Service was good, friendly staff. Place was very hot with high humidity and smelled like fried oil. Very poor ventilation so took food to go. Place was not crowded was there at 3pm on a Friday. Fries were hot but not cooked through, wings didn't taste like they were cooked to order. Wings were over cooked and dried out with no flavor, very surprised because I've been to the Levittown location quite a few times and food always came out perfectly. I originally gave this place a 5 star rating when a girlfriend shared some of her food with me. I actually went in this time & the whole experience was horrible! Nothing is ever wiped down, drinks spilled all over, tables are sticky, sauce everywhere, etc. We came in on a Thursday night at around 7:30. Nobody else was in the restaurant other than me, my girlfriend, and a couple Uber/DoorDash drivers waiting to pick up their food. We placed an order of 10 boneless wings and fries. It took almost 45 minutes for us to get our food. Multiple people coming in after us, ordering, and then leaving with their food within 5 minutes. I must have asked the idiot at the front counter who looks like an exact replica of the donkey from Shrek taking the orders 5 times what's going on. Each time he would say just give me a couple minutes. After asking him again, he completely snapped at me telling me to not give him any attitude and that I should get the f*** out of his restaurant. What a nice way to treat ur customers... on top of everything that happened, the fries were cold and soggy with the wings being undercooked as well. I have gotten wings from here multiple times. Their lack of awareness and over all unprofessionalism is what made me stop spending money here. This place sucks!!! The staff is terrible and LAZY. These people actually want the Uber Eats drivers to fill up your fountain drinks when you order From them. That's right you heard correctly... the driver who is touching doors knobs, elevator buttons, steering wheels and gas pumps... they want that guy to actually contribute to preparing your order.
