The service here is TERRIBLE and the food is always burned or undercooked. When concerns are expressed about your order the staff, especially managers, are rude and do not believe it until you bring it to the restaurant. I ordered from this pizza hut on 2/20 and ordered a thin crust with double cheese double onion. The only reason I wanted to order from them is because I had a coupon. I ended up having to call 3 times that night. The first time, I called to order and the guy was very rude when I was giving him my address which was a business. He then proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up. I called back about 20 minutes later to put in my order and told him the pizza that I wanted and that it was thin crust with double cheese and double onion with the parmesan crust topper. They said ok, and that it would be an hour to hour and a half wait. The pizza came an hour and a half later and was dang near cold with no double anything and no crust topper although that is what I paid for. I decided to call and let them know, when they answered I stated my concern and they told me that I DIDN'T HAVE AN ORDER ALTHOUGH IT WAS JUST DELIVERED. They got the manager and after 10 minutes of trying to find out what I ordered and who it was delivered to they gave up and said they put a credit under my cell phone number. I called today to get my credit because I wanted to use it so that I never have to order from there again and I gave him my number. I also stated that I had a credit under my name that I wanted to use and this wasn't able to be found SO they transferred me to the manager and he proceeded to look up my name and number to say that it isn't under there. Now, instead of just saying "what would you like?" he got very rude and stated "WHAT DO YOU WANT THEN..." and proceeded to take my order with an attitude. After everything I said he would just say "WHAT?" very loudly. Once I completed my order, he proceeded to say "ARE WE SQUARE THEN..." like we just did a drug deal.... He was possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Which isn't a surprise because of what I dealt with the first time I ordered. Very slow service. I'm used to a 35-50 minute wait for delivery but an hour and 15 minutes was pretty long. We ordered a dinner box online, and then got a call saying they were out of breadsticks. Not just the regular ones, but the cinna sticks and garlic knots as well. That was a bummer, but we just changed our order to 2 medium pizzas. I paid for 2 garlic sauces and only got 1, which was never heated up, we were missing the crust topper on our cheese pizza and all of the cheese was literally thrown in the middle and that was it. I like their buffalo sauce that's the only thing that I like I've tried to reason with this location time and time again but now I'm done. For the fourth time I've ordered wings with ranch and it never comes with, someone at this location is running a money scheme because they charged me for two fries and only gave me one plus zero ranch, also they charged me for three eight pieces as opposed to the 24 piece I actually ordered. This time when my food arrived it was cold and the wings were hard and miscounted, 19 of them showed up. After digestion set in me and my son both felt sick and he ended up puking. They driver forgot my dipping sauce and when I called back to have it delivered they told me they would not deliver it, so I asked for a manager and was told he was too busy ( as I heard him in the background). Order takeout and it was done in a very timely manner and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got Just what we ordered.

I called an order in for just bread sticks and the guy on the phone was so hard to understand. I couldn't even understand if he said this is Pizza Hut when I called. It took him three minutes to tell me how much it cost for the breadsticks. I could hear him on my end fiddling and taking his sweet (bleeping) time. When I asked for the total I could barely understand him, and he was rude when I asked him how much. I refused to pick up my order because of his carelessness, and also because I can't imagine the poor quality of the food if the service was that bad. I am never going there again!!! read more

Very, very poor customer service tonight. I've been ordering from this location regularly for years. Tonight after my order was over half an hour late, I received a call saying I my credit card didn't pay for the whole order because I added to my order and I would need to pay cash when delivered. Well, I had never added to my order. I had my email confirmation that said exactly what I had ordered and the cost. I was transferred to the 'manager', who insisted that I had added to that order and that I would need to pay cash for the overage on delivery. I said that I wouldn't pay for food I didn't order. He became very defensive and rude and said he had no way of fixing it unless he cancelled the entire order and started from scratch. Since I'd already been waiting over 90 minutes, and had been told the order was on the way, I became suspicious that I would need to pay cash for the extra pizza I had never ordered. I asked for the name of the manager and he said that he was as high as I would get at that Pizza Hut. He said he didn't know the name of the owner. Then he said I was being uncooperative and making him run late with other customers. He actually hung up on me. Unbelievable. In all my years of ordering from Pizza Hut or anywhere for that matter, I have never had such a conversation. I called the Pizza Hut corporate number immediately because of the suspicious nature of the conversation and was assured that the situation would be looked into. They seemed quite concerned. We never did receive our order, so we called Domino's. Our food was here with no problems in less than a half hour. read more
