I put in an online order this evening. However, when it was time to pick up my order it was no where in their system. Zac, the service manager was able to take care of it and get my order out to me, which I was thankful for. I made the mistake of not checking the order until I got home. Unfortunately the wings seemed to be more like a dry rub with a dash of sauce and I ordered all wings with sauce. I called BWW, Zac told me to bring in the old wings and they will make me "fresh ones". While waiting for the correct order, the you g ladies in the front of whom I assume are the hostesses were apologetic and kind. When I got the second order or what should've been the correct order were not fresh. Not even a 3 min drive home and the wings were barely even warm. Ate here yesterday. Service was slow, they need to hire more servers. The wings are good, but I ordered a burger this time and to be honest it was the worst burger I've had in a sit down restaurant. The meat was bland and the burger itself was tiny. There was no ketchup, salt or pepper on any table and my server took a while to get back to our table. I never received a refill of club soda until we were about to eat. Our server was nice, but because they were under staffed she was busy. I've never been to a BWW but my friend said they were ok so we placed an order online for one of the meal deals. We got the 15 boneless wings and 5 tender meal with the large side of fries. When I picked up the order, the tenders were hot, the boneless wings were somewhat warm, and the fries were cold. The tenders tasted like they were made fresh but the boneless wings tasted like they were microwaved. We don't know what was going on with the fries. Other than being cold, they were really chewy like they had been left out for a while. The seasonings we chose were the lemon pepper dry rub, the parmesan garlic sauce, the chipotle bbq dry rub, and the jammn' jalapeno sauce. We think they mixed up the sauces because the cup said jammn' jalapeno but the color was too orange and it was too sweet. We think they gave us the mango habanero. We opted in for the extra ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and the celery & carrot combo. At first I thought they forgot the celery and carrots but as I dug through the bag of sauces, the veggies were at the very bottom. We got two sticks of celery and five tiny carrots. In total we had 10 cups of sauce/seasonings (they gave us three cups of ranch and three cups of blue cheese) but they were all crammed into one tiny bag with the veggies and the utensils. One of the cups of ranch had popped open so that was a mess. I wanted to try the potato wedges so I got a side order and they were really soggy, and cold. The sizes of the wedges varied quite a bit from pieces as thick as a one of the boneless wings to thin as a french fry. This was a waste of $4. I wouldn't eat this food again based on the poor quality (the tenders were ok) but the $26 price tag is also a reason to avoid this place. This is simply the worst place to eat. If you like Nashville Hot don't buy it from here. It has absolutely no Nashville Hot flavor, just a mixture of heat. When you use the app check your order before you leave, because if you order say a 30 piece chicken wings, you are lucky if you get 20. We stopped in after church to watch a half of football and enjoy some hot wings and a queso skillet . We had to wait 15 minutes to get seated (unacceptable!). Once seated, we ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio wine. It came in a can so we requested a wine glass to hold it. We then placed our prefer which took roughly an hour to arrive. During our wait, we ordered a Stella which came after the food. The wings were quite tasty but hot and without any liquid to cool off the heat, it detracted from the meal. Then the queso skillet arrived with a beer. By that time, a lady Packer fan sitting at the adjoining table was screaming on every play like the wicked witch of the West (ambiance), so we asked for the skillet to go. Ordered takeout as there is no "Dine In" eating in New Mexico for the week before, and the week of Thanksgiving. I arrived, after ordering online, and called their business phone. The employee that answered greeted me with a pleasant tone. I explained that the order was placed online, whose name it was under, what time it was supposed to be ready, and that I was sitting in space #12 outside their business. He thanked me and stated he would be right out with the order. The traditional wings with "Desert Heat" were delicious. As a side note for those interested in keto friendly foods, 10 of these wings only contribute to 2 carbs. This is the second time I've eaten at this location. The first time, the service was so bad that I refuse to dine-in any more. Food came out cold and beer sat at the bar for nearly five minutes before it reached our table. Both things that might be understandable if it was busy, but that was far from the case. Today I decided to order pick up because of their BOGO deal on wings. The experience was nearly as bad. Spoke to two employees, both with poor attitudes and made it clear that they'd rather be anywhere than at work. I waited for my food in the front of the restaurant. The restaurant was probably about half full, maybe less, and the hostess told every party that came in there would be a 10-15 minute wait when there was a plethora of open tables in the dining room. As far as my food, I waited 45 minutes before my food was ready. Unbelievable, again the restaurant was about half filled and a pick up order took them over 40 minutes. Having not been to the Las Cruces Buffalo Wild Wings in a good while I just had to return to check it out and sample their burgers and fries. I of course have noticed that the place has been getting some pretty bad reviews lately. When I go to a restaurant that's been receiving poor reviews I usually find that the reviews do not present an accurate picture of what the place is really like. So, here we go, I arrived early in the lunch hour and was immediately seated by a young hostess. The service was performed by a pleasant young woman who did an ok job in a casual sort of way. Although the service was