Worst service I've got for a really long time. I've got 1 small pizza, 1 medium pizza and 2 L Coke to dine in there. Minimal tip choice was 18%, so the bill went to 63$. For two not large pizzas! And do you think we maybe got it quick? No. 25 minutes. Maybe they would bring those pizzas and Coke to your table? No sir. Maybe you would get cups for your 2 liter Coke? No. You need to ask for it. And that - is when you have already tipped them their minimal 18%. They act like you bother them, and they have to work only because you were so wrong to eat there. Wow! That really surprised me that it somehow is called "New York pizza", but it's as far from New York as possible and it is freaking more expensive than in NYC))) Pizza is okay. I want to preface this review by assuming I maybe came on an off-day? Not entirely sure. We came on a Thursday afternoon. When we walked in there were a party of 2 and party of 4 waiting for food. And then there was a party of 2 ordering ahead of us. Immediately when stepping in, its a pretty cool looking place, though the layout to order is bizarre. You have to stand in between two tables to order. So the people sitting down are at your waist level which is a bit strange. The music was also fairly loud. It took 10 minutes alone just for the people ahead of us to order and I was so insanely confused as to why, until it was our turn. I had to repeat everything I said 2-3 times just to ensure she got it right. Im sure with the music being as loud as it was, that probably wasn't helping. We ordered the personal margherita pizza and shrimp scampi pizza, along with the cheese bombs and the chocolate mousse dessert. After ordering, we waited over 45 minutes for food. I thought maybe they had a lot of to-go orders or the parties in front of us ordered a lot of food, but nope, ironic given the name of the place. You can tell the tension of everyone in the restaurant was rising due to the long wait, with 0 communication from the staff. I'm also pretty sure they got the order wrong for the 2 people that had ordered before us (which isn't surprising considering how many mistakes were made when I was ordering.) A pair of individuals who were waiting before we even entered the building didn't get their food till maybe 30 minutes after we got there, they opened up the box and you can tell it was wrong, but one of the individuals motioned to just leave as they probably didn't want to wait any longer. So we were in this restaurant for an hour before finally getting any food (and it was not busy). But when we finally got the food it was very good. The cheese bombs were exactly as described, and the dough was nice and fluffy. The shrimp scampi pizza had decent sized pieces of shrimp on there and tasted just like shrimp scampi. They were also very generous with the shrimp which was surprising. The margherita pizza was pretty standard. The crust on the pizzas weren't floppy which I liked and had a good flavor. What was weird is that both pizzas cost the same and one had seafood on it. The only negative with the food was they don't inventory the desserts properly. I ordered the chocolate mousse, but once they brought the food to the table, that's when they advised they didn't have it. Since you pay at the counter I ended up essentially wasting money because I got the berry cheesecake one, and the crust on the bottom was horrible. Was so weird tasting. Literally tasted like what you think wet corkboard would taste like. Could really only eat the cheesecake part, which wasn't anything to write home about. With 2 personal pies, the app, two canned drinks and a dessert, it was $50, which I'd consider to be a reasonable price. I would definitely never dine-in again. Nor would I drive out of my way like I did this time. But if I were in the area, I'd place an order to-go. It's a shame, because based on the food alone, I definitely would have dined here again and told friends about it, but I'd hate for someone to take my recommendation and then have a similar experience. read more

Pronto pizza is one of the few pizza places that would actually done inside. The decor is unique and they have indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good and the portions are great. I ordered a medium size pizza. My husband and I had leftover pizza and wings for the next day. I would skip the dessert tho. It's not there strong suit. I will be back. It's very charming ambience indoors as well and the pizza was very good and salad had a homemade blue cheese dressing. The price was a bit on the high side but what isn't now, but the pizza was big enough for two meals so the pizza price was competitive to the national chains. They did have an afternoon special with a personal pizza, small salad and a soda for much cheaper, but I was there in the early evening. I definitely will come back. The staff was friendly and kind as well and greeted me with a smile. Finally decided to check this place out after driving by probably hundreds of times over the years. The large pizza-inspired mural on the exterior is super eye catching and I love it. The inside is cute too, a few tables and a counter up by the front, a few tvs playing blooper reels, swirlies and a surfboard on the ceiling. Everything is bright, vibrant, exciting. There is a large digital menu behind the register and plastic menus if you'd like to dine in. I was picking up an order, I was acknowledged by the employee packing up another order and she said she'd be right with me. After taking a tables order, she came back and confirmed my name and grabbed my order from the kitchen, ready right on time. The food was great! The first thing I said after my first bite of pizza was, "this is how I imagined cartoon pizza tasting," like from ninja turtles back in the day. Hot, cheesy, flavorful crust, sauce not too tangy or acidic. Lots of thickly sliced pepperoni slices. The cheesy garlic rolls we ordered could have used more garlic/butter/oil, but they didn't taste BAD, they tasted similar to the pizza crust. The edge of the crust on the pizza was slightly extra toasty on one side and the wings were extra crispy, but not burnt, but I suppose I'd rather things be overdone and not underdone. The tajin lime wings were flavorful and I appreciate that they weren't overly greasy or soggy, especially for a takeout order. They have many other pizzas and sandwiches that I'd like to try, as well as lunch specials, so I'm sure we'll be back. read more

So first I'll start with the service it was great and the place wasn't packed. Me and my wife went on Sunday around 10 and there was seating inside. I recommend the munchies box cause you get a little bit of everything. Wings, pizza, chicken parm or meatball sliders, mozzarella sticks and 6 wings of your choice of sauce. The food tasted delicious, wings seasoned to the bones, pizza not greasy, hot melting mozzarella cheese, chicken parm's was tasty and topped with melting cheese and mozzarella sauce. I finished off the meal with a HOLY MOLY CHOCOMOLE MOUSSE, It was Gas!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE A CHOCOLATE LOVER. Great service great food, that's a 5 out of 5 for me. read more

My family and I have been here a couple of times and enjoyed it. We ordered yesterday a Munchie box because it included those delicious meatball sliders we had previously. My husband took a bite of his and it was completely raw. No problem, crap happens. We showed the waitress and she took them back. After a bit, and everyone almost done, the new order appeared. Still excited til I realized they were completely burnt and hard as a brick. When the check came I asked if we would be credited as they were not edible. The response I got was they could make them a 3rd time but because they were in a bundle they could not. There were 5 of us and we were ready to go. They have a convenient parking lot with ample parking on the south end of the building. Very fun patio style dining outside and comfortable seating indoors. The portions are great and the service is excellent. The meat lovers Stromboli and Hawaiian pizza were more than imagined and packed with great taste. An added bonus includes customizing your selection to you liking, for instance I added green peppers to my Stromboli and that was a fun addition to try. The Stromboli came topped with garlic and with marinara sauce on the side for dipping, with the crispy top, this was like a heavenly trio! 10/11/20 I wanted to order a fresh crispy pizza. Since Pronto Pizza was right where I was passing I pulled into the parking lot and placed my order. The woman on the phone was patient and explained the different options and prices to me. I ordered a small cheese pizza. She promised it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. But she called me back after 10 to say my order was ready. I appreciate that.The inside was very clean and inviting. It seems that they are under new management now. Although I haven't ordered from them before when I asked about delivery they said they are currently interviewing people to deliver pizza. Wow these shhhhlices of pizza are legit. Huge, super thin, and crisp... slight sweetness to the flavor to contrast the savory... it goes toward a very nice flavor. My only qualm is that based on previous photos, they had the famous pepperonis that curled up when cooked. This is also called the cupping of pepperonis. If you research, those are high quality and I really was looking forward to those.
