We ordered from here tonight and the first time they came to our house they forgot a pasta order and the sauces to the wings. So we called and they were very quick in delivering everything. Except for the pasta was missing tomatoes and was spilled all over the box, since it was filled with water (or something) it was doughy and soggy. Super gross. So that went into the trash. Dominos Pizza, Makers of Pizza. It's sad when this is your staple and you can't make it right, or unfortunately some one can not READ. The only thing a hungry customer wants is their food made the way they ordered it, you know cuz we pay for it that way. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce because that's me. My pizza was about as dry as a desert. My cheese bread sat in the desert and burned, my dog is chewing on it like a bag of chips, or it sounds that way from here. I also don't appreciate the quick hang up Mr.Manager I don't believe I'm asking for much except for a pizza with some sauce and some bread that's not crunchy. UPDATE So they sent a guy. I recently won a coupon for a free medium topping pizza at halftime of the Southern Lakes Blue Devils football game. Yeah score for me...I think! The last time I had Domino's was when I was back in college. I am hoping that times have changed for the better. We walked in and presented our coupon. The lady behind the counter was really nice and placed our order with no questions asked. I love hassle free coupons, which do not seem to exist anymore. She asked if we wanted hand tossed or thin...I went thin...less dough more fun! She said it will be ready in 18 minutes. Sweet. So I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I will have to continue this after I take my first bite in 10 minutes. So I walked in and our pizza was ready. It was a beautiful day so we decided to drive down to Lake Michigan and find a picnic bench to enjoy our pizza. We arrived at the lake and found it was completely empty. We opened up our pizza which was still hot. I must admit that it looked really really good. What has domino changed over the last 20 years? I remember this pizza just looking terrible. We did order the thin crust...I hate getting filled up on bread unless it is a Chicago Deep Dish. After taking my first bite I must admit it was good. Not the best pizza in the world but for fast food pizza it was really good. I remember there commercials last year where they told America that they changed everything on there pizza. I must admit whatever you did was a success. There were also plenty of toppings too. We ordered the pepperoni. I recently became a fan of pepperoni and again it is my wives fault. I use to be a sausage guy...that totally sounds wrong but you know what I mean. The oil from the pepperoni goes into the crust and gives it a buttery taste. Yummy!!! So we enjoyed our piping hot pizza on the shores of Lake Michigan. I could not ask for a better setting to hang out with the family. After that, we walked over to Orson Wells House...I had no idea he was born in Kenosha...thanks to Yelp for that information and then enjoyed visiting the local businesses in downtown Kenosha. What a fun day and so much different then hanging in crowded downtown Chicago. Thanks Domino's for being the perfect start to our Saturday afternoon! read more

Consistently good (not great) pizza and awesome delivery service. They really have stepped up their game.

Man, these guys really get a lot of shade thrown on them... My experience with them has been pretty awesome, though. Since relocating to the area, I've had to order from these guys a LOT while I wait for my kitchen stuff to get here. Every time, the driver has been very friendly and prompt. More than that, they've been REALLY accommodating! Por ejemplo: I will meet them at the door, half my body hanging out as I wave my money at them silently. I whisper, "There's a baby sleeping!" and these guys are ON IT. The whole transaction happens like a ninja dream: quick, quiet, and my three dogs never saw it coming. Not a peep out of those guys, the baby keeps on sleeping -- and all thanks to drivers that don't get freaked out by my weird antics. :D On top of that, the food's solid every time. Now, I'll admit twice things went south: The first was the very first time I ordered from here: the order took a lot longer than I expected to get here, and the food was warm (not hot) as a result. However, this place had been vacant for almost 6 months ... so I kind of chalk it up to that. Another time, I ordered a couple of bottles of soda with the food -- but the driver only brought one. He admitted the mistake, and I asked him if he could bring the other by on one of his next runs, no rush. But then -- again with the ACCOMMODATING! -- I asked if, instead of knocking, he could just leave it in the mailbox. (Baby + dogs, remember?). Woke up the next morning, checked my mailbox ... BOOM. It's pizza, not nuclear defense missiles. Forget the zero-defect mentality, and the people who work here will win you over. read more