far from professional I have no complaints; after all this is a sports bar. The interior is somewhat dark and seems a bit drab. It could be a bit tidier. It doesn't inspire confidence. The place is cavernous and fairly open. The food prep time was fine...about ten minutes or so. I ordered their double patty Hatch chile smashed burger and fries. The fries were on the thin side but they were a little crisp and quite tasty. These were good fries. Rate them a B+. The smashed double burger appeared to be on the small side but with the two beef patties it was fairly substantial. The meat was cooked just right and it was not at all dry. And, I've got to tell you folks, this burger with the onions, aioli, cheese, and seasonings was absolutely delicious!!! Seasoned to perfection. The taste of the meat was outstanding and the chile flavorful and spicy. Rate this burger an "A." It was one of the tastiest I've had in a long while. So, for the overall dining experience...the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the service was acceptable, the prices were reasonable, and the burger and fries delicious. I will rate the dining experience Four Stars...meaning good. It would be higher if the service was a bit better and the place a bit nicer as the food was really good. read more

The staff is awesome. They have great beers on tap. The wings are deep fried and crunchy, just like wings that are tossed sauce, are supposed to be. I will say that they changed their blazing reaper sauce to something that taste a little more tangy and bbq-ie. The sauce still has a kick to it and I can't complain about the switch up. When we got home we discovered 20 small chicken NUGGETS. Barely more than 1 bite each. They were overcooked (hard/chewy) and seemed to be more breading than chicken. Icing on the cake- Buffalo Wild Wings charges $0.99 for takeout orders. So I paid a buck to walk into their restaurant to get my order (what the heck?) My advice, save your $$ and go to McDonald's to get better chicken nuggets at a fraction of the price. And McD's doesn't charge you a buck to pick-up your food. read more

The wings were dry and overcooked, the fried pickles were good pickles but the batter was too thick, the fried cheese curds were okay but that batter was also too thick, and for $50 I feel like I was robbed. Go up the road to Freddy's Steak Burger for WAY better cheese curds. As far as buffalo wings go in Las Cruces, make your own at home. I've been here a few times and I'm not impressed. The food lacks quality. Visiting today, I ordered a chicken wrap and my wife ordered a salad. My wife said the tomatoes on her salad tasted rotten. My wrap had a funny taste too, which might have been the tomatos or the Mild Buffalo sauce. In the past, I've ordered wings, which are always small, overcooked, dry, and lacks natural flavor. I called spoke to Estrella and she said she relayed the message to both managers on shift, she stated that they would replace our meals and so the next day went to eat in the restaurant to have a nice fresh hot meal and the manager was very rude and she denied ever being told... If I could rate this place a zero I would ! I ordered food on the app on August 17 and received confirmation that it would be ready at 6:20 p.m. my husband and I both went to pick up the order and the girl we first had basically told us they did not have the order which was ordered under my husbands name . I showed her proof the order was made and proof of payment and she still said the order was not in their system. I then went inside and talked to the manager Adam Morales and showed him proof again that the order was made and was paid for . Adam mentioned multiple times about a future order and I may have done that as to why it was not showing on there end inside the computer . I repeated myself each time that it was to be ready that same day at 6:20 pm and even showed him the order again which had the date and time . Adam then mentioned seeing the order in his computer but it did not process on his end, I'm not quite sure what that means because he never really explained himself. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait for the order to clear on his end so they could complete the order or I had the option to cancel and get a refund . I responded with taking the refund , Adam then mentioned he could not process the refund due to the fact that the order was not processed on their end of the computer . Again, makes no sense. Adam took down our information to process the "Refund" once it cleared through the computer . We asked for a receipt for some type of proof that it was going to be refunded and he could not provide that for us . He gave us his card and the general managers card whom I have reached out to and still have not heard back from . Today is Thursday the 20th and I decided to call because I have yet to hear from Adam or Leticia. I talked to Adam on the phone again mentioned the refund he said he could not do anything for me unless I brought an actual paper bank statement showing that the money cleared . My bank is all the way in El Paso I'm not sure what the difference is between the app where I can show him faster than having to wait x amount of days for my bank statement for the month of August to be processed. I am very disappointed in the poor choice of management you have chose and the poor customer service I have received . As a person who has worked in customer service and manager at that for 8 years I cannot believe the way he has handled this issue, as a manager I would think he would try to make this situation better instead of making more problems out of this. The few times I have gone with friends (not my choice) wings have always been cold. This time was no different. BWWs is consistent so you know what you're getting into when you decide to come here, whether it's for a meal or drinks. The servers are typically really nice even when they are swamped during games. The food is nothing to write home about. If you're looking for crispy wings, fries, salad (if you're trying to feel healthy), and quick drinks come here! They also have a lunch deal that won't break the bank and you get wings and a side... can't complain. read more
