wear gloves while handling the food! We waited over 15 mins to get out food, our food was for there, once we got our food, food was great, fries were cooked good, but could be a little more crispier, veggies were good! But what was really annoying was the three people who were working wouldn't answer the phone, someone called over 6 times and they never picked up, one guy even turned the ringer off, or answered/ hung up on the person and laughed as he did it! We gone to this Wingstop since it opened and the management or service wasn't great but the food was so good we kept coming back. But recently they changed the manager to this really nice guy Stephen and the service and food is even better. Thank you Stephen for making changes in the store. The food is always hot and fresh. Service is friendly and we get our food quick. Best wings in the area! read more

I was so hoping that my review wouldn't be like all the others. Smh! First question: How do you run out of lemon pepper?! Like seriously. That's the most popular flavor. Second question: Why did I have to wait on fries (I called it in) when all my other food was ready and it wasn't really anyone in there? I called it in to not have to wait. It just seemed like a bunch of teenagers standing around, playing, and getting nothing accomplished. I believe I also heard them say they were out of rolls. Terrible Terrible customer service! Terrible wait times! Initially, I was excited to find out we had a Wingstop in the D'ville area but today I was greatly disappointed! When my wife and I arrived we were greated with "How can I help you". Should have been (Hi welcome to WingStop how can I help you today) I let that pass and proceeded to place my $52.06 order. I begin my order by asking after a quick glimpse over the menu, (yes mam do you have a buffalo flavored sauce?) She replied and said "All our sauces are listed on the wall with an explanation over there". My wife quickly interjected, mam could you tell us what would be close to the buffalo flavor? She answered the question and we continued our order. She should have said(I'm sorry sir but we don't currently offer that flavor but we do have etc.) I placed my order at 4:15 I didn't leave until 5:10pm. That was entirely to long of a wait! Things I noticed during my wait. -I witnessed a young lady ask for a refund of her money as it was taking entirely to long. -I then observed the two young men in the back talking laughing having a good time at our expense. Don't get me wrong it's nothing wrong with enjoying your job and your peers. What is wrong, is not knowing when to to do it! It's a time and place for everything and when you have waiting customers it not the time. -No scence of urgency to take care of your customers. At one point I even saw one of the young men eating chicken all while packing a meal for a customer. -Customers having to repeat them selves -Soda machines out of popular common drinks(out or not working). It was one of the big multi-vend soda machines. -Tea machine not working in which I heard the same cashier tell three customers "Das not working, I have to put an out of order sign on there" -One customer said out loud to other customers waiting "there food is good, but they have to get there act together", -The cook ask the manager to bag the items that where done words where exchanged and the food remained. (Ironically the food was mine so my wait time could have been shorter if someone would have been looking out for the customer). At this point, I would love to have a conversation with with owner before this store looses it customer base before it really gets a good grip in the D'ville area. It will wind up being another failed franchise in the D'ville area that failed due to poor customer service. All my customer service enthusiasts know who they are! Having said that, my apologies but you can't have poor customer service and expect a good outcome. I don't care how good your food is. This cannot be part of the business model. To the store owner, please evaluate your crew, if the team members are going to wear dreds it should be tied up or the very least in a net not hanging while cooking your customers food. When they report to work they represent you and they need to have a really healthy understanding of that so the attitudes can left at home. The young men that work for you, pants should be pulled up at all-times. In short no one wants to see the backside of the cook who is preparing my food to serve to customers. They say attitude reflects leadership. Let's see where this store can go as I'm confident this can not be your attitude towards paying customers. My first visit here and I wasn't impressed at all my fries were cold and the manager told me that my food would be up in 4 minutes which ended up being 20mins on top of that my order was wrong so the manager ask did I just want the sauce on the side if I wanted my sauce on the side I would have told the cashier that... they are unprofessional screaming through the restaurant the cashier was taking a order and told the customer in front of her to "hold on" just to tell the manager to cut the music on his phone back up it was horrible so many customers just walked out read more

This is my last time eating at this restaurant. My lemon pepper wings were sitting in oil and the fries had WAY too much salt! (even though we asked for easy salt) On a prior visit, the cashier made us feel as though we were disturbing her while we were placing our order. I really wanted to like this place. I read the reviews but still decided to go anyway. what a mistake.... Wings were bad and the fries even worse. I ordered 8 piece with regular fries and got some type of garlic half cooked fries. I had 4 regular hot wings that looked as if they were dipped in something red and the barbeque had enough sauce for ten wings. The ranch dressing was like milk and the soda machine was out of almost everything. I should have listened to the previous reviews. That goes to show you that Wing stop does not care to get return business. When I lived in Southern California I would go to Wingstop there. I was excited to see that a Wingstop had opened in Douglasville. I finally visited Wingstop here and was extremely disappointed. First of all the place looked very dirty. There were no garbage cans anywhere so people were dropping their trash on the floor. Looked like the floors had not been cleaned in a long time. Seemed like they take an awful long time to cook the orders and several people that came in after me received their orders first. I overheard several people say they did not place their orders before they got there. I was surprised they got their orders first. I had to ask a staff member what was taking so long. I was told it will be "soon". I don't think they have a first come first serve when it comes to cooking the wings. When I received the order I noticed how greasy the fries were, there was no need for the fries to be that greasy. I don't remember the fries at Wingstop in California being that greasy, could be California uses a higher quality oil than Douglasville location does. This was my first visit to this location and certainly is my last. I don't recommend this particular Wingstop. read more

So I show up at 11:40. They open at 11. They tell me they are out of "wings and fries" and just received their order so it will take an hour to prep if I want to wait. I go to car to start typing this review and cashier comes out to tell me that manager said they can take my order. I go in and place order. They then come back after I place my order and tell me no celery either so I won't have that with order but they do offer another order of fries instead. Tea is marked out of order and there are no lemons, ketchup or other stocked items with drink station. Looks like they all just rolled out of bed and stumbled into work an hour late with no regard whatsoever for posted operating hours or fact that as a restaurant you should at least have in stock your menu items. If you ran out Sat night, then as manager I would expect you to make a run by Kroger on the way to work to at least stock some celery and carrots. It's pretty appalling when you sell wings, fries and celery and are out of wings, fries and celery at opening. I'm told a 20 minute wait. There is no trash can and the floors are incredibly slippery like they were mopped with oil and I am in grippy tennis shoes. It's so bad I feel like Ashton Kutcher will jump out at any second now and tell me I'm being punked. The wings are sad and tiny or fragments that should not count as one. Sad because I have been so excited about this store opening for a years now because the one in Augusta where I grew up is my absolute fave for wings and is awesome.
