I placed an online order with this Wingstop for delivery by Doordash. The order was placed at about 11am for scheduled delivery at 12:30pm. It is now 2:30 pm and I still have not received my order. I contacted Doordash at 1pm, they called and were told that Wingstop had not even started working on my order but they would start working on it and I should receive my order around 1:30pm. At 2:15 pm, I call Doordash because I still haven't received my order, they call and are told again that Wingstop hadn't started working on my order. I just had them cancel the order. Honestly, it doesn't take 3 hours to make chicken! I know others have had issues with this location and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, I now see what everyone is talking about when they say to avoid this location. It was the manager Oliver who appeared from the restroom to RUSH and prepare my order after realizing I had been there well over 30 mins after being told only 12mins. Him rushing caused him to prepare my food incorrectly. After realizing his mistake he approached me to give me boneless wings instead. However I politely declined because I don't eat the item. He was upset by my response and started to get frustrated when I asked him could I just have a discount towards my next meal or could he just remake it all since I spent $30.