Place has lousy management. Placed a nice order for family and friends at 6:00pm one evening. Placed the order on line, i was given a confirmation and was even told who was making my order. At 6:30 people where getting hungry so I decided to check their famous Pizza tracker. Well, it said order canceled. I called the store, i spoke to the manager Kelbion. He said the order was canceled because they closed at 6:00pm. I told him I had a confirmation and even the name of who was supposed to be making my pizza. He said that it didn't matter order is cancelled. I asked why wasn't I informed when I place the order or even received a phone call letting me know so that I could make arrangements. He said he has no control of the online orders for his store, he said they where also calling customers the let them know. I told him that I placed over 30min ago and have not received a call and that we where just sitting here waiting without a clue that Kelbion had decided not to send orders. He had no answer, it obvious that they dont care and my family will not be buying this pizza again. read more

So right now for a limited time t-mobile is handing out 2 topping pizzas with their Tuesday gift app thing. Unfortunately this dominos does not deliver to my apartment building but that's ok it's super close! The staff is really nice and really friendly. You can find this dominos like right by Wingstop and a gas station. Just drive slowly when finding this place, if you miss it you have to make two u-turns just to get to the driveway lol read more

I'm am so sad that this dominos is so bad. We are pretty new to the area and we use to love dominos. But this one is just not the same as the others, I even have a free pizza from my points but I don't think I'll pick it up. The crust never has the garlic seasoning and every time I order double sauce, there is still pretty much no sauce on the pizza. I am always so disappointed, so I doubt I'll ever give it a chance again. read more

So it was getting late and due to the virus everything was shut down, so I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up, and it took them a long time to bring out the pizza and it's super late so I waited patiently in my car for them to come outside and get my money and bring out my food, so while I was waiting I shut my eyes for a brief moment, and finally after they brought out my food, I left and headed home. Once I pulled up to my house I got out of my car and walked around to the other side to grab the food from the back seat and by time I shut my back car door, I was greeted by 2 Kenosha county police, as the pulled up behind me and turned their lights on and apparently while I was waiting for my food at dominos the dominos people had called the police on me for shutting my eyes while waiting for my food, so if you want to get followed home by the police and have a surprise waiting for you when you return to you house, go here to this dominos, cause they'll make sure you get a nice escort home. Then once I found out they called the police I called up there and some girl answered the phone and pretty much called me a dope fiend for shutting my eyes in my vehicle while I waited for them to bring out my food, so not only was I called a doper but I got the police called on me and they took a very long time to bring out my food, and the attitude of their staff is unbelievably rude and poor! I recommend going to any other dominos except this one. As for me at this point, due to the experience I just went through, I will be telling everyone I know about the rude staff you have and the poor service you provide your customers. Cannot believe Domino's on 60th in Kenosha tonight. Driver messed up our order. I called, they said 30 min to get new delivery. It's been 1.5 hrs now. Still nothing. At the 1-hr mark I called and spoke to a manager (claimed he was the top actual store manager) who said he had no power to make things right. He hung up on me. Still... no food. He claimed he was giving me "free stuff" (really professional language, sir) when it was a REPLACEMENT for what they messed up. So they took our money and we have no food. Wtf? The delivery is always on time and I really don't know how they could improve on great. When I do call in to pick up orders they are always on point with the wait times. The GM is a nice guy, It's unfortunate that he has to deal with an Asst. Mgr. that is one of the worst managers ever. He takes power trip to a whole new level. * Treats employees, no matter what the age, like children even if that employee is older than himself. SMH...guess you never learned to respect your elders. * Every driver should be able to log in their own receipts at the end of their shift and only have to hand over the amount owed to the store. There is no reason for the Asst. Mgr. to have to check-in all the driver's tickets and hold all the money just to give the delivery driver back his/her own tips. Clear sign of a CONTROLLING manager. * I've heard of cleaning floors with a toothbrush in the military but cleaning the grout with a Q-tip. What an A@@Hole!!! Senseless Procedures: * Using BING to determine how long it's supposed to take the delivery driver to get to your delivery destination but not taking into consideration traffic in that estimated time of arrival. And then if the driver does not stay within that timeframe, the company drills you why it took so long. Like how many people remember how long it took them to go somewhere a day or week later. Doesn't even matter, you shouldn't have to be drilled just because it took the driver longer than what BING said the time expectancy was. * $4 per/hour when on the road for a driver....THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! The opportunity to make any money as a delivery driver at this company is so very slim just for these factors alone: * Too many drivers working all at the same time. Domino's will only send one delivery per driver at a time, even if there are two completed orders that are possibly right on the same street. (It's action like these that are a waste of time, money and are simply not smart business decisions.) Some of the worst areas of Kenosha are in this square radius of the following areas: * East of 39th Ave. * South of Washington * North of 65th Street * And all the way to the lake * Residences of this Kenosha area, that order any type of delivery food service, are some of the WORST tippers ever. Also the most dangerous. Many of these people place orders just so they can rob the delivery driver. Delivery drivers rely on tips to make their money. Just like a waiter/waitress at a restaurant, it's customary to leave a 15%-25% tip. This is also how you should be tipping your delivery drivers. It is rude to not tip your driver or give at least a $3-$5 tip for orders that are under $40 dollars. All order over $40 should be getting tips between 15%-25%. Drivers remember the bad tippers....THE BETTER YOU TIP THE FASTER THE SERVICE!!! read more

