I stopped on my way home to pick up the boneless wing meal with 20 wings and a large fry to go. I ordered two of those meals with 30 wings being hot and 10 being atomic. I also ordered 10 of the Louisiana rub. The wings were great and the favorite ones were the Louisiana rub. The fries were not that good this go around. They were hardly cooked and were soggy. We placed them in the air fryer to warm them up and they were fine after that. The restaurant was full and they did have a ton of to go orders while I was there. The staff were friendly. I really love the wings at Wingstop however I find the company to be petty with their customers. We always order Lemon pepper hot. They do not allow you to order that flavor online forcing you to order it in the store which when you order 30-40 wings raises your price by 12-15 dollars tonight I ordered 30 wings and large fry for approximately 48.00 I asked the employee if I could have my fries in a container with a lid he said no I asked why he said the cost. Now im home fries are all over the bottom of the bag. And NO don't send email with coupon for free fry. Cause that's all they do. The wings and fries were really delicious but the service or lack there of was horrible. I called in my order and it was ready within thirty minutes. The gal at the counter was completely inept and could not read. I told her my name four times and she continued to bring me bags of food with someone else's name on it. First trip to Wing Stop. Friday afternoon at 4:45pm. Eight tables of various sizes. Three high school age young men sitting at one table, single individual sitting at another waiting for a to-go order. It took several minutes for one of the workers to make her way to the front to take our order. We placed our order and sat down at the only clean table in the place. Our order arrived in 25 minutes, not terrible for fresh cooked, bone in wings. Wings were good. Cooked properly and adequate sauce. Fries were hot, but soggy and over salted. Food is good. Place is still new have patience. They were pretty busy and they said a 20 minute wait I got my food in 15 minutes. The food is made per order. They are thieves and scammers. I ordered through the Wingstop app & the driver delivered someone else's order. I called Wingstop 4 times-no answer! I drive down there and let them know I never got my food, this customer clearly didn't get theirs since it was delivered to me, and I'd like the $70.00 worth of food I paid for. The lady at the front told me she could ring up a new order & charge me but couldn't remake the order or issue a refund. So, I was stuck without my $70.00 or food. At LAST a wings restaurant in Huntsville which knows what "hot" means! I was warmly greeting by the lady at the counter and gave my order. There were around 3 other tables with orders or pending others. I observed the area was clean and no tables were waiting to be bussed, despite the counter lady being the only person working the floor. I took my table, and having seen one reviewer mention slow service, so I set a timer. I noted a fairly constant flow of pickup orders which I assume were mostly ordered before I came in. My order was served hot and in 20 minutes (completely acceptable, IMO). I ordered their two hottest varieties, Atomic and Mango Habanero with fries. The "Atomic" wings are their hottest, and they were good, but a little one dimensional. The Mango Habanero were a wonderful balance of sweetness and heat. They were GREAT. All wings are pricey these days, but these were a good value for the dollar. I WILL be back for certain... Maybe as soon as Monday... read more

Oh man! What a completely disappointing dump. Have only been to Wingstop back in SoCal. There, they were pretty good. Here, a total abomination. I honestly have not ever seen wings so small. I didn't even know they existed. Literally the size of my index finger. I firmly asked for well done. Both fries and wings. Neither were. Even asked when I received them. Are they well done? The fries were soggy, soaked in grease. As Far as possible from well done. My first impression when I walked in should have clued me in. The kitchen is wide open in plain view. I find it interesting how you can deep fry with one hand and be on your cell phone with the other. Cleanliness is not the order here either. Dining room was sadly filthy. From the floor to the tables, chairs and soda machine area. The soda machine is in a class of its own. A very good way to check the cleanliness of this type of soda machine is to select the water button. Fill your cup with water and check the contents. Obviously it should be clear. Even after running the water for a few seconds I was not surprised at what was in my cup. Two large pcs of black muck that I actually saw coming through the stream. This is filth at its finest. Clearly the machine is not cleaned on a regular basis if ever. Overall I am not surprised by how my visit turned out. It appeared to me the people that were running the show were very overweight and lazy. It takes great energy and stamina to run a respectable restaurant of any kind. I won't even mention the pride factor. Lastly, I seriously do not understand why Huntsville residents put up with this. By continuing to frequent such a piss poor example of an established franchised restaurant. You all are giving them the impression that everything is good to go. Could not be further from the truth. Came in late for and ordered to go. Brand new location by Hayes Farm. Place was clean and service friendly. Ordered the boneless wings (hot and Korean) and bone in wing combo with fries. The boneless wings were flavorful and crispy! The bone in wings were just as good. Fries were great and a good amount. I'm a sauce guy and loved the Korean sauce, also don't skip out on the ranch. We ordered through the Wingstop website which uses DoorDash as a delivery method. We were missing 10 wings. Originally when I called I was told we could come get them but Cynthia, the very rude manager, called back and told us we would not be getting any food when we arrived because we ordered through DoorDash- which we did not. (The bag was sealed and packaged at WingStop- so this was clearly on them.) When I asked for the owners number, I was given the corporate number. I had the chicken sandwich (OK, I know that's weird, since it is a wing restaurant.) My personal benchmark for a chicken sandwich is Chick-Fil-A, and it is not in the same class in my opinion. It was interesting that the bread simply appeared to be taken out of a wrapper and placed on the sandwich. There was a 15-minute wait with no one in the restaurant which then beckons the question is this a fast food restaurant or is it good food served fast?. In my opinion it fails in either category. Ordered from this location since it's a little closer to where I live then the other. I normally get my wings cooked well done, they were not well done. They were very soggy. I also got buffalo ranch fries that had little to no buffalo and no ranch at all. The drink machine was also out of almost all the drinks.
