I am honestly so upset about this experience. We had a reservation for a going-away party for a coworker who never asks to go out, and somehow we still waited three hours to get seated. When we were finally seated, they split our group up into separate tables, which completely defeats the entire point of making a group reservation in the first place. Then the food came out. Ice cold. Clearly just sitting around forever. And on top of all of that, we still had to pay full price. No real apology, no explanation, no attempt to make it right. The whole place felt completely disorganized and chaotic, like no one knew what was going on at any point. For how long we waited and how bad the food was, this was honestly unacceptable and embarrassing. We will not be coming back, and absolutely would not recommend. read more

Well they took our order and server never came back out. Manager came out at 12:05 saying they forgot to put more wings to cook. Like what!! Ok so we decided to leave. We came back today 03/14. Literally waited over 30 minutes for a draft beer. The waitress was nice, and kept apologizing, but when it arrived it was hot and we had already eaten. I did not drink it, it was hot. No refund was offered. We paid for it but will never be back. This is the third visit here where the drinks took an abnormally long time to arrive. Food was good, but service was poor. There were at least 4 runners hanging around the front door just bullsh!ting the whole time and although it was busy when we left, it was NOT busy upon arrival. Also, the margarita was subpar at best and hubby ordered a 'large one', and got a super small with tajin instead of salt as requested. Management needs to monitor the runners better. read more

I've never experienced anything like this at a restaurant. We followed all the check-in instructions and waited patiently for over an hour and a half. Even checked in with the hostess for updates since we noticed we had been next on the list for quite some time. To our surprise, a larger group--who arrived after us--was seated before us, right in front of our faces. When I brought it up to the hostess, she looked at me like I was crazy. I politely explained that the group just seated had checked in after us. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she responded with attitude, which led me to request a manager. It wasn't until the manager got involved that our table was finally set up. Thankfully, the waitstaff was great--but the hostess's behavior and poor customer service completely ruined the first impression. Pluckers really needs to retrain their front-of-house team or hire someone who can represent the restaurant better. read more

Always a fun environment to catch a football game. They did have Thursday Night Football on recently (September 2024) if you don't have Prime Video. The food is consistently good. Service was good. However, we ordered big beers and drank on them slowly for like 20 minutes. We then tried to order another round when we had like 1/4 of the beer left but they wouldn't allow another order to be placed until all of the beer was finished. This location was great. Entered to be seated immediately (love that) on a Saturday. Took my daughter it had been a while we moved to Saginaw almost two years ago from Arlington. Compared to both locations, they both are in busy shopping centers. Arlington was just always over crowded even if you ordered online you have to wait over an hour. But this Pluckers was full but did not have to wait. As we waited for our server I was noticing how fast they work to clean up tables and that explains the no wait. I love being a member of the Pluckers club, y'all should def check it out!! Free monthly perks, free meal on your birthday AND your family's birthdays (unheard of), and fun challenges to try to conquer. The food is always legit but man, oh man are the prices skyrocketing. Hard to pay $27 for 15 wings and a small basket of fries. No celery or carrots either to take the heat off (if you're into the spicy wings). I do love their many sauces and so hard to beat their deep fried Oreos. SUPER YUM... All that being said, I don't mind going but something has got to change with their service. My family has been several times and gah!! Always have to ask for refills, order has been wrong several times, had my wings brought out before the appetizer. I mean, once I'll blame the person. Maybe they had a bad day? I'll let it slide. But it's been many, many person(s). Think a little more training maybe? I'm sure we will be back.
