I wanted to try their chicken sandwiches but this location doesnt offer the different flavors. Its our first time coming here. It was not busy when we went. We got our food pretty fast. We ordered the meal for 2 with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan flavors. I didnt like the fries it tasted like churros i think they added cinnamon sugar on the fries. I couldn't finish the fries I tried so hard so I dont waste food and my money but no it was definitely not my cup of tea. If you give them a review on google they give you free cajun corn. read more

They do not skimp on sauce or flavor here. The problem is that those flavors aren't so great. When it came to the classic, bone-in wings, they were cooked really well, likely deep fried with minimal breading, which resulted in them being tender on the inside with a crunchy exterior. The thigh bites are a different story. I was expecting hearty pieces of dark meat and got almost imperceptible bits of chicken coated in heaps of breading. There were a lot of popcorn sized bits that were just breading. I tried four flavors which are ranked as follows: 1) Original Hot - traditional buffalo sauce just done right, got it on the side. 2) Lemon Pepper - a dry rub, pretty good but a bit too salty. You really get both the lemon and pepper flavors. However, the wings were saturated, which didn't help with the saltiness. 3) Hickory Smoked BBQ - just okay. Again, the wings were coated in the sauce to excess, and I usually like a good amount of sauce. 4) Garlic Parmesan - neither garlic nor parmesan detected. This was massively disappointing and tasted like very salty butter flavor and the thigh bites were doused in it (see attached pic). The sides were exceptional: cajun fried corn was my favorite thing, followed by the veggie sticks - I ordered all celery sticks and they were plentiful, fresh, and crisp. Great bleu cheese. Kinda weird that the sides are the best thing at a place called Wingstop. If I were to try them again, I'd get plain classic wings and sauces on the side so I could have some control over the flavor/salt levels. read more

Now, my go-to spot for wings is any sports bar, because wings go down great with a beer. But, she's under 21, so, I'll save that experience for a later date. Which brings us to Wingstop. Right from the jump, and because wings can take a while, I called in advance. On the phone, I spoke with Isaiah, who impressed me with his clever response to my laziness of calling to order versus using the app or on-line option. Meh to the max . Food is just ok and not a particularly good value. I used the app and gave the time for pickup. The food was not ready on arrival but that's not a big deal I guess. They were kind enough to give my son a brownie while we waited which was really nice . When ready we were handed the bag which was sealed with a sticker. I think if it wasn't closed up I would have checked the bag. Got home and realized they left out our large cheese fries. I called the number and after navigated the bs automated replies got a live person at the store . The manager said I could come back and pick them up and they'd throw in some xtra boneless wings. Honestly it was a cold rainy night and I did not feel like going back out so they said they would refund the cheese fries but it would be in like 5-7 days. Stone Cold, RAW Chicken Bites! Ordered the Thigh Bite Combo, and waited 20+ min for it to be done. Asked girl at register what was included in the combo, but she was so soft-spoken, she was impossible to hear. Should've been a sign of things to come. No sense of urgency in the prep area, even though the manager was there with the staff. After waiting 15 min, girl at register was given the nod to go to the restroom, and then disappeared for 5+ min. No one replaced her. Our order was ready a min after she left, but it took 5 min for someone from the crew in back to step to the register to hand out the orders that were now done and piling up. Finally received ours, but got home to discover that the "made to order" Thigh Bite Combo was literally stone cold. It was barely defrosted, but hand tossed in its topping. How could the prep staff not notice?? We wondered if it ever saw the fryer. So, we microwaved our order for over a minute. Unfortunately, after eating some of it, we discovered several RAW pieces of chicken. Right to the trash. Hope we don't get food poisoning! Absurd wait times + uncooked chicken + raw meat? Today I went into wing stop and automatically no one greeted me at the door. There looked to be 2 employees and one manager, but all were working. After a couple minutes, one of the staff members asked if I was picking up. I shook my head no, and after that they had no further conversation with me and immediately went back to what they were doing, not asking me if I needed to place an order. Following this, it took the staff 30 minutes to attend to my walk in order. While my order was being taken, that same staff member that I have previously mentioned basically said that I shook my head no to place my order with an attitude (which was incorrect. they asked if i was picking up.) If I'm not mistaking, picking up an order that's already made, and placing one is different. My friend and I were there together, and it looked to be the manger talking about us while we were standing right in front of them. They were laughing and talking about the situation that occurred with the miscommunication on their part. If they were the manager, this is very unprofessional on their part for talking about customers while they are right there. Lastly, there was no garbage can in the restaurant and you could only place your trash in the garbage can outside. Of course, it was full so many people just sat their trash on the ground around the garbage can. I know it is still new but so many issues on my last trip. I ordered a single meal to go. As I sat there, I watched an adult male (appeared to be the manager) walking back and forth not seeing the issues going on and creating a few himself. He counted cash at a register, help secure a large bill wasn't counterfeit and went back into the kitchen high-fiving the kitchen staff. No gloves or masks worn by staff members and witness several lick fingers after eating, touch hair, face and nose without washing hands. I got to view this because my order (which had an extra French fry in the bag) was placed on the togo rack for 20 minutes.
