They served me RAW CHICKEN and got upset because I wanted a refund. Gave me raw chicken after I specifically said well done. They only seem to be nice to their own kind, which is mexican. This is a very convenient location.. it's more updated as far as decor and breverage machine than the other wingstop. The customer service is good and the wait is what to expect at the wingstop. Parking is a bummer during to it is other business that are pretty busy as well and there wasn't a selection of diverse employees. read more

This wing stop is brand-new in about five minutes walking distance from my house. So of course that's an added bonus for me. I was actually trying to be the first person to place an order check in and review here but apparently I missed its grand opening :( Like most wing stops it's very clean on the inside and does Brandon like a wing stop very well. Unlike many wing stops this one actually has a television on the inside with cable TV the general he is playing a sports channel so you won't have to miss out on your favorite games because you want some lemon pepper wings. Ordering was simple and easy and there wasn't any issue with that. While I was sitting down and waiting on my order I noticed they had a spicy Korean flavor that I also wanted to try with my wings so I ran up to the cashier and begged her to let me change my order. She said it might be too late because I had already put it in the system but lucky enough she went and talk to the chef and allowed me to I just my flavors +1 for service :) When I got my order they had actually given me more wings to make up for the adjustment and flavor. So I not only got more wings but I got all the flavors I originally wanted - this is a great relationship for me in this new wing stop location. I got home and ate those wing stops like it was my last meal and gee willickers Batman! that spicy Korean flavor was amazing. Wow, two Wingstops on the same street! I'm spoiled! This one's closer and I had a great experience two times out of two now. The first time I internet-ordered the 10 wing combo + 5 extra wings, but when I came there to pay, the credit card system was down! I only had $10 cash and since the food was already made, they took it and let me have my food! It was my idea, but it worked. Wow. As for the actual food, I think it might be higher quality than the other location! So far seems like they actually follow the requests from the internet-order (i.e. well-done, seasoning, etc.) Also, no young whippersnappers hanging around asking me for food (yet)! read more

The service at this locations is beyond what you expect from a Wing Stop. Stephanie greeting us a smile and a how is your day. Took our order really fast and double checked it was correct. Usually love this store, it's clean and staff is great! But for the second night in a row I have gotten the wrong flavor from two different stores. Last night I got the wrong flavor from the La Tiera store. They did offer a discount for the next order but I am still eating wings I didn't want. Advice if you get anything from Wingstop, open the bag make sure everything is in there, then open up the wing container to make sure the wing flavor is correct. Worst service I've ever received or witnessed anywhere! Keep in mind I've gone to this location several times and never had this experience until now... Upon walking in we're immediately startled to see 3 employees running out (literally running out), we look around to see what is going on but kept walking towards the counter where there is a cashier yelling towards another employee at the door about what she wants to order, at this point we realize there's some type of vendor outside that they're buying from... still we proceed to stand there and since she's too busy telling her co worker her order WE greet her and tell her we're there to pick up an order. The cashier (Alina) ask us for the name and tells us the price, hands us our order all without even looking at us once. As she's giving us our change and we are getting ready to ask her a question she turns around, Laughs and tell another employee that's in the lobby grabbing a drink "omg how crazy, there's no one left in the kitchen!" My fiancé and I look at each other in disbelief and look around and sure enough there's not a single employee in the kitchen, they're all in the parking lot and the cashier is back to ignoring another customer waiting at the counter. Oh and of course our order was wrong but we didn't realize until we got home because we wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. It's my local store and they have been great with service and timing. As time goes by it looks like they are either getting comfortable or careless. it seems like they never have drinks. Today there was only Coke. On smaller orders they are nice and packaged. However when I've ordered more than 4 combos , things seem smashed and packaged so bad that the sauces have spilled on all the fries before. Not the best experience when it comes down to that. Every time I order online, come in, and then wait at least 20 min over what the estimated time is supposed to be to get my food. I placed an order online for the 5 Crispy Tender Combo with veggies and arrived at the store about 5 minutes before the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff were friendly and printed my receipt. I waited a few minutes for them to finish my order and it was ready right on time. I made the five minute walk back to my hotel and immediately opened my food. This is where I was very disappointed. The so-called crispy tenders were all soggy and limp, with a thick layer of sauce and oil on the bottom of the container. The tenders were hot, and the sauce tasted good; but there was nothing crispy about these tenders. Also, two of the tenders were little half tenders; over 50% smaller than the others. This restaurant got a two star for the friendly staff, otherwise this would be a one star rating. After paying $11+ for the 5 Tender Combo, I was extremely disappointed in the product. read more
