Our first time trying Wingstop, and I placed a mobile order for pickup at this location. They also have another 2 loc on LI in Elmont and Hempstead. My order was ready when I arrived- the manager immediately put down the phone, walked over and greeted me. He was very nice & friendly and even told me he threw in a few extra dips since I ordered a lot of wings, which didn't include any dips. I got 30 wings (hickory smoked bbq, lemon pepper & hot honey rub), 3 orders of the crispy tenders (mango habanero, garlic parmesan & hot honey rub) with bleu cheese dip and an order of seasoned fries. I LOVE WINGS. I've eaten a lot of good ones and a lot of mediocre ones. The good news for WING STOP customers is they cook your wings to order. You are NOT getting old wings that have been sitting under a warmer waiting to be sauced. They fry it fresh and that means they wings are super crispy and hot. And nothing they fry is greasy. This is a big plus. The bad news is you will have to wait a bit for your food. Not terrible, but if they are busy...be prepared. The wings without sauce themselves are just okay...they aren't particularly meaty or large...just an average wing. They don't have any of their own flavor...as if they were marinated or dry rubbed overnight. So the star here is the cook and the sauces. Luckily here you have a lot of choices and you can even have two flavors with your order and even get a side of sauce if you like! The sauces I tasted were really pretty delicious. Some wings are dusted with seasoning only, some with seasoning and sauce and some just sauce. It's all a pretty good combo. However, if you are looking for heat...their scale to me was WAY off. The Spicy Korean Q had a rating of three...I'd maybe give it a one. The heat was barely there, but the sauce tasted nice. Other sauces with higher ratings delivered uneven heat and only the hottest registered to me as a HOT WING. I would ask if you could TRY a taste of a sauce before you order so you get what you want heat wise. Also...they have terrific fries with nice seasoning on them. One thing that was odd at this location was...no garbage can. And even if you are staying in...they bag your order. Strange. They were happy to take our garbage and throw out for us though. I have gotten the special from here twice. Both times I enjoyed the wings, lemon pepper is probably their best wing flavor. The voodoo fries are good but I do agree with the other reviews that they are soggy they dont tend to make them crispy. I also got the chicken tenders with spicy korean and Hawaiian which tasted really good. I order from the website the second time and got free delivery which came within 30minutes of placing the order. Overall I liked the wings and the service was good I would just recommend changing the way they make the fries to have them come out crispy. read more

Awaiting a wing delivery from Doordash (forgot to cancel the free membership for dash pass, so I might as well take advantage until it expires). Already I have an opinion but I want you to realize I live three blocks from this Wingstop. Their website wanted to charge me like $10 extra to deliver and then asked for a tip for whoever was going to bring them. Needless to say, I recommend you use an app like DoorDash to bring your wings to you rather than paying these chicken fryers to simply deliver their own product. Guess I shouldn't be surprised. Hope the wings are good; will let you know shortly: Everything about this food is inconsistent that's the best way I can describe it. The wings are all stuck together different sizes some very giant; mind you these are the boneless ones I'm referring to the fries, the requested to be cooked well are mostly soggy a few crispy some large some small; again, best way to say it is inconsistent. This place is falling apart fast they don't listen to you when you order food many time i place a order and when I get home it's a completely different order than what I order. I witness staff dropping someone order on the floor and tried to give it to the customer but another customer told the person what they did and gave it back they tried to deny it happing but there where to many people who saw it happen. To start I'm disappointed, after a challenging excursion in which lives were at stake I searched for a chicken place capable of providing the satiation needed for the hunger of adventure. Wing Stop was not that. With high hopes I entered however my joy quickly turned to sadness as I watched a young child be denied his lemon pepper fries. Another man denied his coke and a third failed to complete the free brownie survey. The service was nothing to gawk at as it took nearly 10 minutes to receive our food which left enough time for a member of the opposition to cross our path. We ordered a Family Combo meal for delivery. It came with 12 wings and a large order of french fries. The fries arrived ice cold. We also paid for cheese sauce for the fries. That didn't taste like cheese. It had no taste to it. The Garlic/Parm wings also had no taste. Very disappointing. The only saving grace were the hickory BBQ wings. We will not order from this Wing Stop again. After waiting so long for them to open, it was a huge let down. There are way to many different and better wing places to order from near by. read more
