If you like Five Guys, avoid this location at all costs, seriously. Most Five Guys I've been to has had great service, but this Inglewood location specifically, is terrible. They have forgotten to include items from my order on multiple occasions, which doesn't make sense considering how empty this location always is .... now I see why. I ordered two combos on the five guys website directly (WE ALL KNOW ITS NOT CHEAP) and they forgot to put the BURGERS in the bag for both combos. When I asked for a refund on the phone, the employee "Nicole" refused, and her manager "Chris Johnson" also refused to refund the order and acted like it was my fault. Neither of them tried to make it right or anything. As of today I still haven't received a refund and this incident was over 2 weeks ago. They had one job .. just put the burgers in the bag .. and they couldn't even do that right. Eventually I had to dispute the transaction because they never refunded me. Well I enjoyed the food. I older a bacon burger no bun so they made it a bowl and it was delicious. (Mind you I have had their food delivered twice with bun before visiting the establishment) As I waited for my order they have free peanuts at the entrance and you just shovel them into a mini box. The restaurant is very clean and the workers are constantly wiping of the tables. The workers are very kind and I believe a person was waiting for some time and they asked her would she care for something to drink while their working to complete her order. I wanted to love it because I do believe their food is fresh (although the lettuce was suspect) and I'll pay for that but the burger wasn't super flavorful- I went back in to get bbq sauce and it did make it a lot better. I am so excited that there's new restaurants around Inglewood. We've had some of same local spots for years. I've had to travel outside of my community to enjoy my favorites. I remember my first yummy experience at FiveGuys so I was happy to see now I don't have to travel to another city to enjoy. When I walked in, the cashier was meeting with the manager. It took them a minute to acknowledge me to let me know they will be with me in a minute but the was a minute later. Once they completed the conversation, the cashier took my order. As I waited, I asked for a bag so I could load up on the peanuts. I love peanuts! Because it is made to order, naturally it takes a little longer to complete. My only problem was that there were only three people including myself waiting but Five Guys is not known for there fast service just good burger and fries. Maybe, there had online order too.
