Boy o boy has wingstop gotten expensive. I hadn't been in over a year and the prices have definitely gone up. The last time I went 30 wings were about $31. Its $42 now. However, the combo with fries, 3 ranches and celery was $44, so we went with that. No brainer. Lol! I witnessed a customer walk out because of the prices. We ordered when we got there and the meal was ready in about 15 minutes. We ordered Louisiana rub wet and mango Habenero. The mango habanero tasted great as always. Just thw right amount of sweet and spicy. The lousiana rub wasnt wet like i requested but i didnt complain. It was still good. The fries werent hot though. We ordered and ate there, so if the fries were fresh they shouldve been piping hot. I didnt make a big deal about it since i wasnt really going to be eating the fries. Overall enjoyed my meal. You're lucky if your order is ready in time when you place a pick up order and don't even think about placing an order in store. Depending what time it will take forever. Beware of this Aggressive Women!!!! Yesterday I was Severely violated and harassed in the bathroom by a "Manager" of this location. It all started after I had placed my order online and went in to pick it up. On my way in, I went to use the restroom which was in horrible condition and smelled of a dead rodent. This is when the unimaginable happened. Not even two minutes had passed by when suddenly I heard someone banging on the door uncontrollably. I said I'd be out soon, but that did not stop her. The breaking of the door became more intense and had me feeling frightened. By that point I opened the door to ask what's going on. Behind the door was a woman who called herself the Manager of this location. She immediately went into the bathroom as I was still in there which was extremely violating, and commanded I get out immediately. I was mortified. She went on to tell me to get the fuck out and fuck my mother. She was extremely aggressive and I was scared for my life. I told her this is no way to treat a paying customer. It escalated by her taking it further and calling me a White Cracker repeatedly. I felt I had no choice other than to call the police, and I did. I am extremely EXCITED to write a review about this place !! Due to COVID I have experience multiply (too many) bad customer service experiences where it was me sinking in or ordering to go. I was introduced to Wingstop about a week ago and I literally ordered to go for 4 days straight ! I'm not so big on blue cheese but I loveeeee their blue cheese ! The manager, Ashante, actually took my order one time and she was super sweet ! I have not yet experienced one single bad experience and I don't think I will because here I am again second day in a row eating their wings. My personal favorite is the Korean BBQ - it might not seem spicy but it'll catch on to you ! And I like the garlic parmesan as well. I've been ordering 10 Korean bbq & 10 garlic Parmesan, fries, a large blue cheese and a honey mustard ! Which comes out to about 30$. It lasts my boyfriend and I ALL DAY! They have no regards for people with allergies. Im allergic to mango. I ordered a party pack through uber eats this weekend while staying in a hotel. One of the kids wanted mango habenero wings. I put in instructions to please keep them in separate container. My instructions were not met and they put it in the party pack. I could bot have any of the wings $95 i could not enjoy one wing. I also called location several times no answer! Mango allergies are very common they should always keep them in separate containers. Let me start off by saying that I LOVE Wingstop's wings. That's what makes this suck even more. I have ordered from 6 different WingStop stores in the past 5 years. Up until Friday night, only one of those stores had managed to give me exactly what I ordered every time, in fact, the one in North Miami Beach NEVER got my order right in 6-7 times ordering from them. The Hallandale Blvd location had been 100% accurate. And it was the only one I would go to because of that. I ordered $50 worth of food from them when I got off work. When I arrived, there were only 2-3 people working, and they were busting ass. My food took about 30 min longer than quoted, but again, they were swamped and severely understaffed during rush, so no big deal. Because of my excellent past experiences with this store, I didn't check my order. I went, picked my kid up from aftercare, and went home. When I unpacked the food, there was only one sandwich when I had ordered and paid for two, two of the orders of fries weren't right (Parmesan instead of regular seasoning), both orders of wings were sauces completely wrong, and the brownies I'd paid for weren't there either. I immediately called the store to tell them what had happened. I asked if I could come back on the following day to get it fixed, because I didn't want to deal with rush hour traffic there and back after I'd already gotten home from work. The woman said that was absolutely fine, just call when I was on my way so they could have it waiting. I called the next day when I was on my way and spoke with the same lady as the night before. She asked me to call back in 10 minutes to give her a chance to get the receipt and get it started. I tried to call back 7 times on my way up there and was sent to voicemail after two rings every time. When I arrived at the store, I stood and waited on the same lady to finish what sounded very much like a personal phone call for about 5-10 minutes. When she finally got off the phone, she asked me to wait yet again. She went outside for about 10 minutes, and came back in and told me that the manager said they weren't going to fix it. Up until this point I had been extremely understanding and painfully courteous. I demanded she have her manager call me immediately and gave her my number. After a few minutes the manager called her instead and told her the only way she would do anything is if I gave them back the screwed up order. The one sandwich and fries had already been eaten by my kids, but I asked if my wife could send pictures of the wings (the sauces/seasonings were very obviously not what I ordered and the wings were completely untouched in the fridge) to prove they were wrong instead of driving another nearly hour round trip back home and to the store. They told me no. The only way they would do ANYTHING is if I put the order back in their hands. At this point I got PISSED. I will never spend another dime with a WingStop store. Period. I would say I would never order from THIS store, but I sent all this information to WingStop corporate with a request for them to reach out to me, and their response was to send me a $10 gift card. A $10 gift card to make up for $50 worth of food that they screwed me out of and refused to make right without me putting another hour of travel into. First and last time.. Order lemon pepper but got classic wings well at least I thought. Advise dude order is incorrect he stated I got the right order its just not enough seasoning on the wing. Like I asked if I could get a drink cup and she rolled her eyes and walked off. She was even raising her voice at another doordasher because he asked her a simple question. The offer was only for October 14, celebrating the business' grand opening on West Hallandale Beach Blvd. from 11am - 6pm. Now I'm not a big chicken eater, but who am I to turn down free food. The place was packed with people when I walked in. It had a very casual atmosphere with plenty of seating where you can hang out with your friends, eating chicken while engaging in conversation or watching sports on either of the four flat screen TVs on the wall. There's a window where you can see the employees put the wings in large metal bowls and cover them in the various flavors. Wing Stop offers wings classic (with bones) or boneless in 11 flavors: Atomic, Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Mild, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. You can order the wings by the piece, combo, or packs; with various side items (veggie sticks, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, baked rolls, seasoned fries, fries with cheese) and dipping sauce (ranch, bleu cheese, honey mustard, cheese sauce). They even got beer, all at a decent price. I tried the teriyaki wings and it tasted alright. Though the chicken was nicely cooked, the flavor didn't strike me as a favorite. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I tried to order over the phone and no one would answer. I had to drive all the way to the store to place my order. As I got there music was very very loud. I waited and waited until finally someone decided to take my order. Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant. While I was waiting I heard the phone ringing at least 5 times and no one answered the phone. After 40 looong minutes my order was finally ready. When they gave me my order I ask for blue cheese and ranch l. Guess what!! They didn't have any.
