Tried talking to them & showed them that we barely get a regular sized potato as fries or even as a side. They don't care or try to save you as a repeat customer. They need a clue from five guys. This location has the worst customer service. Whats the point of placing an online order a day in advance only to show up the day of pick up and wait over 2 hours just to get to the cashier. Where do I start?! First I started ordering online for a delivery order thru the Wingstop website of the said location. I hit delivery which quickly asks for my address to confirm delivery. Delivery confirmed. I make my order, add some items, Get charged, no big deal. 45 min. go by and no delivery yet. I call the Hardwood Heights location for a status. They answered and I quickly noticed in dealing with kids, I asked for the status of my order, she checked telling me that it was still there. "No one has picked it up for delivery" her words. I couldn't believe it. I told her I would pick up the food myself but requested that they supply fresh hot food to replace what has been sitting around for. She then responded, I could only refresh your fries not the chicken. I was in disbelieve. She then handed the phone to another female manager who reaffirmed that she could not accommodate and stated that I placed a pick up order. I reassured her that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to place a delivery order. I know what I placed. She also "the manager" says that on line, when you place an order on the Wingstop website, Everytime you add and/or modify your order it defaults to pick up. What!!!?? So your saying it's not my fault but it is!? And because so, you can't accommodate my with fresh hot food and only, if I wanted a refund, 20% refund only. Mind you it was just over a $25.00 order. Do the math. I finally get to the stop, all have an attitude, no people skills, no common courtesy. I don't know how anyone can say that Bdubs is better than Wingstop, because that is just simply not true. Maybe Bdubs has a much better atmosphere because it's a sports bar and because there are people waiting on you, but when it comes to food, Wingstop surpasses Buffalo Wild Wings. Wingstop's wings are fresh and REAL chicken, and the mango habanero wings are to die for. The one thing I am not really a fan of is how much fries they give you. I end up wasting so much because, after a while, they end up being very soggy and disgusting, so I would not eat them as leftovers. The thing that brings the rating for this location down is the bad customer service. When this place first opened, I was so excited because the location near my college campus was to die for so I was excited a new one was open near me. Well, there was a nice woman who worked here at the beginning who was so funny and nice, and it made my experience here so much better. I do not come here as much as I once did, so I am not sure if she still works here because I haven't seen her for such a long time. I believe her name is Lisa? I'm not sure how great her customer service is to everyone though, because she jokes around and is pretty sarcastic and that does not sit well with certain people... but I personally have always had great experiences with her because I can be sarcastic right back. However, when I have come here more recently, the workers are just so rude, and they are constantly on their phones and gossiping to each other like they are in middle school. Did not feel like cooking or making anything tonight. So got some Wingstop. I have not had Wingstop for quite some time and now I remember why. I ordered the $16.99 BONELESS MEAL DEAL. It comes with 20 Boneless Wings in your choice of 4 flavors, with a large fry and 2 dips (Feeds 3-4). First, the boneless wings are saturated with thick a** breading. After several boneless wings (nuggets) (3 to 4 of them) I was basically full cause I ate more breading then actual chicken. What pissed me off the most with my order and it happen to me before from a different Wingstop. This Wingstop gave me all the left over fries; the bottom of the bag fries where they were mostly crumbs (bits and pieces). The fries were a P.I.T.A. to eat. Never going back to any Wingstop restaurants. Each Wingstop (franchise) is different but they mostly pack on the breading on these boneless wings (nuggets) to make the boneless wings look bigger. If you take a boneless wing and remove all the breading you will get more breading then the actual chicken nugget. Go out and buy yourself an Air Fryer prep some good dry rubs and make your own boneless wings or wings. You will save money in the long run. read more

They don't want to ever feel in the wrong and that's why customers get upset over the phone because they're not apologetic at all when they do something wrong. I ordered wings for pickup ready at 7:30. I placed the order around 4:30. Everyone who works there is supposed to provide best class customer service customers. This is NOT AT ALL what I recieved last night. I went to pick up my food and got home and started eating. Everything tasted very cold. When a customer orders food at a specific time but requests the food be picked up at a later time/date, whatever it may be. You start preparing the order a bit before the pick up time so their food is ready and HOT. Not cold to the touch and in mouth cold. The girl who took my order really needs to work on her personality....or lack of. She was so robotic and unwelcoming that I almost turned around and walk out the door. I like this wingstop location. It was clean, the food came out fast and the wings didn't have that "re-microwaved" flavor that wings tend to have at chains like this one. The ladies up front were polite and made sure to correctly take down our order. In addition, someone cleaned up the table the moment we left, which was nice to see. I think the only reason I'd give this location a 4/5 is because the Wingstop on North & Harlem and the one in Skokie still noticeably outperform it. read more

I stopped by here after work, since I was tired of eating Hooters wings in the area. The hot wings were definitely my favorite and the fries were also good. I would pass on the teriyaki wings (as they seemed not cooked all the way through). Took about 15 minutes to get the wings, but was worth the wait. Place was clean as we ate there. Definitely would come back or order for take out Updates- been coming here pretty often, not sure why.
