I don't understand all the high ratings - these were the worst wings I've ever had. My husband and I came here tonight, and we won't be back. Our 'seasoned' fries were so covered in salt that after eating just a couple my hand had a gritty layer of salt sticking to it. After sitting for about 3 minutes the fries were going mushy. Personally, I prefer a crisper french fry.... Our wings (bone-in, mild sauce) were not good. The chicken itself was good...the sauce was disgusting. Yes, wings are greasy...but this was gross. There was a good half inch of grease sitting in the bottom of our basket. If you are looking for a lot of sub-par food for a good price, I suppose this place is for you. But I'm willing to pay more for slightly smaller portions of much better food elsewhere. read more

I'm a HUGE fan of this wing stop. The wings are good they currently have a Korean BBQ sauce that is awesome. We usually do the 30 wing family pack and they are able to accommodate the request for naked wings with the sauce on the side for me. They also always double check that my sauce on the side is always in the bag. The staff is super nice and the restaurant is always clean. This is our go to place when we have wing night on Fridays. Their food is good, but their service for online orders... not so much. I ordered online, went to pick it up at the time their system gave me, and was first told they hadn't received any online orders yet, then was told "oh wait, we got it but haven't started making it yet.". Perfect for lunch or dinner, always delicious! My boyfriend and I always go here and it's perfect every time. The food is always up super fast and is always fresh. Parmesan garlic and lemon pepper are my favorite. My boyfriend likes the Spicy Korean. Great place to go and I literally don't go anywhere else for wings now. read more

Just heard of this place a few weeks ago and I am hooked. They are always so friendly when I call in my order. Very prompt and courteous service. The Lemon Pepper bone in wings are great!! Have also tried the Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan. Those are good also. But love the Lemon Pepper....Yes, it takes a few minutes to cook. 14 minutes usually and that's fine with me. I like that they tell you how long your order will be. The inside is very clean too. Haven't tried the fries yet. Wingstop is great!!! read more

Besides having delicious wings, they really treat and take care of their people that come here. They had message in order about a month ago and I could not rectify the issue at that time. When I came back to give it another try the lady who didn't know me took me for my word and took care of that issue. Love that is great customer service and she did it without batting an eye or questioning if I were telling the truth or not. That was awesome and it shows how much they care about the people that come in. Plus their wings are pretty damn good, so give them a try. read more

Really looked forward to this place after hearing about it on WIIL. Didn't start off so well when the person about to take my order raised his hand towards my face repeated "wait, wait, wait" to get me to stop talking. Seems it is hyper important to give your name first...so important that they will shut you up. I will also state that I did not just step up and start yelling out an order...I was waiting for him to stop socializing with a coworker. On to the wings...like other reviews I see on here...not sure where all the high ratings are coming from. The wings themselves had more fat on them than meat. Sauces where okay but nothing to write home about. If you want a good wing try out Spanky's or Mikes Chicken and Donuts...they both grill the wings for a bit which tastes amazing. read more

I did not think I would finally realize Wingstop is my favorite place to go for my wing fix. We've scoured the area looking for a good go-to place, and in all of Kenosha and Racine (including Racine's Wingstop location), this place just does it the best. My boyfriend insists Dewey's in Racine has the best wings, many others say Buckets or Bull & Bear. They all have good wings, but I'm not even ashamed to admit that I went here 2 days in a row this weekend because it was just that damn good. The guys behind the counter had fantastic customer service skills - way better than what I usually encounter around here - and remembered my order and name before I even got up to the counter! Impressive. If you're like me and get disappointed when "hot" wings are never hot enough, I've finally found the Cajun sauced traditional bone-in wings, with bleu cheese and those friggin' addictive seasoned fries (cooked more perfectly here than at other locations, too!) are just the best flavor, just enough heat and a delicious, indulgent meal at an extremely fair price. read more

This hidden wing place is a GEM, Very good wings, cooked to crispy delight. Order the sauce or rub you like. Wings are average size but cooked well, spiced or sauced very well. Medium was medium hot. And the price is Great.....basic order of 6 is a good lunch. I found on Yelp while driving through and will go back. Best value for lunch. Order sit down check out pictures and décor, 14 minutes later eat with some sides and enjoy the crispy wings. Great service helps also. read more

My girlfriend and I dine in here about twice a week and have never had a bad meal. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the food is delicious. Occasionally and item will be forgotten (especially with carry-out orders so be careful) but typically it is not an issue.
