Ordered online. Was informed they are out of boneless wings so we ordered tenders instead. Arrived and waited 45 minutes for two orders of tenders. Got home and realized they gave us the wrong food. Correct number of containers but the wrong order. They gave us boneless (which we were told they didn't have any) drenched in BBQ sauce. My young kids havent developed a taste for BBQ sauce yet so we had to fix something else as WingStop is about a half hour drive for us. Heed the reviews. This wingstop is terrible. We have came here a VERY few times and the employees here are rude and handle communication very poorly. They make things way more confusing and frustrating than it should be. One time we tried ordering BBQ wings for my little brothers who are 10 and under and they were giving us habanero wings. Which would've burned them severely. Also there have been another time where I wanted just wings and they repeatedly kept trying to up charge me to buy a drink. Which "they can't do just wings." Also not to mention how disgusting it is that they do not wear hairnets, gloves, or properly sanitize before preparing and making food. read more

At 8:44 said it was picked up and should be delivered by 9:12. Wingstop app shows as delivered, still no food. 9:15 looked up how to cancel and it says to call. Tried to call, get hit with "technical issues" and "mailbox full". 9:25 get a text that they just got there and the line is long. Explain the issues and they say they see the bag with my name. If you feel like stopping into this location, don't ! Its trash ! staffing was sitting on countertops, wings were undercooked, and bleu cheese literally tasted and had a watery consistency. Almost as if they ran out and poured water in their mixture to stretch the longevity of it ! I tried for 15-20 minutes to place an online order using multiple browsers on my computer and my phone, along with the mobile app. It would not allow me to checkout before timing out. I eventually called the restaurant to place an order. The employee who answered the phone said that they where busy and asked if I could place my order online. After telling him that I have tried, he said to use the door dash side of their website and refused to take an order over the phone. The door dash side said that the restaurant was temporarily closed. I ended up getting food elsewhere because I could not place an order at Wingstop. read more
