We actually ordered from here about three weeks ago. That order kind of got messed up. Everybody has a bad night so it really wasn't that big a deal. They totally left out the french fries and one of the wings wasn't the flavor we wanted. The wings we did get were delicious and we didn't miss the fries really.. When I called in the problem, I was told "come back whatever you want and we'll make it right." Well tonight we went back. The GM told us that they were supposed to have refunded our money at that time. No biggie. We told her our story and she promised that she would make it right. Boy did she! All new wings, two orders of fries, two free drinks. all made hot fresh and delicious! The manager and her staff bent over backwards to make sure that we got what we wanted and it was great. There are other restaurants known for their customer service, but a lot of restaurants could take lessons here. It's been a while since we treated ourselves with wings, and found out they changed the seasoning on their french fries, it used to be sweet salty. If you like dominos nasty under cooked slimy wings then this is the place for you but I'd recommend just getting dominos since it's way cheaper. My husband and I had given them 2 tries just incase the first run was a bad employee in training or something. Nine months later... exactly the same with zero change and I even selected "well done" on the wings. Point is they don't make them the way other locations do and clearly (judging by all the other honest reviews) they have no desire to improve. This place may have been bad once upon a time and honestly, we were nervous to try it with how many terrible reviews they had. Sooooo glad that we did because wing stop had been such a favorite of mine for such a long time! The second we walked in we were greeted with a smile by every staff member in there. This is very disappointing. I have picked up here b4 but this visit has gone wrong and i had to wait so long to get my order. I don't know what happened, but 20 mins is just to long. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS WINGSTOP. The manager is a horrible person and is basically rude to anyone that seems upset that they have waited over 2 hours for their order. She makes under her breath comments and will not make eye contact with her customers then walks off. I watched her do this to at least 6 patrons. You could feel their frustration. This is a recently opened Wingstop so they are just getting things figured out. Service was a bit slow because I think they are having issues getting the place staffed with people. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. The food was typical Wingstop. The boneless wings were covered well in sauce which is one of the first things I look for. They were also good size boneless so the 8 piece meal was more than enough. Food was hot when I picked it up and the take out packaging was good and not just thrown together. *Warning Graphic Review*. I am not sure what to say in this post because I'm almost at a loss for words.. We eat here pretty regularly but this past Friday on 06-24-22 was a lot different then normal. We chose to eat dinner here that evening and noticed when we opened the door there was no customers inside the restaurant. No big deal, happy to bring our money here! We walked up to the counter and a couple of employees in the back were talking about squirting fluids in a females mouth. I will let your imagination run with that one as I won't describe it anymore. I had my 9 year old daughter, 10 and 19 year old son and my wife with me. This was enough to turn around and walk off. After my wife and I looked at our kids and realized they didn't hear it we moved on with ordering. After ordering my two younger children and wife's food I paid and stepped out off the way. My older son paid for his and we all sat down at a table. After about 15 min they brought our food to the table except for my older sons. He went up to the counter and inquired about it, in which they told him it was not ready yet and they would bring it to the table when it was done. He sat back down. While we waiting we could hear the employees in the kitchen making fun of customers names on orders that were coming in, making rude jokes and using vulgar language and watching videos on their phones. Look I get it, bunch of teens running a restaurant, but you have to realize your audience. I got tire of my kids hearing all of this and we were near done eating so I went up to the counter to ask about my sons food. They said oh yeah it's been ready and pulled it off a shelf. It had been sitting there the whole time!!! My son finally got his food albeit on the brink of getting cold and we were about done, but it was obvious they were not paying attention and didn't care. I know it's a long winded review but I'm sure we won't be back to this establishment. I have met the owner and his wife. They are incredible people and work hard to provide for their customers. Sad that a few distasteful comments from employees could cause this but I can't bring my family back into an atmosphere like this. read more
