Wingstop I am not happy... I order on Super Bowl Sunday and you guys were 2 hours behind. ON THE BIGGEST WING DAY OF THE YEAR! The people who were working were giggling and messing around. I ordered through DoorDash and at one point it said my order was ready at 2:45 AM for pick up... WHAT!? There were people who had been waiting for hours for their food. This place is BAD NEWS. We interacted with 3 different employees while we were in the restaurant. All three were very rude. Then when we received our food, my wings barely had any sauce. This will be my quickest check in and check out in Colorado history, first if you decide you want to risk it. Then make sure you wear clothes that are smoke resistant and smell resistant. As soon as you hit the door, you see unhappy guests, wishing they made the decision to leave and go anywhere else. And then you look back at the kitchen, where you see three guys trying to not burn the restaurant down. You can't go wrong with some inexpensive wings, choice sauces, and $1 draft beers. Came here with the hubby before a movie. We always get the wings naked vs in sauce so we could make our own concoctions. Our favorite sauce seems to be Original, Hot, and Hawaiian. Got a couple sides (potato salad & coleslaw) and veggie sticks. Seriously, give me some wings and I'll be happy. We were in wing heaven! This place is always busy... but that's not a bad thing! It's a bad sign when a wing place can't make wings. The wings are smaller than what you get at other places, and are consistently over cooked in oil that is just too old and should have been changed out more regularly, or are under cooked and the skin is soggy rather than crispy. Fries are also consistently undercooked. I love the atomic sauce, which is among the hottest and most flavorful compared to all the other wing places, but the wings themselves are sub par. I order here fairly often. 2/3 times they forget something in the order so always check your bag. Customer service is really poor. Whenever I need to correct my order there's always some sort of rude rebuttal. Even though I'm just asking for the bare minimum which is to get what I ordered. I ordered 10 bone-in wings, and there was enough meat on all of them to make about three acceptable wings. In addition, I asked for the wings to be "wet", or with extra sauce. First time at this location. And I was very impressed with their customer service along with their food. I had an expired birthday coupon for a free large fry by a day and they honored it. In addition they gave me two free rolls and a free drink since it was recently my birthday. Gage was the worker that provided great customer service and made feel welcomed into the the restaurant. As far as the food the fries were cooked to perfection not soggy or overcooked while being seasoned to perfection. The rolls were fresh and not overcooked. We got wings here tonight. It's our worse experience with wing stop. The mild wings did not have sauce on them and they were a bit under cooked on the inside. Not every wing under cooked, but a few of them were. We tried rolling the wings in the sauce on the bottom but it was all oil. Very disappointed.
