However, they did not include my two ranches for my salad *cries* I'll eat it but the ranch helped bind the lettuce to the ingredients. The food has gone downhill since the new management took over. The tenders are smaller and overcooked. Portion sizes and quality have slipped considerably. I would guess the new owners paid too much for their Slim Chickens locations and they are trying to cut costs to make money. Customers pay the price. I am done with them. After our ear piercing appointment we decided on trying this out. My sister had said it was really good when they had tried it out recently. She recommended the Cayenne Ranch Chicken Sandwich, I asked for Slim Sauce and Cayenne Ranch for my dips. Food came out quickly and my goodness this sandwich was large, the chicken was crispy with the perfect amount of spice and flavor. The fries were crispy and on point. Still love the food but I'm not sure if new ownership came in. They used to do a deal on Monday's that they recently removed. They added service fees to ordering through the app. They stopped giving forks with their meals unless asked for. It is just little things, but the changes add up and make me not want to come back. Real bummer experience, went through drive through and the worker at the window was eating wings and licking her fingers while I was waiting for my food, which might not have taken so long if the girl sitting on the floor with her back to the register wouldve been actually working. Wow, I ordered a side of Fried Okra for $5.39 through their website and this is what I received. This is literally the smallest order of okra I've ever seen, I could have gotten better at Chicken Express down the road. My husbands slim sauce had no flavor and was super thick. All bc they gave me the wrong mobile order, I turned immediately around and came back. They asked for the food back and 10min later no answer. No explanation or apology. 10 min later she hands me my food and confirms my name as if I didn't sit there for 10 minutes without an explanation. Since I'm not a fan of chicken on the bone I really like places like Slim Chickens. I like that they have flavored tea options in addition to sweet and unsweet. And unlike Chick fil A the drinks are self serve on your refills. And unlike Raising Canes there are several different flavors of dipping sauces. I ordered the Chick's meal (3 piece tenders) with blue cheese as my dipping sauce. If you order an extra sauce you are charged for it. If you substitute the fries with coleslaw, mac & cheese or potato salad the combo price stays the same. If, like me, you substitute the fries for okra or fried pickles they add an upcharge. The cashier rang up the additional charge without mentioning to me that there would be one. The menu isn't slim or filled with what I personally consider slimming food options but I noticed the chicken in the logo poses with a guitar so maybe Slim is his stage name. read more

I went through the drive thru and my review will reflect that experience since I haven't gone inside yet. The person at the drive thru was very friendly and thorough. He made sure everything was correct before my husband and I pulled up to the next window. We did have to wait a little bit since they were frying our food so it could be fresh which I definitely appreciate. I got the 5/5 meal with my side being fried pickles instead of fries and my wings were tossed in garlic parm sauce. My husband got the hungry meal (no changes made to his order). I really enjoyed my meal. The food was really good overall. Just a few things that knocked it from 5 stars to 4. The tenders were a little dry. Very tasty but dry. I definitely had to use some ranch to help out. Also, the fried pickles were extremely salty. I couldn't finish them because of how over salted they were. Fixing these small things would make it a great experience. However, I will be back and I can't wait to try some of the other things on the menu. read more

These chicken strips are really good! I'm pretty picky, you know, I out grew the McNuggets a long time ago, and "quicken chicken" brings out the antacid lol. My hubs went on the mission of hunting and gathering and brought home Slim Chickens! These are for grown ups and kids with superb taste! They have great dipping sauce, and right now I can't get enough of the regular Buffalo, it's my favorite Buffalo sauce from any restaurant. They have great milk shakes too, I had a strawberry milkshake last time and I can't stop wanting another! BTW their desserts in a jar are lovely, I really enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake a few months ago. So go treat yourself to the juiciest chicken tenders and scrumptious deserts! read more

Slims is by far the best fast food chicken place, which is really saying something because I lived in Louisiana for a while and I was addicted to Canes. I love all of their sauces. The ranch is soooooooo good. The chicken is by far superior to any other chicken as far as flavor and being fresh. The Mac n cheese is also divine. There's always one young girl who works the drive thru at this location and she's very nice. I've never had any issues with food or service here. read more

They have a garbage partnership with uber eats. Had just ONE order which is a 5x5 with potato salad and instead come to find just random tenders and fries with not even the right sauces! The blatant disrespect. Of course uber eats makes customer service complicated so theres no remediation. Shame on Uber Eats and Slim. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got around to it. Definitely a healthier feel compared to most other fried chicken and chicken tender restaurants. I ordered the chick's plate and it comes with 3 tenders, a side of fries, 2 pieces of toast, and 1 choice of a sauce. Of course, you could switch out your side, if you didn't want fries. And any additional sauces were extra charge. I tried the traditional slim sauce and it was not disappointing. However, it did get tiring towards the end of my meal. The meal also comes with a medium sized drink. At first glance, the meal doesn't seem like enough. But it was more than enough to fill me. I even had some fries left over afterwards that I could not finish. Would recommend this place to others! read more

I got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries and the strawberry lemonade. I also got the slim chicken sauce and ketchup for condiments. The fried chicken sandwich was a little hard to bite into. The toasted bun it came with was delicious as was the strawberry lemonade. Firstly i bring my children to this establishment and we cant even eat in a calm environment because we cant help but overhear the asian manager walking around SCREAMING AND CURSING at his minor employees. The person who took my order forgot to ring a side up and I could hear her getting on to the team member very loudly at the window. Very rudely, the manager swung open the door to tell me she needed my card again so I could pay for the additional side. They continued to argue about this with the window open - super awkward.
