I am all about leaving positive reviews, I myself work in the service industry understand that some people have unrealistic expectations. We went to this restaurant to have a good time, have some beers, wings and watch the game. The cleanliness was one thing, I get it, sometimes it's busy. The BARTENDER at this establishment (6/30 at 7:15 we left at 7:49) horrible! Initially, great. Took our drink as soon as we sat down. We were wearing our Mexican jerseys to support our team, it's fine if you don't like the teams or whatever. We waited for 10 min after receiving our drinks to order food, there was a Caucasian pair that came in and got their order in, right away. I'm not trying to make this a race thing, but that's how it felt to us. We then decided to leave, asked for our check and then sat there for at least another 5 minutes. At that point, the bartender had checked out at least one other guest and then decided to do the dishes. Once again, I understand busy but this did not feel that way. We had to get up and go to the front to ask for a manager so we could check out, BWW, do better. Teach your leadership how to handle escalated situations. Not great. First of all, that fact that your APP offers delivery but doesn't allow for a review or to file an issue is a joke. But smart on your part, I guess. My issue is one that happens repeatedly, and it's with the same item, and from multiple locations. When I order Queso via carry out you NEVER provide a full portion. And it's easy for you to do it because once it's delivered, there's nothing that can be done about it. Full price, 1/2 an order. Works out great for you, stinks for me. Let me begin by saying I have low expectations for this place. It hasn't been great food for the last few times I have gone, but I always justified it somehow - it's busy or staffing or whatever. The food was ICE cold. I ordered six wings and ate two. They were so bad and so cold I think there is a legit chance I was eating YESTERDAY'S wings. We ordered ultimate nachos with chicken... super cold. Literally not an exaggeration. The only thing I could even eat were the fries. That was the only thing that was warm and even remotely good. The service was good. I didn't get the sense the service was to blame, but the entire kitchen staff clearly needs to be canned. To say this place SUCKS is an incredible understatement. $100 for garbage. Stay away from this place. If you own this place... you're going to go out of business if you don't seriously audit your food. This is your wake up call. Had a great lunch experience meeting up with the wife. Been wanting to try the new Flaming Hot Doritos flavored wings. They weren't bad, had just a normal hot wing kick- was hoping for more of the Doritos type flavor but I'm sure that's hard to replicate- still solid though. And they have a very very solid nacho dish.. honestly I try nachos everywhere I go but the Buffalo Wild Wings nachos are always a solid choice with the melted cheese and pico which are fresh and flavorful in every bite. I got the beef brisket but the chicken is always solid too. And our server was honestly great too: I forget her name though our receipt Sherman but it was a lady. She was extremely kind and checked in often and quick with our requests. We've had issues in the past with just ok or bad service but she was exemplary. read more

Recently, service is terrible. We waited 25 minutes to even get a server to which we were tired of waiting. We were not even asked of our drinks and tables sat after us were served without hesitation, several waitresses walked by and ignored us to the point we couldn't get anyones attention. Same junk food as any of the other BW's I've been to. The bartender was great and very personable. That was the best part of my visit. Wings came out dry, cold and not good. Of course the fries sucked as well. Smaller portions, cold and a bunch of burnt ones as well. I don't understand why my customers like this place. The 1st time I went there, the waitress said to me "sorry you didn't get your full order of medium sized wings, he didn't start a fresh batch yet." So she admitted to giving me stale wings. I don't often feel compelled to write a review , but I feel it's my duty to let people know about BW's All American cheeseburger. All 3 of us were passing through Niles , MI., and stopped for food there. I was going to get the wings, as usual (looove Asian Zing), but I saw a picture of the cheeseburger on the menu, and I thought it looked sooo good. We took a chance and all ordered one. When they arrived, they looked exactly like the one on the menu. And to my delight, they were by far, THE BEST cheeseburger I have had in year, really top notch. Delicious fries, also. The wait staff was excellent! do yourself a favor, and stop in and get one!!! The price was very reasonable to boot! I hope all locations are as good as the one in Niles Michigan. read more

That being said their menu has always been limited but now I just ordered 10 wings on a special bogo Traditional Tuesday deal. These are clearly dwarf mini midget chickens that they've found off the coast of Malaysia. If I'd paid full price for these wings I'd seriously be cheesed. Pretty disappointing experience. Had the boneless wings and they were very dry and rough tasting. Sauces were good. They do not have the Buffalo chips any more which is a bummer. The potato wedges were ok. My son had the kids cheese burger and they forgot the cheese. His fries tasted really bad and had a bad smell to them. After giving this place many many chances, I've finally decided to quit it forever. My friends and I would joke about how ironic it is that almost every restaurant we can think of has better wings than the one restaurant that has it right in their name.
