Finally leaving a review after many, many visits. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes the wings are great, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Other times they're tiny, dry, and disappointing. The real reason I'm leaving a one-star review, though, is because management seems unwilling to take responsibility when something goes wrong. A while back, I found an actual screw inside one of my fried pickles. Instead of removing the appetizer from the bill, apologizing, or making any real effort to address the situation, they simply took away the single pickle with the screw and brought me another one. That was it. Today, my daughter found a hair wrapped around her chicken wing. She was understandably grossed out, but she had already eaten her mac and cheese and another wing. I wasn't asking for the entire meal to be comped. I simply asked if they could discount the one wing or offer some small adjustment to acknowledge the issue. I was told they could only remove the meal if they took all the remaining food from the table or remade it entirely. Apparently there's no option for a simple, "We're sorry, that's our mistake." What made it especially frustrating is that this felt exactly like the response I received when I found the screw in my food. Different incident, same lack of accountability. To top it off, gratuity had already been added to our check because we were a larger party, but nobody mentioned it. Since I wasn't aware, I added an additional tip. A quick heads-up would have been appreciated. I've given this place plenty of chances over the years, but after these experiences, I think today was my final visit. read more

Drove here from Coppell last night. Was a horrible experience. We asked for a Gluten Free menu and were told there wasn't one. Pluckers has been a favorite for years. Many times we've seen the Gluten Free menu. And this location is so busy it's impossible to get internet. So we wasted an evening to come to your restaurant to not be able to eat dinner. I don't know that we will be back. Why your server couldn't have had the kitchen tell them the gluten free options, had a manager print a gluten free menu or better yet, train your servers to know their menu. If i could rate 0 i would. Came to pick up an online order and they tell me it's getting bagged up. 10-15 mins pass and i try asking how much longer. They didn't wanna give me a clear answer they say only one more order is ahead and it should be getting bagged soon. Even tho they said it was getting bagged when i came in. i them tell them that and they say well we have a lot of orders and still don't give me a time estimate or anything. A man then walks in right after and he gets told his order has 3 before him and itll be 5-10 mins. Couple mins later he gets his order and i get told it's getting bagged up right now. For 25 mins it's getting bagged??? Mind you it was 2 5 piece wings and a kids meal. Why do they just keep telling me it's getting bagged up when clearly it's not. Never coming here again. read more

Pluckers has some of the best wings I've ever had. The flavors, sauce selection, and overall food quality keep me coming back. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to match the quality of the food. The restaurant feels outdated and somewhat neglected. Some areas appeared dirty and in need of better maintenance, which takes away from the overall dining experience. In addition, the service was quite slow, both when waiting to place an order and when waiting for the food to arrive. This feedback is meant to be constructive because the food is genuinely excellent. With better attention to cleanliness, facility upkeep, and faster customer service, the overall experience would be much more enjoyable and would better reflect the quality of the wings. I hope management takes these comments into consideration, as Pluckers has a great product and the potential to provide an outstanding dining experience. read more

Went for the first time today! The food was good. Right when I walked in, I saw the sign for the 5 wing wall of flame challenge and from that point I was set on doing it! Finished with over 2 minutes left (not sure the exact time bc they grabbed the iPad or whatever it was before I got a picture) but the waitress asked what size shirt I wear so I told her. She brought me my free shirt for completing the challenge and said "we would normally put your picture on the wall but we're out of film for the camera"..... That was disappointing. Was there for about an hour and was only checked on about 3 times, we sat there with empty drinks, never got one refill, the people next to us got there after us and got their food before us, we never revived our order and canceled it after waiting over 40 mins for our food, we never got an apology and had to pay full price. read more

I am honestly so upset about this experience. We had a reservation for a going-away party for a coworker who never asks to go out, and somehow we still waited three hours to get seated. When we were finally seated, they split our group up into separate tables, which completely defeats the entire point of making a group reservation in the first place. Then the food came out. Ice cold. Clearly just sitting around forever. And on top of all of that, we still had to pay full price. No real apology, no explanation, no attempt to make it right. The whole place felt completely disorganized and chaotic, like no one knew what was going on at any point. For how long we waited and how bad the food was, this was honestly unacceptable and embarrassing. We will not be coming back, and absolutely would not recommend. read more

First time going to this location and will never go back! I understand we were a big table but the Host named Mathew was VERY RUDE. When I first got there I gave my name and he basically said he couldn't sit us after waiting for an 1.5 hrs when we were originally quoted 1hr. Instead of trying to find another accommodation for us he just said "our bigger tables are being taken by people who are camping to watch the basketball game" and looked away. I understand we were a big group on a busy night but after waiting for nearly two hours instead of telling us they would not be seating us he continued to ignore us or brush us off when we would ask how much longer the wait would be. We ended up waiting nearly 3 hours hoping to get a table soon since we had already spent a significant amount of time to dine there but ultimately ended up leaving due to their lack of service and manners. I've never experienced anything like this at a restaurant. We followed all the check-in instructions and waited patiently for over an hour and a half. Even checked in with the hostess for updates since we noticed we had been next on the list for quite some time. To our surprise, a larger group--who arrived after us--was seated before us, right in front of our faces. When I brought it up to the hostess, she looked at me like I was crazy. I politely explained that the group just seated had checked in after us. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she responded with attitude, which led me to request a manager. It wasn't until the manager got involved that our table was finally set up. Thankfully, the waitstaff was great--but the hostess's behavior and poor customer service completely ruined the first impression.