3 hours for pizza, called after an hour and a half and was told they were teally busy and the order had been remade and had left 15 min ago. After another 35 min I called again and was told it was out, I questioned further and said thats what I was told when I called last. The young lady came back and said they could remake the order and it would arrinve in 40 min. Nobody could explain what happened or where my order was. Ord er at 7 get it after 10. ***This is NOT bad REVIEW, this is a GREAT ***REVIEW!!!! On October 5th, 2017 I ordered delivery which wasn't exactly what I ordered. I then called and spoke with an individual who wasn't exactly polite at all when I brought this to his attention. Not only did he ask me rude questions like "do you want your money back, but you'll have to give us the pizza back" and "why don't you just pick off the toppings" amongst many other rude things. He then asked me "what do you want me to do sir". At this point I was dumbfounded until he offered a free pizza and said with a stern angry tone of voice "it'll be there in about 3 days or so, I'm not really sure sir!" I was about to right off my local Domino's at this point, until I called in (this is 22 days later) a fantastic employee by the name of Bella [i believe her name was] answered the phone. Not only was she completely understanding of the situation, she also was multitasking...pulling up my old order and pleading to be excused while she helped out a new employee. To top it all off she walked me through on what extra items I could get with the left over cash voucher. And when I got to the store to pick up my food I was greeted with smiles, she was hard at work training multiple individuals not to mention when I asked she said "I'm not a manager." But, dammit she should've been!! I want to thank Bells for her outstanding, enthusiastically happy work ethic this evening!!! I give it thumbs up because I was with family. First off, Domino's is Domino's. You know what you are going get. Its pretty good, not the best you ever had but it always does the trick. So why the 5 stars you ask??? This location seriously has their s!$t together! I don't know if its because I'm a good tipper, or because these guys are awesome, or both, but I'm about a 10 minute drive from them and somehow my pizza is always at my front door within a half hour of ordering. My favorite go-to pizza place. Try the thin crust with bacon, diced tomato, and white sauce, maybe some garlic butter dipping sauce, friggin delicious. You really can't beat the taste and service for this price. They're always friendly when I pick it up. The pizza is ready FAST, which is a bonus when you're hungry.
